Many people believe Enzo Maresca will succeed with Chelsea next season because he brought Leicester who was relegated the last two seasons back to the Premier League. Being successful in the Championship does not ensure that he will be successful with Chelsea next season. I doubt Enzo Maresca strength with Chelsea next season because he is in his first year with the club, and we have seen how difficult it is for Pochettino to adapt to the players.

At least, Moresca has started working and preparing to purchase several players which in fact were approved by Chelsea. Unfortunately, Chelsea has not yet signed a player who could be considered excellent. Even though this is not a guarantee, in essence it will be able to stimulate the team's spirit to be even more compatible.

Chelsea is trying to sign with some pretty good players, but it always runs into obstacles so that in the end they have to continue or look for other alternatives. So far, Chelsea have Omari Hutchinson and also Tosin Adarabioyo

They have carried out various negotiations to get the player they are after. And so far, indeed, they seem to be targeting young players, expect for certain players. Some of them yes:

and several other names. However, this is still at the negotiation stage, it's just that some of them are just waiting for approval.

It has always been the culture of many middle class clubs or those rated lower to actually give opportunities to their employees when a bigger club offer comes. The Leicester city club we’re going to later get a good coach but the problem will be will Enzo Maresca gets such opportunity in his life again? I doubt. It was a good move as Leicester also had to get a buy out clause from Chelsea which was a good profit made. Their new head coach Copper is also not that bad too, he would most likely continue from where Enzo left, that’s one advantage of being a little club manager, the expectations are not much which reduces the pressure on the manager

No other better thing than allowing Enzo to this opportunity would have been done by the Leicester team because it's a one in a lifetime opportunity that will mean a whole lot to his career and his skill as a coach, I believe that he will do the best of his abilities at Chelsea which will definitely help the team a long way as they are at a critical verge of growth and improvement from their form in the past years in the premier league.

A new coach for Leicester will affect them a while because Enzo was doing a great job at Chelsea where he was already getting to to begin to build a progressive growth form and now they will have to start again but they couldn't have done any less for Enzo and his career. It was a good deal for both side of which as usual it comes with its own detriment, Chelsea hot a good coach and had to make the needed sacrifice to get him so did Leicester lost a good coach but made some good profit that's of great benefits to the teams purse.

The abilities of Enzo is such that I can't really get to tell at the moment what he can achieve in the period of time he's going to be in Chelsea but I hope the management will be patient enough with him because it's not going to be exactly magical what he's going to achieve with the team at once, a considerable period of a season or more will be needed to get the optimum of his abilities and that which he can achieve

Chelsea management will support Maresca with huge funds to bought the players to strengthen Chelsea squad but i don't think Chelsea management will have enough patience to see Chelsea performance decline under Maresca someday and i am sure Maresca will get the same treatment as the previous Chelsea manager that he will most likely be sacked as well and actually under Mauricio Pochettino Chelsea progress was very good but Chelsea owner didn't satisfied and sack Mauricio Pochettino so these things will happend to Maresca too because next season if he unable to bringing Chelsea to performing well then i am sure Maresca will be sacked too

Chelsea in Todd Boehly era was very crazy that Todd Boehly will never hesitate to give a lot of money to the managers to build the squad but he also will never hesitate to sacked them who failed to bringing Chelsea to performing well and since Todd Boehly taking over Chelsea he was total sacked 5 managers which the latest is Mauricio Pochettino and about Maresca i think he has put himself in a very difficult situation and in my opinion the position as Chelsea manager is the most stressful position if we compare it with other managers in the Premier League

Chelsea management continues to make very strange decisions, when Pochettino arrived, he received nothing but an outflow of main players and all season he tried to build a new team and, by the way, the team made good progress. But for some reason they decided to fire him, which I still think was a big mistake. Now when Maresca arrived, for some reason they believed in him and I see that Chelsea is preparing new transfers, they want to sign a midfielder from Leicester (it is clear that Maresca is pulling a player from his previous team), they are also talking about the defender from Boca Juniors, in fact, Maresca will get something that was not given to Pochettino.

I agree but here I want to say they are still doing things which are not ideal for having good team which can give them good number of wins with they were on target but suddenly sack of Pochettino create another mess-up which is not ideal for them and their target we have too many clubs which spend good amount and give good time to coach for having good success, and now they are achieving things which they were looking for specially as Arsenal is doing it's good even still they are not near their best, but things are going on track for them which is the best part of their success.

