Onana is good but De gea is classic with a lot of experience than Onana. Where De gea was lacking was in having the confidence to create passes with his players stead of always shooting the ball away back to opponent ground dispossessing his team and that's not the kind of goalkeeping style Ten Hag wants that's why Onana has to replace De gea from Ajax.

I think Onana needs to be giving more time to work on his mistakes and that's what ten hag is doing, only that as time goes on his mistakes is causing the team some drawbacks with match results, even in those matches they could win they have to fight for a draw. because Onana couldn't save but  concede a shot that most goalkeepers could have  to saved.

The thing is that they're both good in there own ways, David De  Gea,no doubt has more experience than Onana when it comes to shot stopping he was one of the best shot stoppers I'm the EPL before he left Manchester United and can stop shots at a close range and from Afar as well, but is not really good with his foot and it's confident enough in receiving back passes and distributing to his players upfront.

 But Onana is a ball playing goalie and he's very confidence in receiving ball from the defenders calm the situation and distribute it to the attackers, when it comes to playing from the build up you can count on him and that's what Erik Ten Hag likes because it's suitable for his pattern, but when it comes to shot stopping he's not really bad, but he's no where compared to David de Gea cause he loses focus atimes I think Onana is being pressured by the fans and he needs to be calm and work on his shot stopping.

One issue I am having with ten hag and united fans was the nature at which De Gea was pushed away, De Gea saved matches for United despite been old and not good with foot playing even when the team is performing bad  last season. He was worth a season more to working side by side Onana until before the end of the season Onana would have been able to gather the confidence he needs to stop shots just like De gea.

While the did has already been done, Manchester United need to adapt to the system as it is by preventing blunder from occuring at the defense and making sure to score more goals than their opponent in every match so they don't get drawbacks from Onana's goals conceding in each game,

Every goalkeeper has his own strengths and weaknesses and so do Onana and David De Gea. Onana actually had a better performance when he was at Inter Milan. The one year he spent at Inter Milan was successful in making ETH interested in bringing him in. I also think that Onana could have been a better goalkeeper than this. Because I have seen many of the saves he made for Inter Milan last season. But I was a little surprised by the slight decline in Onana's performance. He even conceded a lot of goals when he made his debut at Man Utd. At first I thought that it wouldn't happen in the next matches. But up to now, Onana has apparently not shown any saving action like he did at Inter Milan. Maybe in the Premier League he became a little depressed. Because we know that everyone's expectations for Onana are very high. Likewise, Man Utd fans have high hopes for Onana who has replaced De Gea who has been Man Utd's goal savior for more than 10 years. I think Man Utd's goals conceded a lot were not just because of Onana's fault. But this could also be caused by Man Utd's poor defense. So I think Man Utd's back line must be improved. Because no matter how good a goalkeeper is, their defenders are not good enough. Then the goalkeeper will also be overwhelmed and will concede a lot of goals. But I miss De Gea a little at the moment.

its too early to say what the future holds for a team at the end of this season. I mean the journey of the match is still very long, of course there will be many changes in a team when there are injured players that have a bad influence or even the arrival new players which helps improve the team performance and I will not agree with @Odusko statement because this season I dont see if they have problems in every match and I see that Arteta is more able to stabilize the performance Arsenal players and this has been proven since last season. except Arsenal experienced a lot of problems such as player injuries before the end of the season and this is what is called a surprise coming because we will never know what will happen at the end the season and what we have to assess is the good side a team that has tried to appear more consistently like a team top flight in this EPL.

And Arsenal should be able to learn from last season, they were very good but were unable to maintain consistency until the end of the season, that is the problem with the Arsenal team now and indeed it is still early in the season and this has not yet been seen.
Likewise with other teams, it is true as you said that it is still early in the season, the journey is still very long and anything is possible.

This is the most important match of the day. Both Arsenal and Tottenham are in very good form at the moment. Both teams have scored 13 points in 5 matches. And so it is important for both of them to secure the second place in the table by securing 3 points in this match. Arsenal have proved their mettle. The team played very well in the Champions League match. Even then, it cannot be said for sure that Arsenal will win this match. The match between these two teams is competitive. Arsenal have won 3 of the last 5 meetings and Tottenham have won 2 matches. Both teams have equal chances of winning in this match. However, considering the home match, Arsenal players may be more confident.

