Manchester City have been performing exceptionally well as they managed to win two titles last season. The team managed to win another title early in the season which boosted the confidence of every player in the team. Hopefully they can do something great in this season's Premier League as well.

Manchester City won three titles last season, and not two, they are the treble winners (CL, Fa Cup and EPL) and they have added the Uefa Super Cup to the list of their titles this season. City are definitely the team to beat and i'm pretty sure teams in England and Europe will want to stop them at all cost, City remain the favorites to defend all the trophies they won last season, so we'll see how things pan out.

I cannot imagine how would the home fans of Chelsea be thinking if their team are not able to beat Luton Town today after the club had spent so much money in the transfer market and brought in so many talented players.

This is the sort of pressure that Chelsea and Pochettino will be under this season, the club has spent so much, thus the fans are going to expect so much from the manager and players, Chelsea have to get the 3 points tonight.

Gabriel Jesus is vulnerable to injuries, he keeps losing shape and form after recoveries from these injuries.

Of the 4 goals Arsenal have scored this season, 3 have come from corner kicks and one from a penalty. Without Zinchenko and Jesus, creativity suffers, while the coach seems to have sworn to play a safer game by cutting down on creativity. There is a big difference especially in dribbling and double challenges. I think it's too early for that, we need to watch the team for a while and see. In the Nottingham Forest match, Arsenal set up 3-1-6. The reason was that the opponent had a 3-4-3 system with a five-man defense line. In order to build a numerical advantage, Rice was also part of the attack, while in the last game he was the player who sat back.

They are not up to the task of making Chelsea struggle in this fixture but come to think of it, Luton might be stubborn only if Pochettino don't make use of his players and also the formation, that's the major problem to me...

Moreover, Luton's defence is also quite weak.

I don't think chelsea have the ability to top the points table or top four in the table.  because their overall performance is still weak. The attacking players could not perform well enough in the first two matche . There has been made a change in their match strategy . They have more possession of the ball but they do not attack much in comparison.  In the premier league no team usually plays with such tactics. since the teams in the premier league are quite strong, the big teams usually play an attacking strategy if they want to win the match. It is possible to bring some stability to the performance by playing in such a defensive strategy . However if chelse want to dominate the premier league, they need to improve their performance. Otherwise  chelsea has no chance of being in the top four of the table.

Hmmm that seems a little mocking, but this can be justified if in the end Chelsea is able to win the game easily.
However, it is possible that Pochettino's plans for this game may not be as good as his fans would have hoped given the fact that Luton Town played very defensively. Well, yeah, both Chelsea and Luton town are both not a so strong team, but to be honest with you, if we compare this two teams, Chelsea is stronger and most likely to win the match, so If I am all about making money, I would honestly put my bet on Chelsea, I don't think such a match has any chances of ending in a draw..

I agree with you it should be an easy match for Chelsea they have more advantages playing at home and a better squad so there is no reason for Chelsea to lose or draw, besides that Chelsea really need a win to boost their confidence after losing the last match against West Ham 3 points will bring Chelsea up to the mid-table. We can't predict what the final score will be but for the handicap I think Chelsea -1.5 is quite safe I predict Chelsea will win by 2 goals or more or betting on Chelsea to win in the first half is also interesting, Luton Town will not be able to do anything.

Just less than an hour to the start of this epic match for Chelsea and their fans,  after a multiple defeats,  and poor performance in the last season a lot of football speculators have already given up on the ability of Chelea to put up a good stand in the current season bit we can't total override the possibility of Chelsea to make a bounce back considering all the pre season preparation and for the fact that their early legs in the premier leagues are all line up against smaller clubs and that is a great opportunity for Chelsea in this season.

Luton will be motivated by West Ham's game. Chelsea will do the most important thing and hopefully they don't play as badly as they did against West Ham. Chelsea will be better prepared to face Luton in the match later. And according to IMO, the mentality of Chelsea will be lacking. Maybe it will look like Men vs Boys again which will frustrate the Chelsea players, but since Chelsea really need to win in this match, I think Pochettino has prepared the best strategy for the match later.

Chelsea will be playing at home today so I expect a win from them. They’re playing against a Luton side that’s yet to find their foots. I don’t want to know how Pochettino would drive the players to win this game but they have to win it. It’s their 3rd game and if it ends in a defeat, then his tactics and aim will be questioned.

I don't think this Chelsea team would be so lazy to actually secure three points today in their game against Luton because the coach will definitely be feeling the pressure at the moment and might have set and mounted it on all his players so I believe they might manover their way out of this night pressure but l also believe poch won't lose his even if they didn't win this game because the season is still very early and there are lots of game to play for.

Luton town is not as good as people think it is. I think it's quite important to remember that we are not going to see Chelsea ending up with a loss or a draw. They are way too good for Luton, who just got to premier league this season and they are just trying to adjust. There is a reason why teams are paid this much money for just promoting to premier league and still end up not staying there.

The amount of money required to stay in the premier league is seriously huge and they have to end up with a few more seasons here in order to have a chance. Hell Leicester won the whole league just 7-8 years ago and now relegated. Chelsea will have a field day if they are smart about it and not really make a mess out of the game.

Now the game has started and Chelsea immediately dominated the match and tried to build attacks. But anyway the Luton defense has looked good so far although Chelsea managed a few shots. Let's hope Chelsea don't embarrass themselves at home.
