Liverpool 0 - 1 Brighton

I am surprised to see this result. How can Liverpool get defeated by Brighton at home? I don't know what's happening with Liverpool today but their shot stats aren't as good as Brighton. Liverpool played today isn't like as usual while Brighton played today very impressive. This Premier League is really crazy competition, showed many unpredictable results in many matches during this season.

Wow! Liverpool lost! It's unbelievable indeed. I never had the slightest thought of Liverpool loosing this game with them playing from home at that! Brighton Hove Albion is really on heat this period. Just last weak, they dealt Tottenham a heavy blow with the same scoreline and today, Klopp just happens to have received the same exact measure! So unexpected but then, Liverpool had enough time for an equalizer but, they just weren't good enough for the Brighton Hove Albion's defense line.

Sorry you have to loose money on this one mate. It's a normal thing. I just hope it's a lose you can easily bare. The EPL continues to be more and more unpredictable by the day.

I'm sure a lot of people have lost money with this Liverpool defeat, because it should be an easy match for Liverpool. But it turns out that Brighton
managed to win the match, it is true that now the matches in the Premier League are increasingly difficult to predict. Especially Liverpool always

Nice achievement from Brighton by getting 2 wins in a row against Big Team. The win against Liverpool is special because they played as away team but the most important thing is that the 6 points give them better chance to stay on Premier League. At least they are now a bit save from the relegation zone with 10 points difference. Sorry for Liverpool fans, I believe you all expected that it should be an easy win for Liverpool. Some big team have bad luck against team that look weak and game can be won easily. Manchester United, Liverpool and several other had grueling days when they were touted as favorite for the match due to the fact they had unsatisfactory result.

This poor result gave Manchester City the opportunity to last longer in first position. The current point gap with Liverpool has become 7 and that will make it even more difficult for Liverpool to continue their journey toward the title race. If Manchester City win next week, it will add to Liverpool's suffering.

Have Brighton become the giant-killer in Premier League even they are staying at bottom of table? They killed Tottenham, Liverpool with a single goal in each match. I hope they can keep up this work and improve their rank on the table.

This season has never stopped been crazy. Clubs can move up to the top very quick and slip down to the middle.

It is too soon but I know the impressive climb of Manchester City. They have good total points and have postponed match to play and take more points. The problem with Liverpool is their attacking players scored very little goals in past few matches. This poor performance affects the result.

An extraordinary result, Southampton was slaughtered after two players were shown a red card. I saw the referee's performance was not optimal. Even with the help of VAR technology they are still being blamed by many people. Seeing the video several times in my opinion it is also not a red card for Jan Bednarek, maybe a yellow card is more appropriate. To this day this problem is still the cause. Even Matrial and Ole said that. In fact, it seems that Southampton has made an appeal with this case. Pretty difficult, if Liverpool lose this weekend to City, then the points gap Increases to ten, with a game in hand, if that happens I think Liverpool can kiss their title goodbye, it's been almost impossible winning Liverpool at Anfield, but after two latest loss on their home ground, this could give City confidence going into Sundays match, Manchester City always struggle to take anything away whenever they visit Anfield, but it looks like Liverpool's confidence is bottom low, and pep could lead City to a long awaited victory at the home of the current champions.

somehow we're getting used to seeing these type of scorelines in the best league in the world 🤔

I believe we are getting more used to it because talent level is increasing like crazy and that allows a lot more goals at the top teams.

I understand that there is hundreds of players in premier league but still in football there is a vast scouting and database which means players do end up scattered around except at the top, when a high level team gives 30-50 million dollars for transfer and 10+ million yearly for salary suddenly they can get any player they want. This results with bottom teams not having great players like that, but top teams having 11 great ones and results could end up this way.

In fact it is not even solely about that, there is also fact that players train harder and better and with technology so they grow up from very young ages to be amazing and they end up with scoring a lot easier goals thanks to those training, put any good player of today into football life 20-30 years ago and they would be talked about as the best player ever existed.

I do not want to say too much. I agree they played so badly but well,,, so did Spurs my team who also lost to Brighton in the last match. Brighton shall we also say are playing at peak form but when you look at the team Liverpool are playing with 5th choice CB and do not have Mane, but yes. they had a good enough team to at least create a few shots on goal.

Tottenham are going to play a home game against Chelsea tonight. It is a really big rivalry. Tottenham are the 7th and Chelsea are the 8th with the same points, 33. Tottenham also have one game missing. Both teams have the same statistics (2W 1D 2L). In the last 5 head-to-head games, Chelsea won 3 times, Tottenham won once and one game ended in a draw.

I think Chelsea will be more focused here. With Tuchel, they started playing much better. Tottenham have been very bad for 2 matches. In the absence of Kane, Tottenham are having extra hardship. I think Chelsea won't lose this game and they can even win it.

Aston Villa 1 - 3 West ham

 

I was expecting great things from the aston villa when I saw the good performance they were having

I also was expecting a good fight from Aston Villa but West Ham were better in first half than Villa. They had some more good chances than Villa in first half and so I put a very small bet on draw no bet on West Ham and came out with the winner. Also what a great debut Lingard had this match. He played really well in the first match and there is lot of matches ahead.

Gotta say- David Moyes have done some good transfers this season. They are proving to be fruitful for Hammers so far as they stand 5th in the league.

Southampton was defeated after the first red card, the second card was at the end of the match and formally it had no effect on anything. For any team that receives a red card at the beginning of the match, the match is already turning into a test of strength, and when your teammate Manchester United is already a defeat. Yankevits played very roughly, but it had to be a warning and a yellow card, there was no direct blow, it was rough play with a straight leg. Changing manager often brings some good results in the first few games. I think it's happening right now in Chelsea. Currently, the pressure is reduced compared to Lampard's time, and the players seem a little more relaxed.
Tottenham is in small result crisis also, now without Kane it will be very hard to be dangerous. I can't see his win tonight, of course, if there is not foreseen circumstances by the referee.

Tottenham were not good in the last 2 games and they might have problems on focusing fully on this game. Kane is still injured and he is a big loss for them. Chelsea have an advantage. Because they changed their manager and they started having a much better performance with Tuchel. So, I see Chelsea closer to the win. But if Chelsea win, this time it might not be as easy as the win Liverpool got against Tottenham.
