It happened to almost every team in EPL, even Liverpool and Arsenal suffer the same thing

Confidence plays a huge part in sport, and in the form of football teams especially. If you start on a bad run it can be difficult to shake yourself out of it. But the effect does seem to be stronger than usual this season. Perhaps the absence of fans plays a part? If you're low on confidence and struggling for form, you can usually still get a big lift from a home match with thousands of screaming fans... but with a silent stadium you're alone with your thoughts and I'd imagine it can be difficult for teams in this situation to start winning again.

Westham has been pretty good at dealing with Mancity and as usual with other clubs Mancity has always won more goals and I know Westham's strength is now beyond question.

I can't see as well, City are definitely so much stronger than the rest of the 19 teams in the league, and surely they'll be champions when the curtain is drawn, another hard fought and convincing victory, I must say West Ham really made City work so hard for that victory. David Moyes' side are certainly establishing their claim to finish in the top four this season, they are pretty decent and even if they'll not make it into the CL next season, a Europa league spot finish would make it a perfect season for them.

I'm pretty sure Spurs fans will be disappointed with their team and Mourinho, I thought they had a real chance to win the league, they looked really 'spured' on to beat anybody at the start of the season, but all that form has gone to waste and now it looks like it's going to be another disappointing season for Tottenham.

West Ham was close to finish the game with a draw at the very end of the game. City is consolidating its first place and if Chelsea and Arsenal tackle ManU and Leicester then it will be great for them.

But unfortunately Chelsea will play against Manchester United and that will be a difficult job, because these two teams will always chase points in every match seeing that their points are both unsafe and will always aim for points even though it is a draw. But yes, it looks like Chelsea and Leicester have better chances than their opponents in tomorrow's match so for me this situation will definitely be put to the best possible use by Leicester.

I'm not sure about this. Chelsea indeed has lower odds, but a draw and Manchester United win are both very real. Chelsea won 12 and lost 6 games this season, whereas Manchester United won 14 and lost 4 games. It also lost two last home games to Manchester United, so I think it's quite likely to lose once again. The teams are more or less equal, so it's very hard to predict how the game goes, but I don't see Manchester United losing it. As for Leicester City vs Arsenal, here I agree that the former is more likely to win.

Manchester City is 13 points ahead, and that’s a lot more. In order for a team to score 13 points, it has to win 4 matches and draw one match. On the other hand, Manchester City is in the great form, they do not seem to lose 4/5 matches at a time. Unless Manchester City's performance breaks down drastically, they will hold the top spot until the end of the season.

No rival is going to catch Manchester City this season. City are just not going to drop enough points to be overtaken. They might drop some points but the others will drop more. It’s a formality now!

I'm sure no one expected City to take the title race by storm due to the fact that they had a poor start to this season's campaign. It's been one hell of a turnaround for this City team. After today's win, I think it's safe to say that City is 2020/2021 PL champions. There's just 12 games left to be played and I don't see dropping enough for either Man Utd or Leicester city to take advantage of. Leicester and Man Utd could even drop points in tomorrow's fixtures too - Leicester vs Arsenal and a revived Chelsea team vs Man Utd.

To think Liverpool and Man Utd was on top of the table for while and now they are 22 and 13 points away from top spot goes to show how tough the PL title race is, Lol.

Amazing by Manchester City's current achievement in the Premier League. They became an invincible team once again. As many have said, they are probably the most likely candidate to lift the trophy this season. I don't see any strict reminders from other team like Manchester United, Leicester, Liverpool and several other team. The only way for Manchester City to win the title before the season ends is to continue to perform well in every game. They are great this season, even much better than Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United, Leicester City at now.

You're right, those doubt are because they started a very unpleasant season. But everything became extraordinary after all the players played quite well according to the strategy applied by Pep Guardiola.

This season, Man City is back in action. The start of the season started with unsatisfactory results but recovered when the season was past half. Liverpool is showing a big setback. However, my favorite Chelsea blue team must finish in the top five so that next season can still enter the UCL.

If City eventually wins the league this season(it obvious they are going to win it) but from a mathematical point of view it still very possible to lose the league since there are still 12 games to play. I've said on several occasions that Pep is a tactical genius, he played most of the season without his strikers Aguero and Jesus and most of his first-team players. This is what quantifies a good coach and he might end the season with two or more trophies to his name.

The only race now is the top 4 and Liverpool is looking likely to lose out but it's not over till it is over, the match between Chelsea and Manutd will determine how Chelsea are willing to secure their top 4 slots. A must win game I think.

The nightmare at the start of the season and its ending to be beautiful at the end of the season with a ranking far from other teams this is after their recovery after an unsatisfactory start to the season.
But for me Mancity deserved another title because they were consistent in a neat and fast game when the opportunity arose because that would be the goal for the winner.

It was such a nightmare like you said for Gaurdiola and manchester city through the injury and covid19 complications, with people questioning his team tactics and the way he managed the club, haven't been a champion of the EPL few seasons back and syddenly, they wre faced with terror in the EPL at the beginning of this season. Well, its not always how it starts but how it ends and now that they are top of the table, it seems Gaurdiola has sworn not to lose a single game. Its a winning trick in motion for them and now, no one can doubt them being king of the league this season.

West ham, Aston Villa will face same challenge as Leicester City had as they will have to fight against Chelsea and Liverpool for Champions League. They have ambitious players who want to get the experience with air in Champions League for their first time in career. Chelsea and Liverpool have more experience and they will use it for the fight. It does not take into account the quality for their players that undoubtedly much better than Aston Villa and West Ham.
