Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024

I'm way ahead of myself, predicting a match that'll take place in one week, but after the Liverpool vs Aston Villa disaster, I reckon that Everton will win the match against Liverpool, because they've been at least one goal ahead of all the other teams they played against in the EPL, Liverpool will be without Sadio Mane for the next few games, and he at least scored 3 goals in the 2020/2021 EPL season so far. Liverpool is having problems with Firmino, he's not scoring any goals at all. He probably won't score a goal against Everton either. And third, deflected shots keep coming at Adrian which he can't save.

This match is looking grim for Liverpool.

My opinion on Pep is I think he’ll move on after this season regardless, he never stays at the same club for too long.

City results are disappointing, unless they succeed to get EPL + CL, I don't think Pep will stay in City. Of course probability this happens is very weak taking on consideration the actual performance and results 

Pep time at City is over the tactics are no longer working even John.  stoneis back to the starting eleven to show how average and poor the pep side has been this season

I agree with you, for the fact that Sadio Mane will be absent, his absent had greatly shown a hilarious disaster on the Liverpool, I don't know about Fermino present way of scoring but I'm pretty sure he may have a chance to hit the net, I expect Everton in winning the game with total goals of +2, actually, Everton had been doing pretty well in Goodison Park from the starting of the season.
I will also be taking my prediction to be EVE 3:1 LIV

Poch would be good at Chelsea or Man Utd, don’t forget he didn’t have a huge transfer budget at Spurs but still took them to the CL Final. He’d probably be really good at a club with money.

My opinion on Pep is I think he’ll move on after this season regardless, he never stays at the same club for too long.

I agree with, Pochetino would be a good manager for Man Utd, he would fit in just fine and he has shown that he can work and develop the team through the years which is exactly what Man Utd needs. I love Ole, but he is limited as a coach and I hope he gets sacked asap. He should've been sacked a long time ago.

NotATether, glad you already aware that you maybe way ahead of yourself by predicting the result of the match that will kick off on the 17th of this month and I think what happened in this season premier league matchday 1-4 is enough to make us understand that this year league is full of surprises. However, Sunday lost is enough lesson for Liverpool and I'm sure they won't want such an occasion to happen again.

Manchester United's very bad appearance right now, it was time for Ole to be fired, I agree that Pochetino is the right choice to replace coach Ole.
I believe that Pochetino's ability can make Manchester United back into the strongest team in the Premier League again. Although no Manchester
United coach is as good as Ferguson, at least Pochetino's experience who led the spurs at that time with a limited transfer budget, able to make
tottenham qualify for the 2018/2019 Champions League final, although in the end Tottenham lost to Liverpool and failed to become champions.

What's wrong with Man. United and Liverpool? It's a loss with a big number of conceded goals. Which one is the problem, on the strategy or the quality of players? I think this matchday is the worse day for these two clubs. I can understand if Man United can be defeated by Tottenham, but really surprised to see what's happening with Liverpool. They won the trophy in the last season, mate!! Do they lose motivation to play?

I'm too out of my words. Everything seems upside down on this year's league. I thought these odd results are for some initial games till the team comes to their rhythm.
But Most of them have played 4 games and the table still looks unimaginable. Neither Everton nor Aston Villa had won the premier league in my lifetime.
And above all, betting on the league have been another pain. There are no any stas, opinion, reasoning and analysis working.

It's true that there have been very impressive performances for Everton, and Rodriguez put on an impressive display for Everton at the start of the Premier League's opening season this season.
and the presence of Rodriguez, Allan and Abdoulaye Doucoure has shown a real change for Everton recently, namely winning four wins from four Premier League matches.

I hope this new season there will be meaningful competition for EPL, not just Liverpool and Manchester city. Too boring if only 2 clubs compete. even though the other teams are so amazing and have the best players. But if this season Liverpool win again, I'm still happy.

Primier league more competitive league in the world because we can't prediction who will be the champion and keep winning until the end of league, we see how Aston Villa last season almost play in championship level but this season can beat Liverpool with higher score 7 - 2, how ever primer league always have new team will make big four difficult to be champion, waiting next match who will defeat by under dog team, manchester city, liverpool, arsenal or manchester United, we are waiting who will give surprise playing for primer league.

interestingly in January they talked about this possibility, in fact from what I read at the time it was almost certain that Solskjaear would not continue as manchester united coach, and here he is as manchester united coach even if manchester united has a poor performance. i usually say that manchester united was in a good position last season because of luck

you spoke as if liverpool had many defeats, it was just bad luck and they will recover from that tragic game. assuming that just because they lost against aston villa that way then going to lose against everton would be a mistake

The game has been so competitive since the beginning.

Of course it has, but I know most of the smaller teams that have put good performances and are up in the table right now wouldn't be able to maintain this standard for too long, we saw what happened with Leicester City last season, after playing so well from the beginning right till the break caused by the pandemic, still fell out of the top four position heading to the curtain been drawn.

Everton are going in that manner this season, and though they have an experienced coach in Carlo Ancelloti, I don't know if they'll be able to get a top four finish, it'll depend on the bigger teams, and I'm sure as games go by, City and Liverpool will pick up their form and take the number 1 and 2 positions on the table, but we may see different teams completing the top four slots at the end of this season.

The change of coach should have happened at the beginning of this season. We see that Manchester United has a very bad performance, at least the change of coach happened in the middle of the season. If not, we will see manchester united will always be like this and even worse.

It shouldn't be a problem if club management want to find a replacement coach in the middle of the season just because of a series of bad result the club has experienced.

We see that Manchester United has a very bad performance, at least the change of coach happened in the middle of the season.

If it's the best choice and can improve the team's performance, then I think it should be done. However, finding a new coach who fits the quality of the team is very difficult and it is not uncommon for many clubs to make mistakes because they are too hasty in making choices.

If not, we will see manchester united will always be like this and even worse.

Two Manchester are in the same condition, so if Manchester United have to find a new coach then what about Manchester City who are only 1 point ahead of United ?
I just think that the three matches can't decide how they will move in the next game to the end. Why not give them a chance ?

If Everton can scale through this big match against Liverpool then they are in for a big challenge in EPL this season soccer pundits posited that Everton top form will in the beginning of the season is splash in a pan. Liverpool will bounce back from last week disappointing match and play well for their fans
