It is not that on a good day Harry Maguire cannot play a good football, but the chemistry between him and the team. The Coach and the goalkeeper is not working. There is no bond, there is no control and there is no flow of information.

He is also a hero for the opposing teams. Imagine the fans of rivals are even cheering for Maguire when he comes on as a starter or a substitute because they know the chances of winning against MU is higher if he's the defender. That's something else.

The decision is not right when it still continues to defend Maguire even though there is already a good offer but they still try to ask for more and unreasonable which makes West Ham give up on bringing Maguire. What's the difference brought to the table by Harry Maguire and the Glazers. No much difference, all they bring to the table and club is disaster. This are both problems of the club and they must do everything to leave the club.
Maguire can never be a Hero, he should do that first by doing a clean job defending. He is a good defender I don't condem him for that but he should not be there because he has not the qualities to be there defending. Harry Maguire can only make the Man United grow when he takes his decisions to leave fighting for his place his useless.

My applause goes to the david moyes. He was able transforming the club to be even better than before. Im feeling so amazing witht he progress that already made by this club. It seems like that westham was even stronger compared with newcastle.
The club surprisingly won the matches consistently. I can't even believe it how david moyes was transforming the club.

I'm suprised at their progress level this season, and even with the fact that they sold one of their most decorated player, Declan Rice this summer, they're still performing better than the previous  season, it shows how serious moyes is this season and I believe it's the Europa Conference League trophy they won that's help boost their moral, because their this ginger and motivation that comes with winning trophies and we've seen it recently with the way the Westham team are performing this season.
 In the EPL consistency matters to maintain the top four positions because their are several other clubs challenging for that spot and so far in four matches they've maintained the position by winning three games and a draw, well in their next match they might likely drop a point because they're playing against Manchester City and I'll be suprised to see Moyes winning City even though it's at home, Manchester City are favourites in that match and it would be a big test for Westham this season.

I quite agree with all that you have said, indeed , winning equals motivation to win even more, I have experienced this in my business on several occasions where the day I am able to make a lot of money in profit, I am always eager to leave the house the next day to return to the same business, but any day end up with a loss, and the next day, I still make a loss, on the third day, I will be very discouraged and tired to even get up from the bed in the morning, not to talk of preparing to return to the business, I believe it's just one of the ways humans brains are programed ..

Westham is indeed performance really well this season , being in the top 4 already with 10 points is not an easy feet, they seem to be doing even better than Arsenal which is one of the clubs we are comparing to be the major contender to Manchester city, the westham game coming up against Manchester city on the 16th, I believe should not slow them down, even if they end up losing which I believe it likely though, but then, losing that point should not deter them from continuously working hard to make sure their performance this season is significantly better than their performance last season, atleast, that is what we refer to as growth , improvement .

Yes, Maguire has good principles about him, but he would rather leave than help a team that doesn't want him.
Manchester United will never be a good home for Maguire, he will continue to be insulted and insulted when his team loses especially when he gets a chance to play. It makes no sense to stay at a club like that because people no longer respect his contribution over the years.

Erik Ten Hag have a way to handle things in Old Trafford but there's reasons that he's relenting in his duties as headcoach, watching defenders doing crucial costly blunders, and failing to sign backup replacements for them when he had the chance in the transfer window that just closed. You're right, and for every club that has entered the Premier League, especially promoted clubs, it is thirsty to get used to a great style of play, they will learn a lot so they don't seem surprised when they face opponents. Truly I recall the partnership between Harry Maguire and Wes Morgan at Leceister City then it was a superb combination with Maguire very solid at the back his consistency at their centre back prompted Man Utd to sign him in a deal worth £80m, unfortunately his performance since he joined Man Utd had been error prone and absolutely dismal probably it might be due to much pressure on him while playing for a big club like Man Utd and to make matter worse for him Harry Maguire was handed the captain band last two seasons ago, maybe if given more playing time this season he may up his game without the captainship band and paired with Varane or Martinez.
