If Leicester can win full points against Newcastle I think it's just a miracle, I don't think Leicester will be able to win this game at all.

It is too bad that Leicester is looking like they will be relegated again. They were very good some few seasons ago, but are quickly returning back to where they came from. They cannot win Newcastle with how good Newcastle team are. Newcastle is not Arsenal, and if they are loosing to you, it means that you are better than them. Leicester is not that team right now in the premier league, they will be lucky to score even one goal against Newcastle. Newcastle are in a much better position to win with their very hard-working team and the more home crowd to cheer them up that they will have.

This game is important for Newcastle as well to consolidate their presence in top four and even guarantee it. Because even if they get one point they won't lose their place to Liverpool guaranteed. I don't think they would lose in this home game as well. They lost two points against Leeds on the previous week already and they would fight for a win this time in my opinion.

Leicester have been a team without having much problem on scoring goals mostly. However they couldn't figure out a way to improve their defending. This can bring their end as it seems. I think the most positive result they can get is a draw here.

Before the game I was rating Chelsea as one of the current average English premier league teams but after watching Manchester City's second XI humiliate a star studded Chelsea team I had to change my thoughts of the team because judging by their current standard, Chelsea is playing like championship club that's struggling to play in the premier league.
Mauricio Pochettino has a lot of psychological work to do in other to restore the confidence of this Chelsea team when he finally starts his reign as the club manager. disappointing is a better word to describe the current Chelsea performance

Sorry but I can definitely not agree with the word "humiliate". Chelsea had more shots on target and having less ball possession comes at no surprise. I guess even Barcelona would have much less ball possession in a standard game in the Etihad stadium.

But still Chelsea missed the chance of some minor rehabilitation for this season. Even if it wouldn't have been meaningful in regards to their final rank in the table, it could have created some positive momentum within the team if they win a game against Manchester City.

The question is really whether Chelsea can do a 180 degree turn next season.

If a shot on target has a way of giving points, many teams would have find a short cut to top 4 but it doesn't work that way, evven in final matches we have seen team A beat team B and team B may have all the ball possessions needed to rate good teams, that is exactly what Chelsea display yesterday against Manchester City. By the way, that match was even a progression of points, even if they failed to score against Chelsea, no team, not even Arsenal can win the league, it was already a decided match to perfectly end the journey of Manchester City, the rest of their matches are nothing but entertainment.

I doubt Leicester would be able to score any goals in the match. Newcastle are seeking to keep as much clean sheets as they can possibly can, not like them conceding would affect anything if they get the three points, but yet; there's nothing as impressive as winning three points and a clean sheet.
 Leicester could still stand a chance at beating them though since Kelechi Iheanacho has reportedly started training and could start in the game today, giving Vardy that much needed support.
