I have not read the full gist about what transpired between Antony and the women that are accusing him but after what happened to Mendy, and all charges against him were later dropped after his career with Manchester City have being ruined, I don’t believe in most of this ladies again.

This is the misfortune that happened for Manchester United. They have an opening to remove Maguire and look for other alternatives but still ask for more which in the end this makes them find the same fate.

I'm suprised at their progress level this season, and even with the fact that they sold one of their most decorated player, Declan Rice this summer, they're still performing better than the previous  season, it shows how serious moyes is this season and I believe it's the Europa Conference League trophy they won that's help boost their moral, because their this ginger and motivation that comes with winning trophies and we've seen it recently with the way the Westham team are performing this season.
 In the EPL consistency matters to maintain the top four positions because their are several other clubs challenging for that spot and so far in four matches they've maintained the position by winning three games and a draw, well in their next match they might likely drop a point because they're playing against Manchester City and I'll be suprised to see Moyes winning City even though it's at home, Manchester City are favourites in that match and it would be a big test for Westham this season.

What kept Maguire from leaving Manchester United was that no club met his wage demands, even though the Manchester United side was willing to sell him at a loss. He is also a hero for the opposing teams. Imagine the fans of rivals are even cheering for Maguire when he comes on as a starter or a substitute because they know the chances of winning against MU is higher if he's the defender. That's something else.

What's the difference brought to the table by Harry Maguire and the Glazers. No much difference, all they bring to the table and club is disaster. This are both problems of the club and they must do everything to leave the club.
Maguire can never be a Hero, he should do that first by doing a clean job defending. He is a good defender I don't condem him for that but he should not be there because he has not the qualities to be there defending. I quite agree with all that you have said, indeed , winning equals motivation to win even more, I have experienced this in my business on several occasions where the day I am able to make a lot of money in profit, I am always eager to leave the house the next day to return to the same business, but any day end up with a loss, and the next day, I still make a loss, on the third day, I will be very discouraged and tired to even get up from the bed in the morning, not to talk of preparing to return to the business, I believe it's just one of the ways humans brains are programed ..

We could also draw an example from Arsenal's performance in the EPL last season, when they made their way to the top by beating several of their opponent, they were really charged and motivated to keep going, until they lost one match, drew the next one, lost another , then their motivation began to drop and before we all knew it, winning any match become a big problem for them, at the end, they lost their first position to Manchester city.

Yes, Maguire has good principles about him, but he would rather leave than help a team that doesn't want him.
Manchester United will never be a good home for Maguire, he will continue to be insulted and insulted when his team loses especially when he gets a chance to play. It makes no sense to stay at a club like that because people no longer respect his contribution over the years.

Maguire is a great player despite his silly errors that put united in a defeat zone in some games but the disrespect he receives from both the fans and the club is not worth it. No player would be happy to make such mistakes and Maguire is not an exception. It has never been his intention to hurt Man united and it's fans with those own goals and he feels remorse when it occurs. I'm not a Man united fan for now but truth be told, the treatment been given to Maguire is very unfair.

Getting him rid of captainship is not the best to do and that will not change anything. He needs the support of team and fans to build the confidence in himself and become a better player he used to be. Glad that the deal was not successful else it would have been a betrayal from the team and any other person that is happy with his departure in this manner.