There is nothing certain in this match, Arsenal and Tottenham are in very good form now and of course this match will be quite fierce and if we look at H2H both teams always present a very fierce battle.
I think no one is superior in this match because both teams have the same percentage of winning the match.
This will be the most exciting Premier League match of the weekend.

In addition to Pep building a strong foundation in the Manchester City squad, he implemented a football philosophy that ultimately made them more mature in implementing the strategies given by the coach. Maybe we will not see what Pep Guardiola built now, I mean not what Pep has achieved but the philosophy applied by Pep. We certainly understand that Pep will not be here forever, and surely they will make a change of coach, well at that time, Mancehster City must be able to understand in order to choose a coach who also has a philosophy not just mixing strategies, so that what Pep has built is sustainable with their new coach.

Can Ten Hag replicate the system built by Guardiola in the near future? I have my doubts. Fans are eagerly anticipating positive outcomes due to the strong squad, and Ten Hag is under that pressure. The system he has crafted won't be easily emulated by any coach, not even Jose Mourinho, who has fiercely competed with Guardiola but hasn't matched Guardiola's brilliance.

Jose has earned numerous accolades, but in head-to-head matchups and player acquisition mechanisms, Guardiola holds the advantage. Manchester United is truly facing a tough choice, and I believe that if Ten Hag aims to transform the club's structure, he deserves to be retained to see the progress he can achieve. Instead of replacing the manager, which would directly impact the club's system as well.

Arsenal have proven to be a strong club and they will be tested again in tomorrow's 208th competitive North London derby of which the Gunners have won 4 out of their 5 last meetings.

This encounter is all about pride and I believe Tottenham will come out with a lot of confidence in winning this game but they shouldn't forget how it always turn out to be at the end.
I don't expect this game between the Gunners and Spurs to end in a draw because I'd like to see who will be the first to lose all 3pt but as it stands I see the Gunners taking all 3pts, the way Arsenal will go about this game I don't think Tottenham will know what hit them, I'll give it to the Gunners I'm this London derby.

Well, thought out, it's going to be a tough match, one that would be very interesting to watch, considering the fact that both Arsenal and Tottenham have both acquired 13 points each and Tottenham sitting In the second position while Arsenal is sitting in the third position in the EPL table.

The outcome of this game will determine which team the second position of the EPL table truly belongs to,  till then, fingers still crossed like I always say.

In as much as I've always been an advocate of not underrating small teams, I still can't help but agree with you, Manchester city's performance in all their games this season have made them almost unbeatable by any team in this current season in the EPL, though being an Arsenal fan and my happiness is seeing Arsenal win all their games, but when it comes to beating Manchester city, it's almost impossible..

Even though this is the reality, in my opinion, so far the only clubs in the Premier League that still have potential and can provide a tight game can be said to be Arsenal and Liverpool. As far as I know, these two clubs are quite stable and at certain times Manchester City is not always in favorable conditions. So, if you look at Arsenal's growth in a more positive direction, it doesn't rule out the possibility that the meeting between Manchester City and Arsenal will be a match worth paying attention to for all Gunner fans.

The competition between them has happened since last season even Manchester City almost failed to get a title, luck is still on Manchester City side when Arsenal miss important points at the end of the season and Manchester City use it well. For this season it doesn't seem much different, as you said Liverpool and Arsenal are still the main competitors for Manchester City.

Tottenham is another team that look solid this season and can give any top team a run of their money, Arsenal and Liverpool had already proven that they are forces to reckon with this season therefore Man City has some big challenge from those three clubs mentioned above and their is tendency that some the less fancied clubs can create an up for Man City this season too, of course four matches had so far been played with 34 matches to go how is it possible for Man City to win all the remaining matches? Absolutely not possible and my view and opinion on the present squad of Man City isn't as formidable as like season squad club like Brighton and Brentford are always difficult and hard for Man City to be defeated.

