I think those 2 goals weren't meant just for Liverpool, but it meant a lot for Darwin Nunez as well. Indeed, it cannot be assumed as a sign that Nunez will shine this season but at least that will be a motivation for Nunez to continue to perform optimally. Manchester City has a way of managing every situation despite Sheffield not being a match for the city and what blows my mind most especially is the fact that for almost all the games the city has shown that they are still going to be the champions because currently I don't see anyone doing better than them, and in today's game they almost drew Sheffield but I was not scared because manchester city will always deliver as usual and Rodri saved the day by topping with a single goal and Haaland did well to have scored the first goal, and manchester city will always do what they know how to do best which is to win.

I also want to add by saying that since the players responsible for all of the major chances creation are no longer with the club. KDB who has been absent had affected the midfielder's since he is a major creator of the big chances they have.
Haaland also must have missed him on the pitch. They had such a good understanding and should player longer together for the club but it looks like both players will have fewer games in which they play together. The big thing is that Haaland will not be able to score same number of goals he had last season.

The performance that Newcastle has showed is really something else although they lost in their two games but their performance was still very splendid and I really loved the way the team has precise coordination and truly I would even draft them favourable winners over Liverpool but the thing is that they were just quite unfortunate to have lost a player in the game.

Agree. Those 2 goals showed the quality of Darwin Nunez. It proves that Liverpool didn't make a mistake by signing him. So, people shouldn't doubt with the future of Darwin Nunez in Liverpool. Although it is too early to judge Darwin Nunez will perform better in this season, but we can't deny it is a good sign for him. If he can maintain that good performance, surely he will play better than the last season.

It is a football match, bro. Even if a team can dominate the match, it doesn't always guarantee to win. Newcastle has done everything, they really dominated the match. But they are unlucky, they can't score more goals although they have more players in the field since minute 28'. Liverpool never give up, they could score 2 goals toward the end of the match. Newcastle must forget this, they must focus on the next matches. It is still the early of the season, there will be many opportunities to improve their position on the table.

Yes, the competition in the EPL is really fierce, because there are many big clubs with considerable strength there. especially Man City, which is arguably his toughest rival. When one of them can reach full points and the other only reaches 1 point, this is certainly not good enough. On every club's road to the League title, they are certainly going to lose, win, and draw some of their matches along the line before they become champions of the league they are contesting for the title.
Arsenal drawing their last match to Fulham(2-2) doesn't make their premier league ambition to lift its title this season impossible. Other teams can do the same, even Manchester City. No club in the premier league will ever think of winning their whole 38 matches without drawing or losing some of their matches.
If by the end of the season, Arterta didn't achieve the long-term desire of Arsenal to lift the premier league, their fans wouldn't call for his resignation immediately because the Arsenal team is still in the building process.
