The average age of the old players shouldn't be a problem if the players are still able to do hard training, so that when the performance on the field is good and reliable, experience will be an important key for the old players. So it's better to save money to buy players who really need it than just for rejuvenation.

As long as the age of players are not too old and it must not be a problem. The problem is if chelsea doens't have good chemistry as a team. Some players were even playing individually. Medueke was very often doing it by dribbling the ball for their own.
Mudryk is always having horrible finishing. He shall have learned how to create a proper finishing. He is always feeling panic when he will be 1 on 1 against the goal keeper.
Sterling is always missing so many golden opportunities. Almost all of chelsea players have horrible finishing. They can't properly finishing the chance into the goals.
That being said that those people shall have learned a lot about how to create a proper finishing.

Chelsea is a rather young team in the Premier League. The average age of their team is ranked 6th in the league with Arsenal being first (24.6 years) and Fulham being the last (27.9 years). Rejuvenation isn't the problem. They finally need a coach and players who are absolutely willing to put in the effort to be successful. It was never seen in soccer that a club spent so much money on transfers and couldn't even qualify for the European tournaments, not even the Conference League. Those sunk costs are higher than everything else we have ever seen.

Chelsea started poorly this season and ended the season the season in a worst form. I don't know if it was the change of ownership that affected the club,because it was Abrahamovich that brought Chelsea into the light when he bought Chelsea in 2003. Maybe there are what he does to motivate his club players that Todd lacks.

The club has good players but they are finding it very difficult to win matches,which is a big problem to Chelsea. I hope that next season will be a better season for them as they need to get a better coach to do the job and let Lampard go to hell. Todd lacks the knowledge on football club as a business and this is affecting Chelsea badly. It is a bit weird because nobody would think that Abramowitch is the soccer guru who knows what to do, which players to buy etc. This doesn't mean that he has no idea about soccer, but it is possible that he delegated the most important decisions to people who have been in the soccer business for a very long time instead of relying on his own opinion only. I don't know how Todd Boehly works and whether he thinks he knows everything better than anyone else. But when you check the squad it is actually not a bad squad. It just doesn't work for some reason. He went for long-term contracts which give the players a lot of freedom because once they signed a five year or six year contract, they are financially fine forever. That could be a reason that they are not willing to show their best all the time.

Still, Chelsea did Manchester City the honour today in handing them there most merited EPL trophy. It was glorious still for Manchester City and I wonder what it would be for the Chelsea team that were out there.

Did anyone every think Chelsea with their present form could stop Manchester City? I along with I assume would be a lot of people predicted a Manchester City win. Although I had thought City would score more goals than it did. This in my opinion, shows that Chelsea did try their best in holding back City’s advances.

Buying some defenders and a good strikers will be enough for manchester united as it has lots of good midfielders and wingers.
That's the only problems that must be solved by manchester united.

A team definitely needs a striker. Manchester United don't have the people to shoot the ball and finish or (shoot at the goalpost) when attacking the ball, so a top striker is needed. They have lost a lot of reputation this season as they are in the middle of the points table, so if a top striker enters the team, they will definitely be among the top teams. Meanwhile the defender is fairly strong but a few attacks break the defender so a great defender and striker is needed. Then Manchester United will roar again like last season.

It is indeed difficult for Manchester United at the moment because just always expecting Rashford will obviously not have a big impact especially Rashford's position is also not ideal for a striker because his main position is a winger.
On the other hand, the presence of Weghorst this season has not had any impact so far so it would be great if they add a striker who has more instinct in scoring goals for next season.

This Transfer summer, united will sort out their main problems, defensive replacement and top frontlines attacks, fueled up with enough strength. Manchester united needs a top outstanding striker in the club, Erik Ten Hag needs a finisher in the club, a player who's always in position to to finish opportunities into goal scoring. Absolutely, Weghorst doesn't fit in such position at the moment, Marcus Rashford had a good form but he's not consistent on the pitch and injury doesn't give him enough chance to explore what he's made of.

Im not an arsenal fan but im also frustrated by the arsenal preference in the last 10 matches, they was in a good position and everyone thought they will get the title but they started having very bad results and preference which lead them to the actual situation, Manchester city deserve all the respect after their solid preformence in bith premier league and UCL

I've said it a couple of times already that they won't be able to maintain their lead the entire season because of the lack of depth but I would still feel bad if I were an Arsenal fan. They were so close and yet they couldn't get the job done. It must have been more painful seeing their club lose again while another team was crowned as Champions.

