If we arrive at a conclusion on the current state of Liverpool judging from just yesterday's performance it will be a hasty decision because the last match between Manchester United and Liverpool where they won with large goals scores shows how luck and unpredictable football can be, and at that, it may surprise to see Liverpool losing out in their next match.

-But if Liverpool can sustain the motivations from yesterday's match and to ride on their current energy, then the coming week will be very favourable to the club and let's hope that happens.

Maybe Chelsea won this week but I'm worried about their next match against Leicester away already.

Because it is obvious that it won't be an easy match for Chelsea at all. The big win Leicester got against Tottenham home comes to my mind and just bad scenarios are appearing in my mind for Chelsea also. Because Chelsea are still a struggling team when it comes to scoring goals. They don't have problems on creating many goal chances but the main issue is finishing them. Leicester are a team that have a weak defense normally. But their offensive side is very strong. As they have a potential to get point(s) here I'm thinking of adding their double chance to my betslip.

Fulham vs. Brentford won't be as exciting as Manchester United vs. Liverpool, and since fulham won their most recent game 2:0 against Leeds United and Brentford's most recent game against Crystal Palace ended in a draw, fulham has a better chance of winning than Brentford. You may be right in some ways, but then football is full of unexpected results and we can't use recent one or two matches result to measure a club's performance and what we expect them to play in their current games, imagine the result of Manchester united vs Liverpool, anyone will predict a win for man united but the outcome was different up to 7 goals to none.

Yes, the equalization goal came in late in the first half and with the way it looks, I think Fulham may have a good ride in the second half considering how the Brentford's first goal came and how there have fought so hard to maintain that goal but the could not withstand the intensified efforts of the Fulham squads and have to concede a goal which made them to be in the same goal level I'm the first half.

-But if I am to make a prediction I may take the match as draw even if the odds are low, I better risk that than to bet on any of the two clubs because of game inconsistency.

LOL I was late a few seconds placed a bet on Fulham, when I checked the score then Brentford managed to score the first goal then I thought Fulham would equate the score in the near future and it was true that Fulham did it before I placed a bet   I predict there will be 2 more goals in the second half so I decided to bet on total goals over 3.5 goals.

well fullham has managed to score a goal and penetrate the Fullham defense shortly after I typed about fullham who continues to try to build attacks. but it turned out that the attack built by Fullham managed to produce 1 goal. got one chance of accuracy on target which could be put to good use by fullham and became a goal. and in the second half I thought Brentford would stop defensively. because they now also have to score again to get the win. but Fullham will also be building a more aggressive attack.

Brentford I think has somewhat the upper edge right now although Fulham played well in the first half.For me this game either ends in level terms or Brentford wins,I would be surprised in a Fulham win seeing how the game is developing but this is Premier League and anything can happen.Fulham this season has been doing great while Brentford started a great run if I remember correctly making like some consecutive wins in the beginning of this season and they are now in the fight for a place in Europa Conference League,the last spot for that European competition,Fulham the same but if they lose tonight they will be near equal points and the race to that spot will become even more beautiful as the number of games shrinks.

Even this win against Leeds was below their expectations actually. With a team like theirs they should finally be able to beat some underdogs in home games with a couple of goals difference. Just a 1-0 is not enough for FC Chelsea against Leeds.

Right now they are just consolidating and trying to save what is left for this season but I can't see very much that they could still be fighting for. I can't see a chance for them to attack the top five teams right now. Even when Chelsea plays more or less well, those five teams are not joking around anymore and Chelsea would have to make up 8 points on Liverpool and 11 points on Tottenham. After this win against Manchester United I don't think that Liverpool can play so bad for the rest of the season that Chelsea comes even close, let alone Chelsea play so good that they could come even close.

This is a really big opportunity for the Red Devils to get a reassuring win by a decent score and improve the morale of the team. They really need this after a loss like this.

I don't expect only one big loss to cause them to start playing badly of course. Erik ten Hag has built a solid system and it should continue to work anyway.

Head to head comparison is not good because it goes back many years and Chelsea in history has always been better then Leicester City and it is in the last 10 years that Leicester has become a consistent Premier League team. Chelsea have been champions in 10 years so the head to head comparison is not accurate. Chelsea are the worst they have been in probably 5 years. The last time they played this bad Mourinho was fired. I do not know how potter continues to manage the team because he has converted a winning team who looked title challengers to a team that are looking at a mid table finish. I think he is gone in the summer but I think they should fire him now and appoint the assistant manager. I tried to give him a chance but he has proven he is not capable of managing a team as big as Chelsea.
