It is really surprising to see what Unai Emery is doing at Aston Villa. Difficult to overstate the job Emery is doing since he arrived. They’d have got nothing out of the last 2 games before Christmas and here they are, 5th in the table with a genuine chance of European competition. I am happy for this transformation under Emery. Life gets better and better with each day that passes under his management. Surely must be a contender for manager of the season given what he has achieved.

I think I don't have to comment much on the following table except for the fact that it represents the second half of the season:



Now you have to keep in mind that Aston Villa has already played more games than most of the teams at the top, but their result is already amazing as they scored 25 points total during the first 19 games of the season. I know the performance and ranking for second half of season contributes to general and ending ranking of a club. However, I believe they are not interested in that half ranking table as they can win the title, be relegated or not, it will depend on a final ranking table for a whole long season.

Aston Villa have very good form in second half of season and that is impressive so does Manchester United. Arsenal have not too good stats only because of their latest three draws. They will have to concentrate on the match with Manchester City as it can be their last chance to protect their opportunity to win Premier League.

I think, frank lampard have a lot of work to do to bring Chelsea out from this shame because Chelsea president has sacked many coach to ensure there is improvement but still no improvement, which the new coach need to prove himself as a solution to Chelsea problem in this season. Chelsea's performance is very bad right now, it's been a difficult season for them after what happened and there have been many team management decisions that have continued to change coaches during this season but nothing has met expectations even though if you look at the material players they have Chelsea should be able to compete on the board top standings.
the Chelsea vs Brentford game is the game the two teams are in poor form, I don't think Chelsea has a big chance of winning the game despite playing in front of their own fans and Brentford is in poor form.
