Many of overrated ex-Chelsea's players are flopping when they joined other teams e.g. Jorginho, Mount, and Havertz. While other cheap players e.g. Kovacic and Pulisic are still able to survive in their new teams.

The money used to buy players contribute to how the player is be received at the new club, this isn't only a Chelsea thing as other clubs are experiencing same results. Chelsea too has players they overbought that are flopping and also players that were bought for their worth and doing well for the club. When a player is been overbought, the fans expect him to start proving his worth immediately and that can disorganized the players because he's joining a new club and need some readjustment period but doesn't have that because of what the fans and coaches are expecting from him. Low price put you under the radar and even when you're not performing well people will give you a break because you didn't cost them much.

Chelsea has truly struggled to discover their optimal composition since the middle of last season. In several matches against lower-ranked teams, Chelsea continues to face difficulties, and when it comes to their high-stakes Big Match encounters, their performance deteriorates even further.

We don't have forward that can be relied on and thats has been our problem from last season but the coaches and club owners has refused to recognized that. They thought they have solved that problem when they signed Nkunku but forgot to do their due diligence about his injuries. Nkunku doesn't play a complete season without having some injury crises and that's what has begun without the season starting properly. Sterling can't be relied on every game because he isn't a consistent player. The only reason he was doing so well at Manchester city was because he was surrounded with world class player with lots of experience and a worthy manager but at Chelsea things hasn't been as expected.

For the past two seasons, Everton has found themselves to be lucky and escaping from being relegated out of the premier league. Starting poorly at the beginning of the season is what they are known for. Who knows whether they will pick up with good performance in the long run or depend solely on luck to see them through their premier league matches?

The premier league is becoming as competitive as ever. And Everton is not showing up a good performance like they want to remain in the premier league standings. Everton is supposed to have a complete reshuffle of players. The management should sign quality players to save the team from being relegated this season because it is now obvious they are heading to relegation this season.

Everton certainly has to perform better if they want to stay in the Premier League next season. It is certainly hoped that a squad overhaul can be one solution, but they also need to think about who is the right coach to lead the team for their project.

It's useless if they spend hundreds of millions to have good squad depth while the quality of the coach is not as good as expected. The project will not run smoothly so the impact may not be achieved, but of course the team has to improve gradually rather than doing it totally. Everton must learn from Chelsea's mistakes if they want to improve, so they still have to consider things carefully.

One weekend fixture I’m anticipating to watch is Everton vs Arsenal. Arsenal looks like the Bette team to win this game but they have failed to win Everton at Goodison park for more than 3 seasons now. Arsenal team is definitely the favorite in this match. There is no doubt about it. And now the team is in very good form. Even then it is impossible to make sure predictions about the outcome of football matches. Anything can happen on the field. Even though Everton is a weak opponent, it cannot be said that they have no chance of winning. However, in the form Arsenal are in, the chances of them dropping points against Everton are slim to none. If Arsenal perform carefully, and do not make any big mistakes on the field, they are unlikely to lose points. But the defense must be kept strong. Arsenal lost points against Fulham due to poor defence. Fulham were weaker opponents but the match was drawn 2-2. That's why I say 3 points against Everton is unlikely if the defenders perform poorly.

Everton showed a lot of improvement in their last game against Sheffield United. They got the first goal and went down to two goals to one. But they fought hard to get the equalizer and secured the deserved one point. Although they have lost three last games before the draw, they can still surprise Arsenal. The Gunners is a good side but they have to be careful because, in the game of football, anything can happen.

He has slow speed and made some personal mistakes that caused conceded goals for opponents. Worse, he made his ogg goals like in Scotland match. That is not a situation he can not control especially the pass for Scotland is not too difficult but Maguire did not have good space feeling so he felt dangerous and just lifted his leg to touch the ball.

With all poor performances and terrible mistakes from Maguire, if you are his coach, will you use Maguire?

One mistake, one goal can entirely change the match and with Maguire in your defense system, it can happen anytime.

I agree that I wouldn't use him. Dude was never a great defender and I still do not understand how he gets all that time both at club and the national team. It makes me wonder if there are no other people but at the same time I am sure that there must be "someone" that could be picked over him in both club and at nation.

I think he is staying at United for some weird injury reasons because United keeps getting their defenders injured and that causes him to stay to replace the hole left by them, but aside from that I do not see how that could be changed, I feel like it should stay about the same and wouldn't really have a big change in the end. I hope that United could find someone much better at that position.

More reasons for Everton to beat Arsenal. They need to start winning to convince their supporters that they will not be sent to a lower league this season. The coach also understands the pressure and know that if he does not start winning games soon, his Job will be hanging on a thin thread. During his first games as Coach against Arsenal last season, Everton were able to put a dent in Arsenals pursuit for the title, the coach can repeat it. If Everton win against Arsenal, it will be a big mental boost for them in the premier league and they may improve from there.

Next week, Eddie Howe's squad will play against Brentford. If Howe doesn't do something about his team, then they will have difficulty returning their squad to a better performance. in fact, they have the potential to be defeated by Brentford. It appears that Chelsea has quite a load of homework at hand right now. Indeed, at the start of this season, Chelsea's games have seen them control possession more, but they've had fewer scoring opportunities. Acquiring the best striker won't necessarily make the team stronger in a short time because this isn't an individual game.

It seems like Pochettino needs to put more thought into improving the attacking and midfield lines so that the variety in their attacks can synergize effectively. Plus, the unfortunate twist of fate with Nkuku's arrival, who has only been on the bench due to an injury.

Maguire has been a weak defender and a sluggish one too, he isn't that careful with the balls at the defense, and he forgets that he is the last man standing. As he is getting old, the mistake he does. I don't know how he do have the opportunity to always be selected in professional matches, when he will make mistakes that will lead his opponent to scoring.

His stay in Manchester United has been my problem because he will always have an opportunity to feature in matches due to injuries on the defenders. Eric Ten Hag should strengthen the club but I don't know how he will do this because the players that he bought recently, are not performing their job.

Every team including Newcastle had some time to correct their mistakes as they had a 2 week period without play because of the Euro qualifiers,they will have to show that they have really changed and that they need to be more pragmatic,their problem of always including last year has been the ability to score a lot of goals,even last year despite finishing so high in the table they most of the games did not score many goals and for me that is an indicator that the team is suffering in attack,with the leave of Maximin things become more complicated so I have to see these 2-3 games that will be played before we have another break for another round of Euro qualifiers in October.

I doubt the Westham team will do much to topple Manchester city in their match on the weekend. Even with Grillish, DeBrunye injured,  it is still a difficult one for Westham.
They may opt to play more defensively and hope to capitalize on a counter attack. Haaland is still in form and if Manchester city keep possession and press, all Westham will be praying for will just be a draw.

We know De Gea is no longer young and he is already 32 years old. It feels like De Gea still deserves a place in Manchester United's squad this season instead of letting him go without a club, that's clearly not the best way to honor his service.
