But it seems that Manchester city does not have better consistency than Arsenal.

As a home game (Etihad Stadium) Manchester City should have an important role there, they have to get 3 points and step away from Manchester United and get closer to Arsenal if next week's game is lost  again, it's not easy what we imagine, just like now Manchester City vs Tottenham, think this can be a they win because whatever that can happen is for sure as the hosts want to get the perfect points.
Conte's squad should not be underestimated in any way as they have a strong mentality in the EPL but I think Pep Guardiola's squad can excel in this game.

If I'm not mistaken, because of the yellow card that Casemiro received against Crystal Palace, he will be forced to miss the match against Arsenal, this could be a significant loss for ten Hag in such an important match. Man United has always faced an uphill battle against Crystal Palace, in particular at Old Trafford in the past two seasons. Man Utd will have to accept a loss unless David de Gea saves them. He has served as Man United's savior. If he isn't there, the goal might have more than one.

There was a lot of wasted chances in the first half. In the second half, they hardly made any attempts at goal before conceding. I agree with you that Arteta must be realistic with his plan for Arsenal in a long season and for every match. They don't need to win too big but need to win as many matches as possible. When he sees Arsenal have good results and can secure 3 points, he should make substitutions and gives his important players have time to rest. First to avoid injuries and second to have better fitness for other matches. If he can do this, he can help Arsenal to have better results in second half of season and increase the odd to win Premier League.
