However  everton  played badly defensively in this match. everton's players did  not tend to attack and score  goals. They played to draw the match. I can't even imagine what would happen to Liverpool if Mohamed Salah left behind and this time he managed to score a brace to give Liverpool victory in the Merseyside derby. I think even though this is a derby match, Everton is still not capable enough to beat Liverpool. Actually, Everton played quite well because they were able to hold the score at 0-0 with 10 players from when Ashley Young received a red card in the 37th minute of the first half until the 70th minute of the second half. And in the 73rd minute, Mohamed Salah was finally able to score a goal with a penalty kick, after being reviewed by VAR and awarded a penalty.
