Jose Mourinho is on the list of potential coaches the club will fire this season. based on the site thesackrace.com, Mourinho is in the third position chosen by Bettor. What was wrong with the special one, he still couldn't bring his team to play well at the start of this season because from last two matches, 1 of them are defeat.

Is this gonna happen? I saw the last game they won 5-2, Son Heung Min became a star scoring four goals. I think they had a bad start, two defeats in the EPL, but in the third week they play well at Southamton. This week they will appear in the Europa League to be precise on Friday and play in the EPL on Sunday. The schedule is pretty close. Regarding dismissal, in my opinion it is still the beginning. If Mourinho and his men can perform consistently, I don't think his dismissal will happen.

I agree that it was too early to decide that Mourinho would be sacked, and it's only natural for the team to have a bad start.
But seeing the match against Southampton, the Spurs played very well. Moreover, the Spurs managed to bring in Reguilon and
Bale, at least there is a possibility that these two new players can make a good contribution. So as long as the next game the Spurs
can give a good performance, Mourinho's dismissal will not happen. I believe Mourinho can make Spurs into a strong team,
so give Mourinho time.

Mourinho is a top manager, a false start can be in a championship like the premier league where all the teams are very aggressive, give Mourinho some time and in my opinion it will transform the Spurs into a very strong team that will fight to win titles , as he did with Porto and Inter, I don't think Mourinho will be sacked so easily that he still has an important salary and it is difficult for them to pay a coach to keep him at home

Yes, I completely agree with you, Mourinho is one of the best coaches out there, the Premier League is not easy but he is a tough guy, I still remember when he was coaching my beloved Inter! too many memories! however spurs fans can rest assured and trust, mourinho will turn spurs into a winning team

I never was a biggest fan of Mourinho and his tactics, both on the pitch and off the pitch. Granted he has results behind him but I think his prime has past. Everybody knows now how Mourinho team will play so results are not that good anymore. Add to that the fact that Mourinho is maybe the best manager to squeeze 100% from existing older players in the club and nowhere near that good when it comes to promoting younger players and building for the future and I don't see him as having big success at Spurs.

Haha I'ts funny, but it's only a start.Chelsea will be strong this season, I have no doubt about that. They will need a bit more time to find chemistry, lots of new players. So far looking at the table Crystal palace did the best job, took 3 points from Man utd and from what I've seen from that match they have a fighting team there, dark horse for a lot of top teams I think.

And Leeds and WBA matches will always be fun to watch based on the opening rounds.

Chelsea new signings are slowly showing their link-up and it wouldn't take much time to settle down IMO. What taking them down right now is their keeper and defence line. Though Lampard yet have to show his best squad I think Chelsea are yet to give their best show.

Chelsea just signed Edouard Mendy from Rennes and I hope he replaces Kepa in next.

Chelsea have good squad depth. Somewhat similar in no.s to City but its a challenge for Lampard if he can manage it like Guardiola does and keep them tight in race. Though squad depth also surely doesn't make you a sure title winner indeed (we saw what happened with City last season).

Most clubs won't be like that, they want good and fast performance, they won't care about the length of adaptation time. They (management) will not give a chance if they keep losing. Anything can happen, I hope in the fourth week of the EPL they can win again. Then about Bale, can he play this weekend against Newcastle?

I would say Chelsea really played well in their match against Liverpool. There were moments were Chelsea played some quick passes in counter and made some good runs. Eventually it didn't led to anything as Liverpool's defence were quick enough to react and were solid but if you ask me Chelsea are doing pretty well so far despite their some of the main players are yet to feature in this PL.

Chelsea are a team with a young coach frank lampard Liverpool are with a well experienced coach klop, Chelsea team are young and some of there attack are new to English football, while Liverpool attack are feared in English and world football,
Chelsea team naive action was seen when there young keeper gifted Liverpool the second goal, and the first half red card.
Chelsea has the players but not the team yet, if they get that then they can contend for the league but that's beyond Frankie's team this season.

You guys ask as if Chelsea was given the privilege to spend in the past window when other teams were busy buying players and Buidling their teams. All Chelsea had were academy boys and court case to fight. Finally we were lucky to win and reduce our fine and now people are mad because we have spare funds to spend and they don't.
The match against liverpool wasn't a fair one although we lost. You don't expect a 10 team squad to win the champions. We gave our best but lacking some key players to make our impact felt.

I think Chelsea played well until the red card on them directly impacted the result of the game.Soon after the red card Liverpool started to control the game and they easily scored 2 goals.I think the game would have ended in a draw if the red card wasn’t there.I hope to see a strong Chelsea in the upcoming games as it is good for the competition in the Premier League.

This is silly, it was Christensen's fault for getting the red card after the VAR review and dont forget that missed penalty from Jorginho was probably the trigger that made the game looks so boring. After the missed penalty, Chelsea kinda lose the motivation to win the game but it could be different it they managed to score that penalty

That poor game from Chelsea cause them 3 points, admit it they didnt give it all yet. Liverpool was good but in this case Chelsea was just really bad on that game

Compete yes, win no. I agree with you that they surely need to compete, be in top 4 in Premier league and secure Champions league, but expectations are not to win the title. I think Lampard has few years of wiggle room if Chelsea will play attractive and competitive football under his management.

This is a project sometimes we should look how young and potential the team is remember Manchester united spent £200m last transfer and still finished off Chelsea who were facing a transfer ban with a point tie and a goal difference, I believe this Chelsea team needs 2-3 years to challenge for any major trophy Timo Werner also said this during his first interview so i don't see why we need to pressure lampard to deliver a major trophy this season please don't keep your hope high it took klop 3 years to assemble a strong team with over £400m spent, Pep too 2 years to blend with over £500m spents on players and backroom staffs. I agree with you that they need to blend and that's why we've always had preseason matches to build up the teams as per blending. 2-3 years taking the back bench, cheering other teams win the trophy is so undesirable and could be so discomforting. It might seem like a result but, it's a result that could get the manager sacked after spending a whopping $200 millon bent on promises and hopes of improvement with a result same as before during the match ban phases.

Well Man City just played 1 game while Leicester, Everton and Liverpool played 2 matches so..
I voted City but I agree that Liverpool showed some decent playing which lacked at the latest games at the end of the previous season. We will see anyway it is too early to judge. City will face Leicester and Liverpool will play vs Arsenal in the next days, intense games for both

Quite intense and an interesting match for both teams but still, I don't see them losing as being the better team and most qualified (not saying other teams aren't if you get my point) to be the next title defenders.

I don't think Chelsea would spend that much especially at a time like this only to compete and not actually win trophies. Playing attractive and competitive football is great but if it doesn't bring anything on the table for the team then it's not worth it (other teams plays good football too). I'm certain Chelsea invested much so they can compete and win trophies not just in the domestic league but also at global competitions.

At the end of the day (the season in this case), we only care about who wins the league and not who played the best football. Lampard would definitely come under fire and possibly get sacked if the team fails to Liverpool up to expectations. There's so much at stake.
