It is correct to say that both Liverpool and Chelsea are struggling this season to get to their better form.

Despite the fact that both teams are not in their best form I will still believe Liverpool to be able to win Chelsea in that very meeting. Liverpool having been losing some matches and become as inconsistent as Chelsea they also most times play good football but luck will most times not by their side. This cannot be said about Chelsea who does not even play well at all most times.

This match will be held at Anfield. It's quite difficult to say Liverpool will be able to win this match if we look at their last two matches which ended in defeat. In addition, this is the third match for Cody Gakpo who was brought in in this transfer market but he doesn't seem to be able to make an extraordinary contribution for Liverpool. Apart from that, the Liverpool vs Chelsea match is certain that Liverpool will not be strengthened by Nunez due to an injury. So, from what I see, of course Liverpool had a bit of a problem in this match because they weren't strengthened by their core players due to injury. Maybe for the final result I think the score will be very thin.

The two clubs are inconsistent and I can't say any club is better, Chelsea is in 10th position on the table with 28 points, and Liverpool is in 9th position on the table with 28 points also, let's compare the two clubs with each other with their last four matches played, Chelsea won 1 match, draw 1 match and loss 2 matches. Liverpool won 2 matches and loss 2 matches. I don't think any of these clubs are better than each other. It will be a difficult match for the two clubs but the match might endup as draw.

Both Liverpool and Chelsea have been inconsistent lately but at the end of the game they have had a good result as Loverpool just won 0-1 against Wolves in the FA Cup and Chelsea won from Crystal Palace 1-0 in the EPL.
and this is indeed difficult to predict and will be a very interesting match because both have the ambition to get full points, and there is bad news for Chelsea that Chelsea is in serious trouble ahead of visiting Liverpool at the Anfield stadium. I don't think it's like that, victory is indeed a mandatory price but defeat when facing Manchester United is not a failure, especially since it has been a crushing blow until now. Losses did occur there but this didn't mean anything because their opponents were actually quite strong.