After having changes at the Chelsea few years back now things are going terrible wrong specially too much interference from the management creating too many problems just because of this we have too many coaches lost their jobs and now having another one with huge expectations which will be filled it's not guaranteed any doubt every team is having different system and theories for the success but still need to have patience and better management which is also important for the success and having high achievements.

In his first season as Spurs coach, it seems that Ange Postecoglou is not so bad even though he failed to take one step closer to bringing Spurs to the champions league next season. In return, Spurs will take part in enlivening the European league and that is enough to motivate them again apart from entering the EPL next season. The question is, can Ange Postecoglou bring Spurs to be even better? even though we know it is still quite difficult for him to lead Spurs to win the title.

So far, Spurs have not heard of any new recruits and perhaps since being left by Harry Kane, their attack line is not as productive as before and therefore I hope they can recruit a good new striker to make it easier for them to win. Chelsea fans certainly hope for something different for next season and also do not expect the new coach to be fired like the previous coaches last season. Maresca is a newcomer to the Premier League, despite having previously worked with Pep in Manchester City. Maresca has never felt Pep's pressure as a manager of a big club like city. This is similar to when Chelsea decided to sign Potter from Brighton.

The quality for the Premier League is clearly greater than that of the Championship. I recall everyone hyping Burnley once they returned to the Premier League and went back to the Championship. The competition in the Premier League is extremely tough for a new coach coming from the Championship. 

I believe Maresca will not be at Chelsea for long, and he may face numerous challenges as a head coach. And, once again, Todd Boehly has burdened him with a large number of inexperienced young players.

It is important that we begin to understand that winning is not 100% based on the coach. You can hire the best coach in the world and give him some dumb set of players, he will achieve nothing. This is a pointer that the problem of Chelsea does not lie on only the coaching and the management. There should be a probe into the scout department of Chelsea. Who recommends the players they buy and the price they pay for such players. Do they have the short-term and long-term plans for the club in mind before making such decisions have buying such players. Chelsea will keep falling if they keep thinking that their problem is only on the coaching side. That club need a total overhaul, both from the management error to the players weakness. Although I am not an experienced analyst but I am talking based on my mere observation of the club. But it is quite unfortunate that the club management only thinks that the problem is coach. If they have looked a little beyond, they would have kept Pochettino for one more season.

We know that the Chelsea club in recent seasons has not been a club that can be patient in waiting for a process to achieve success. So it's not surprising we've seen so many coaching changes in just two seasons. Only Pochettino lasted 1 season at Chelsea. Meanwhile, others like Potter were only given the opportunity for a few months. And yeah, I hope Enzo Maresca doesn't experience that. But seeing how Chelsea became much more patient when giving Pochettino the opportunity, perhaps Chelsea will be much more patient with Maresca. But everything will depend on the results later. At least Maresca must make a good impression when the season starts. And should show some good results at the start of the season. Because if not, it will only make Maresca come under pressure from both fans and the club. And yes, coaching a fairly big club like Chelsea will be very different from coaching Leicester City. Chelsea fans certainly hope for something different for next season and also do not expect the new coach to be fired like the previous coaches last season. Because Chelsea needs a lot of revival and big so if they continue to fire coaches because of unsatisfactory results from management, then Chelsea will always experience bad luck every season and there will be no change for themselves and the team management must be aware of that.

It is like the new management is expecting too much from the coaches and that is why when you doesn't see the expected results and that is why he is always disappointed and thinks changing the coach will be the best way out. Pocchetino might be able to bring out Chelsea from the hard times to a lime light but he was not given the opportunity to do that even after seeing the positive results towards the end of last season.

The new coach is what a lot of people believes will transform the club but that cannot be achieved so soon because it will take time for him to impact his game pattern on the team. I hope he will not be sacked at the end of next season if Chelsea did not win EPL or is not among first four on the table.

Judging by the reality at Chelsea since the new owner Todd Boehly took over the club's management, it's obvious that club aren't ready to be patient with any manager that fails to deliver instant success. Last summer, the club appointed Mauricio Pochentino to become their manager but because the Argentine manager failed to win a trophy last season, he was sacked despite helping the club finish in a position that guarantees their qualification to Europe next season. The club's new manager Enzo Maresca I believe already understands how the club works and I believe he'll be putting in his best in other to make sure Chelsea finishes next season with a better record that the one they had in the just concluded season because of he fails to do that, it's very likely that he's also gonna be shown the exit door. I don't know if Chelsea owner's new style of management is going to help the club in the future or will make them to always remain inconsistent since they're always changing their managers.
