Although Liverpool beat Leeds It is a good start for both clubs!! Leeds managed to score 3 goals in the match, I think this club will have many victories. As for Liverpool, it will work to achieve results similar to last season.

Liverpool won but its matter of worry for them as they have 3 goals from opponent in very first game os new season mean they need to do some hard workin this department otherwise they are gone have some serious trouble against big teams in coming matches after watching this first match I am feeling they are not near to win again in this season.

I strongly agree that Liverpool is doubtful about being able to defend the Premier League title,  after losing in the Community Shield
against Arsenal. Now Liverpool can only win by one goal difference against Leeds, even concede 3 goals by Leeds. This is not a good
thing for Liverpool, Juergen Klopp must improve the defense from Liverpool. The real test takes place next week, when Liverpool have
to face Chelsea.

Biesla and his men were never easy to get past that easily. But I think Liverpool should have played a lot better yesterday. Although they were able to beat Leeds but they made lot of mistakes and some close misses. Leeds made most out of chances what they had and they did very well. It's just the first round and they have long way to go.

Even this was very first match but now after watching this match we can say they are much better then we was expecting and now they can go good for this season and most chances to staying in middle of premier league is very likely for them Biesla's man have ability to give some shocking results in any match.

meanwhile, Manchester United lost 1-0 against Aston Villa in a friendly match yesterday.
Surely they need to sign a target man. Otherwise, they will become mUnconsistent United again this season.

Leeds played excellently last night. They deserved a point. I was sceptical that they would be able to step up to the quality of the PL but if they play like that every game then they will have no problem. Man City at home in few weeks will be another big challenge for them but if they can get something from that game then they will prove that they can play against the big teams in the PL so anything can happen.

Premier League season is starting on Saturday  

How do you guys position your bets for the first matchday? I set my bets as follows and I would like to here your opinion.

Fulham vs Arsenal # win of Arsenal @ 1.58
Liverpool vs Leeds # over 3.5 goals @ 2.33
Tottenham vs Everton # double chance Everton @2.11
Brighton vs Chelsea # win Chelsea @ 1.69

Judging based on reality of things, i think it is safer to play a double chance in the game between liverpool and leeds, as well as chelsea match against brighton. Both matches looks likely to end in a gg (goal.goal) and a high scoring draw. Only Arsenal stand a  proper chance to start the league with a victory. It will be an exciting first week in the barclays premier league.

I had a good nose for the first two games. Both bets were won. Arsenal won 0 - 3 against Fullham and Liverpool vs Leeds surpisingly ended 4 - 3. I am confident that the other two bets will also be successful today.  

Thinking about to also go for WestBrom vs Leichester, where Leichester win @ 2.16. What do you think? Still undecided.

I put in 2.5 mbtc for Leicester to win . Thats a solid $25 and I am willing to risk it. I have another 1 mbtc free bet that I put in this game as well so that would be around $35 or more for me. First game of the season is always a risky pick especially when you have to play against a newly promoted team , Liverpool has a hard time yesterday against Leeds but Leicester would probably take this as a lesson on not to underestimate those new teams

Why are odds on Leicster rising? Has there been some new injury news or? My multi from this morning has Leicester to win @2.05 and now I just placed another 5 mBTC on Leicester to win @2.30. I know Leicester defense will probably be a lot weaker than usual since they sold Chilvel and they are missing Pereyra, Evans ans Fucs but still 2.30 has a nice value for me. I am even considering adding another 5 mBTC on them after checking the line ups.

Surely Leeds have come to make a significant impact on the premier league this season. I saw this because, of the impact we now see today from Leicester haven won the league title a couple of years ago and have been a fierce team since then and consistent in game play.
Such change and consistency should we expect from Leeds this season in premier league. No doubt, they won't make up the first 4th position on the table but, would create a lot of turbulence within the top 10 region on the table and as such for bettors, every game played should be watched out for on both team score categories of the betting sections. Judging from the way they replied goals haven't battled with Liverpool last Saturday. Although, the league is just starting but this is the rush hour for 3points and a significant position on the league table.

yeah, odds are suspiciously high for a top 5 PL side facing a recently promoted team...but when you look at starting XI, it kinda makes sense, no? they lost Chilwell, Evans won't be in the team today so Ndidi, a defensive midfielder, will play as CB and the new signing Castagne is making his debut today...West brom could exploit this weak defence

I'll avoid ML and just go with handicap, hopefully Vardy & Co's firepower will get the job done

1. maybe because Leeds performance as a promoted team last night.
2. some players (mostly defenders), will be missed this match.
Jonny Evans (3 games), Wes Morgan, Christian Fuchs, and Daniel Amartey are all doubtful. Ricardo Pereira and Filip Benkovic are still sidelined with problems carried over from 2019-20.

I said this earlier that It will be difficult for Liverpool to defend their EPL title this season, a lot of team will try to improve on their performances Leeds were very impressive yesterday they really capitalized on Liverpool defence by scoring a whooping three goals against the highly rated defence line of Liverpool, obviously that defence needs a lot of improvement else they will concede many goals when they play an attacking team like Man City, Man Utd, Chelsea or Arsenal.

WBA was very good for first 20 minutes or you can say that Leicester entered the game poorly, after that it was foxes all the way.

Yep, WBA fell apart after 20-25 minutes. I know it's only the first game of the season, but I really don't see them staying in the EPL, currently they are weaker than they were when they won the promotion.

Even if they bring Ivanovic, Krovinovic and striker (probably a priority) it won't change much imho, they will probably end up like Norwich. Since their board didn't whant to properly invest in the squad they might as well save those 20+ million euro they spent on Diangana. What they obviously don't understand is that is harder to win a promotion through highly demanding and competitive Championship than it is to avoid EPL relegation.

I don't think Tottenham can easily beat Everton.  Don't forget that Everton is not too much bad team. The team is much stable. I hope the match will be draw by 1-1. Let’s see what will happen.
