I have seen a very valid risk about the future of premier league, and it does bother me a bit, or at least worries me. City is owned by super rich people, now Newcastle as well, and there are talks about United too, maybe a bit Chelsea as well if you consider how much they spent this year. It means that if this keeps up, we are going to see rich clubs ruining the essence of football in premier league, just overpay for every player, build rosters that are better than anyone elses, and you are going to see something different.

We had regular football, then it went on to become a bit more "industrialized football" and we all disliked that but got used to it, not we are going towards "sportswashing football" and I bet that we will get used to that too but it's just too sad.

I don't think that if the wealthy Arab men buys almost all the clubs in EPL will be a problem to the league. From my point of view,it will even make the competition more interesting and lively. Let's take a look at Newcastle, the club was bought this season and look at their achievement now,they will finish the league as third on the table and will be going to UCL next season.

Man city is one of the best club presently,I will say that city was revive after the Arab men took over ownership and since then till date they have being doing great. So I see it that when money is pump into a club, the manager can buy any player of his choice to enable them win games. Assuming Real Madrid is not rich, do you think that they will achieve all what they have ? Real Madrid buys only super stars because they need to win.

At half time and both Newcastle vs Leicester United are still goalless which is somewhat out of our expectations since many of us predicted Newcastle to have a slide in winning the match but the current results point to the fact that football is truly unpredictable and at that, one should not rely heavily on a single team to make so much impact or result.

I was among those that give Newcastle United a straight winning in the first half of the match, but presently that prediction doesn't go are planned and Leicester City seems to be putting their best foot forward in this game.

The chances of Liverpool to get a place for Champions League are very weak and Newcastle are pretty much safe. Getting the third rank in EPL will be a great achievement for this team.

Looking back at the journey so far one would barely see a probability of Liverpool finishing in top four at the end of the season but somehow they managed to find form again and climb up the table after a number of consecutive wins in the final half of the season. Congratulations to all Manchester City fans on winning the English Premier League. It was a fantastic season for the team. Many people probably wouldn't have believed in the middle of the season that Arsenal would lose the lead. But it happened and the Citizens became champions of England for the third time in a row.

This season, Manchester City has become a very difficult team to beat, even this year, if I'm not mistaken, they have only lost four times in the English Premier League. they can also win 12 times in a row. Manchester City's victory is proof that Manchester City is a team that has squad depth and evenly distributed player material. very different from Arsenal, even though they were at the top of the standings for a long time, in the end they could not survive because some of their core players were injured. Arsenal need to buy reserve players equivalent to the core players so they can compete until the end of the season.

In the exciting final of the FA Cup the Manchester Derby game. Personally, I don't think they are or will be mentally tired, they have more than enough motivation to carry on their games even from now on, winning the premier league title this season again is a great motivation for them, and If you really think that they are tired due to how busy they've been all through this few weeks, then I tell you aren't, if you doubt, then watch their games coming soo..

It's not that I doubt it, I rather fear that they are exhausted. In fact, to be on the safe side, I wouldn't release key players for the last game to ensure they go into the final fully charged up, although they might not need to at all... So the biggest surprise of the week was left for the last game of this penultimate week of the Premier League season.Who would have imagined that Newcastle would not score a single goal despite dominating the game with 23 shots and 12 corner kicks while Leicester City was just non existent in this game as they had 0 shots and they just suffered Newcastle erratic attacks which clearly shows that Newcastle is tired,this point for them though would somewhat secure the Champions League but I am pretty sure they have screwed a lot of bettors tonight including my AH -1.5 bet as I thought there would be goals,so did the bookies putting Over 3 goals at 1.55,no one expected this result.

Manchester City haven't been banned from any competition, they have only been charged by the Premier League, and do not expect a verdict to be reached on that case pretty soon, i expect it to linger on for quite a long time, and i predict that it would end in City either being fined or get a slap on the wrist. BTW, why have you brought this up on the day City have been crowned EPL champions for the third time in a row, and for the fifth time in six years, even if you don't like the club, just congratulate them and move on.

Clearly, I belong to a rival team and I dont admire it when a league is dominated by a single team without much competition. However, I believe the Premier League should strive to be different from leagues like Germany (Bayern Munich), Italy (Juventus), and the Netherlands (Ajax). I'm thinking beyond just this season. Other clubs are investing significant sums of money, yet one team managed to secure four trophies out of the five that were up for grabs. It makes me question what the other teams are doing. Personally, I don't feel obliged to offer them my congratulations. At times, I can't help but wonder if they are utilizing other means to persuade players. They claim that Haaland is worth more than 51 million, but I find it hard to believe.

But it doesn't seem to be going well for them and one additional point takes the total to 70 points in the standings for Newcastle.

For Manchester United this is a great opportunity to shift Newcastle in 3rd place in the standings and with the remaining two matches that Manchester United have it seems they have the opportunity to do just that. For Leicester they still have hope in one game remaining next week and if they manage to win then they still have a chance to appear in the EPL next season, but with a note that Everton have to lose.

Newcastle drew in today game against Leicester city but a draw was enough for Newcastle united to close this season in the top 4 because Newcastle united points could not be caught up again by Liverpool who was in 5th place. Even though i was very sure before the match it's starting, I believe Newcastle united was able to score a lot of goals in this match but that didn't happen because Leicester city was able to play better in this match.  Statistically, Newcastle United play more impressively in this match, they are superior in all fields.

This result was also very burdensome for Leicester City to receive because they again failed to get out of the relegation zone. But they still have a chance but it seems that it will also be difficult to come true considering that the opponent they face is West Ham in the next match.  Looking at the points earned by teams who are in the relegation zone, of course the 1 upcoming match will be quite meaningful for Leicester city, Leeds and Everton. If Everton can win the match in the upcoming match then Leicester city and Leeds hopes will be dashed but if Everton fails to get a win there is still a chance for Leicester city to get out of the relegation zone and even then if they are able to get a win in the match against West Ham.

Yeah I was not impressed at all because the match was really a one sided affair and that wasn't what I expected would transpire in this game but notwithstanding I think Newcastle only drew this match knowing fully well that a draw can get them that desire spot in the champion league and they felt relax with the draw although they missed many of their chances but I just have this feeling that if they were in desperate need of a win the game would have been a different atmosphere altogether.

Yep, it is a great achievement. No one predicted that Newcastle will perform very well this season. Next season, they will play in UCL, I assume everyone expects Newcastle can give a surprise again in UCL.
