Pogba being known as a world class player is a myth. When was the last time he put in top class performances, consistently over a significant period of time? He was good for France when they won the World Cup but he’s been bang average for Man Utd, arguably since he joined them.

He hasn’t kicked on & repeated his Juve form as a young player. He’s more interested in posting on instagram to display his wealth & dyeing his hair stupid colours.

Pogba is a joke. He is talented but to say he is in top-class players. I am sorry he does not.

Pogba is over-priced and he is too selfish to play for his teammates. The time when Pogba played well is in Juventus but when he got very good supports from midfielder around him. Pirlo is one of them. Pogba is not a sort of key player that can carry a team.

United are a bit of a joke right now. Pogba is good but he's not reaching his potential and I'm not sure he will with United. I'm sure Pogba will leave as soon as he can. It will be interesting to see what happens with him and France in the next Euros and if they can win it again.

If Liverpool can win the first 5 matches in a row, the league is over I think.

Lol come on. Seasons aren't won within the first 5 games. What if they go on to lose the next 5? It's far too early to be saying who is going to win the league and Man City haven't even played their second game yet. Liverpool aren't playing City until November either and it's those sorts of games where either team needs to take points away from each other if they want to challenge for the title.

Aston Villa's big summer spend looks to have been effective - they are in 12th, with 2 games in hand on the teams in the relegation zone... a big improvement on last season.
If they can just find a way to keep getting games postponed instead of playing them, they're all set for a mid-table position.
They may have played 0, but they've also lost 0 and don't have a negative goal difference...

 

I think that game could be a boring 0-0 draw and if so they will still have the same goal difference  .

They started well too, won both, but they are a team I always feel comfortable playing against.

I'm really curious about the Wolves - City tonight, I hope Wolves can take something out of the game. They are really progressing season after season.

Much as I'm liking backing Wolves, I think today isn't the day for that. (May look at goals scored or something here - over 2.5 goals BTTS = 13/10 or Over 3 goals is 2/1)

Shefield Vs Villa is also a close call. They drew a lot against each other Prem and in the championship.

At least Sheffield have a game under their belt but not a happy one. Lost 0:2 oh and to Wolves, see above:).   :/

The premiere for Manchester city to play in this season Wolves is also a challenge for Mancity tonight but I am sure it will all be passed easily, Pep Guardiola may have a new strategy this season and the game will be as impressive as Liverpool who easily bring victory.

I am sick of seeing Manchester United that the game is not so slick and like this it will be like last season at the start of the season it will continue to lose and at the end it will be good too, hmm but I am still not sure that at Manchester United it is still in the hands of Solskjaer.

First game is always tricky. Considering the previous season, Man City failed to win against Wolves twice 0-2 home and 3-2 away. Although I believe City could make it, I still think it will not be an easy match.

On one side, Wolves is really tough last season and this season they have won their first game against Sheffield while City hasnt done their game yet. If this is a race, Wolves has done their warm up while Manchester City only starting to do so.

Aguero is currently injured and Gundogan is quarantined so they are missing few of their players on the first game in an away game against Wolves. Despite that I picked 0-3 for Manchester City in the predictor pool, this now kinda feels like Wolves going to pull this trough. My bad for not checking on stuff before I picked it

In my opinion Wolves are not a weak team, so it's only natural that Manchester City can concede one goal. Overall the match
was quite entertaining, indeed the strategy and quality of Manchester City players are still above Wolves. So a score of 1-3 for
Manchester City's victory is very worthy in my opinion. Next Manchester City will face Leicester who managed to win two times
in a row, it will be a very interesting match in my opinion.

In my opinion Wolves are not a weak team, so it's only natural that Manchester City can concede one goal. Overall the match

Wolves last season were also 2-0 down and by the end of the match Wolves thrashed 3-2 in that match. So yeah Wolves are not each team to get past. Besides they played well, it just was that Manchester City's attack was too much to handle for Wolves defense. I loved the second goal though, the way players combined and make it up for Foden in the end was classic City style.

I watched every game and I must say that my thoughts were as follows:

Manchester city played very well in the first part of the game, managed to give wolves a lot of pressure, but showed that they could not score goals. In the second half the Wolves were very careful and had many opportunities to score goals and failed a lot. The wolves could have won that game.


Aston Villa - sheffield united

it was a game where the red card that John Egan received was bad for sheffield united. See that Aston Villa pressed many times the sheffield united but has serious problems in scoring a goal and the few times that sheffield united pressed Aston Villa they caused a great danger. I confess that I had bet on Aston villa and I was scared every time sheffield united got the ball

Yes. Often the best times for a smaller team to upset the odds is either at the start of the season or the very end of the season.

I don't think this game told us much, other than that Villa have problems against teams who just sit back to defend. Something to bear in mind with in-game betting - if Villa go a goal down, they may struggle to find an equaliser. Of course all that may change now they've bought Traore.

it was not an easy game for the city, if the wolves yesterday had not missed many goals the city would lose and definitely if city continues like this they will not have a chance to be a champion, yesterday I realized that city didn’t only lose because Wolves failed a lot, but if city were playing with Liverpool surely liverpool would win