There is no club that conceeds such amounts of goal and will contest seriously for any title in that season. But from his reflexes it is clear that Onana is not as good as De Gea. Manchester United have already been rewarded for their decision not to extend De Gea's contract and regrets will now be useless because once a decision has been made it is impossible to change it.
Now Manchester United must realise the mistakes they made not only for the players but for the coaching staff and officials and the main focus now is to restore the performance of several under-performing players, one of which is Onana. They have to find a way how Onana can be better under the Manchester United bar on the other hand for Onana also he must try hard now because apologising and admitting that he is bad enough now will not be the answer.

But wait a minute, does Onana deserve to be completely blamed for conceding 4 goals when beaten by a team that had a better attack line than Manchester United's defense? I think Onana performed better in that match, otherwise Onana would have conceded 9 goals instead of 4 goals.

The decision not to extend De Gea's contract was the right one, but Manchester United failed to strengthen its defense with some better players. I don't agree with people just blaming Onana when Manchester United were beaten by a team with more quality than them, that's not a nice thing to say. If you want to blame, then blame everyone instead of just one or a few.

If you only look at Bayern's on target then obviously it would be considered a save from Onana with 9 chances on target that Bayern had but in reality it was not like that.
The first goal was a mistake, the second goal he also didn't react even though it was a fairly low shot the 4th goal he failed to get out of his zone even though the ball was approaching because of Onana's indecision. And don't get me wrong, in the match against Bayern I didn't blame Onana but the fact that he was under-performing was clear in this match and even he admitted that.

As for De Gea's decision being right or not as I said before, that is now unimportant because whether it is a good or bad decision everything will not be regrettable because it has happened now.

The Red Devils have really poor performance in their previous games, they're on losing streak and I'm afraid they might end up jeopardizing their position to be in the race for EPL title and settling for lesser results. Manchester United might not be in good shape to play elite clubs but it doesn't mean they will downgraded to allow average club that's yet to grab a win in this current EPL campaign to win them. Erik Ten Hag have to map out the necessary basis he would use for this games, concentrate on good attributes and players, for the purpose to enchanced his team.

Brentford vs Everton

I don't know why this season Brentford cannot able to performing well just like they were showing last season even at their home ground Brentford still unable to gets the winning results and today they have good opportunity to bounce back this because Brentford only faced weak team Everton and since last season Everton performance is so weak that until week 5 they are one of the 4 teams that have yet to win in the Premier League

On the paper this should be easy match for Brentford because their conditions is much better than Everton but i am a bit worried they will be failed to win again because in the last two matches at home Brentford only able to gets draw results so that's why for this match i think if pick for Brentford win could be a risky bet considering their performance is still unstable and instead of Brentford win i think both teams to scores is good pick and this option has good odds @1.81

I would like to take brentford in this match. Everton needs to step up their game compared to their previous match against Arsenal, while Brentford shows more potential.. Everton's performance is always stuck anytime.

That makes me feel disappointed with it. To be honest, everton needs to make sufficient changes to the club. I keep see many complaints are coming to this club caused by the performance from everton from year to another year was still stagnant.
Even some people called everton was the luckiest team in the EPL caused by it was always failing to be relegated into the championship league.

I'm very optimistic about Manchester united performance tonight as I think they wouldn't want to continue with a loosing streak. They know too well that the fans are not really happy about their recent performance and they wouldn't want to continue that way coupled with the fact that they want to get a trophy this season aswell.

Burnley do not really look to me as tho they would win although am not trying to rule them out but I know they are aswell not going to make it easy on Manchester united as they will have to earn it more like they will need to be at their best to be able to defeat Burnley because Burnley will be having the home advantage over Manchester united as the game will be hosted by Burnley.

Erik ten hag will most likely stop at nothing to win this game as a win in this game will really go a long way redeeming his image and that of the team at large. It may also have likely effect on his job too , this is my personal opinion tho. Because it's usually that when a coach suffers too many losses the next action in line is usually for the team to relief him of duty.