Maybe Arteta could be given more funds to splash in the next transfer window after this huge accomplishment.

Arsenal also spent quite a lot of money when Arteta went to Arsenal by buying quite a lot of players, several seasons have not produced anything good and it looks like this season will be the end of their dismal performance but unfortunately, they are not capable enough to keep the opportunities that are in sight for can lift a trophy, and what's more regrettable is not only failing to win the league title but also in all the tournaments they participate in so this season is without a title. Arsenal needs players who can captain really well to keep their motivation high in every game because they don't have that at the moment.

Liverpool can only draw against Aston Villa at Anfield when they have the chance to secure a Europa League spot which is a shame because the match against Southampton this week will be decisive, if Liverpool can win then whatever result Brighton gets will have no effect on the standings 1-5. Southampton looks like they won't be a formidable opponent for Liverpool later but they still appear in high spirits because that was proven against Brighton even though the final result was the defeat they suffered, but Southampton have had the opportunity to score several times they just don't have players with quality which is better than it is at the moment, so defeat after defeat they suffer and make them have to be relegated, and two more teams are determining their fate whether to accompany Southampton.

Even if Manchester City choose to play with their second team, they will still be able to win Chelsea. Chelsea is not a team that can stand Manchester City as it is. That's why Pep Guardiola find it worth while to rest Kelvin De Bruyne and Haaland since they have already won the premier league and also in the finals of champions league. Rest their key players will do them good for the champion league match against Inter.

What Chelsea need is a good coach that utilize their players in a better way not more players in additions to the ones they have. There no reports of Chelsea moving to sign Neymar into the team.

I have to give it to Pep Gardiola and Manchester City for a job well done. Congratulations to them on winning the English premier league and it is well deserved. One of their treble trophy target has been achieved, now their focus would be turned to FA cup and UEFA champions league. City played it's second 11 team and won against the struggling Chelsea side. I just hope we're going to see a brand new version and rejuvenated Chelsea next season because this particular Chelsea has finished. 😄

Before the game I was rating Chelsea as one of the current average English premier league teams but after watching Manchester City's second XI humiliate a star studded Chelsea team I had to change my thoughts of the team because judging by their current standard, Chelsea is playing like championship club that's struggling to play in the premier league.
Mauricio Pochettino has a lot of psychological work to do in other to restore the confidence of this Chelsea team when he finally starts his reign as the club manager. disappointing is a better word to describe the current Chelsea performance

It must hurt Arsenal a bit to lose out on winning the EPL title and after playing very well and being in the lead for a while. But even Arsenal supporters would admit if they’re being honest that Manchester City deserves this title after playing so beautifully and consistently winning in their games played.

I do not think Inter Milan are being underrated. No doubt, there are a very strong team, they’re in form and they’re a force to reckon with in the Serie A. And it’s not an easy feat to make it to the finals of the Champions League so Inter Milan is definitely not a push over. They’ve got great stats. But Manchester City is on another level. They’re in almost perfect form and has proven they could still win games without some of their finest players playing.
In my opinion, Manchester City is at the moment, playing a lot better and is being talked about cause of their winning spree and goal scoring abilities. So perhaps that is why some may feel Inter Milan is being underrated. Both teams has a chance at winning and I think Manchester City’s chances are greater.

I don't think so, but indeed the mentality of Arsenal's team is very bad this season, they can't win games when they are in a pressured position and my decline Jorginho's performance at Arsenal this season is not too bad, he can be a suitable cover.
and for injured players it also doesn't have much effect on the Arsenal team's performance because indeed their players are very evenly distributed between core and reserve players.
it's just a matter of mentality and readiness, Arsenal don't deserve to win this season.

the process that Manchester City went through to get to this point was not easy, they needed time and spent a lot of money and now they have reaped the rewards, now Manchester City is one of the best teams in Europe at the moment.
I highlight one of their players this season, namely Erling Haaland, this is the best signing in the history of Manchester City in my opinion, in just one season he can make a very big contribution.

Competition in the Premier League is not easy this competition is very tight. Big investment does not guarantee a team can compete easily at the top. Arsenal have worked hard to be the best but they are far from lucky. I salute Arteta for being able to bring his young squad to compete at the highest level. Disappointment obviously can not be hidden, but that's the reality. The positive side is that Arteta was able to bring the Gunners back to the Champions League, I think Arsenal fans should also be grateful for that achievement.


Arteta needs to maintain his current squad and only needs to add a few players to positions he sees as weak. Arsenal's young squad only needs to be mentally boosted to be able to survive when facing difficult situations.
