I don't see a difference bitcoin Manchester United and Chelsea they are both in the same vehicle. Since Chelsea incidence i know the management would have asked Tento improve at the cost of his job so their is hope that Manchester United will have to get better that is if ten wants to keep is job. Then did not really part in the transfer window not that sure but their was rumor of them wanting to sign Yahya idrissi  but I don't think they later went through with the deal. Every club actually needs younger players to improve the club's quality. They should just leave Chelsea alone and let them do what ever they want if it is results then they will get  and if they don't get then what if they get they deserve.

Manchester United and Chelsea are two most prominent clubs in the premier league but their performance is not encouraging and not something to speak highly good of in recent times. They both have their Individual problems and with the preparations for the next season, I haven’t seen or can see any change coming to them now. Manchester United needs new players in some positions but they’re not putting it into consideration and just looking at another side differently which looks like they’ll still depend on the former players. Manchester United is not supposed to expect instant improvement results because they have appointed a new coach even if new players are added to the team. They need some time to sync together. From the wing to the midfield and straight to the attackers there is no good connection. Most times I watch them play they have good players, but the connection make them to have poor finishing at the end of every match.

I have to say, they think that if they throw money at the problem, they can fix it. In the business world, if you overspend and have the money for it, you could likely solve most of the issues, you could rebuild the whole business to make it profitable if you want to, sometimes it fails but it's a great benefit and most likely will work if you know what you are doing.

However, in the football world it's not like that and we have to realize that we are going to end up with something that will not be the same, and we should consider how we could make a change, it just won't work any other way. I have to say we should consider the fact that we are going to see something that will change big time and that will be the most key point here. Chelsea just needs to wait some more.

I will agree with them that if they put in money the team and the club can be revived. Only if the money has been put in signing the wrong players, then it will be a problem for them. Chelsea made such a mistake last year and they shouldn't repeat it this time again.

At first glance, Chelsea management policies seem to be at odds with their long term plans. On the one hand they want to build depth in the squad with a foundation of young players, but they don't retain managers who help these players develop gradually, this is clearly incomprehensible. I think Chelsea management and officials only think about trophies, and don't really care about the process, that has been their style for a long time. Todd Boehly will likely not be as successful as Abramovich, and the two have similar habits when it comes to firing coaches.

Pochettino legacy squad will largely be Enzo Maresca mainstay next season, and to manage them Enzo Maresca certainly needs time to adapt. IMO Chelsea has had a pretty bad season since Todd Boehly took over ownership of Chelsea, the club has become unstable and is having difficulty competing in the Premier League until now Chelsea continues to try to improve itself but still the difference between Chelsea is very striking compared to before where they were seen as the most successful club in the world. What Journey? Irksome to see when they compare Chelsea and Manchester United. Funny enough, they're no rivals in the Premier League Competition. They're not in the same shiii together, let that sink in.

Yeah, Manchester United has longer term plans with Erik Ten Hag and that's perfect. As for Chelsea, kets see if they'll give Enzo Maresca freedom first, if they can, then fine he'll successfully achieve whatever he wants but, if not, I don't know what will happen but there'll be enough managers vacant for the job then.

The performance of Chelsea football club wasn't that bad under Mauricio pochettino during the closing stage of last season, so I never expected them to relieve him of his duty, it was later I heard that he was sacked for the sole reason of wanting to be in charge of who goes in and out of the club, and to me, that reason is very much valid, as the manager of the club, he is the one that would be sacked if the team isn't doing well, so why would the hierarchy of Chelsea sack him for wanting the right thing to be done?

This shows that the hierarchy of Chelsea is just looking for a yes man, someone that they can control up and down, and to the best of my knowledge, he wasn't sacked because of the performance of the team, so i still believe that Enzo mascara will struggle to do well if their is still interference from Todd boehly and co. And secondly, the team is seriously lacking experience, instead of them signing experience players, they are busy recruiting under 20 and a bunch of inexperienced players into the team, until that aspect is fixed, I believe that they will keeps on struggling, because the right thing hasn't been done yet.

You are right, changing coaches is natural thing that happens in team to improve the quality of playing performance, but for Chelsea can it be said to be natural thing because they always change coaches more often.
There is no real fundamental reason for what Chelsea has done regarding the frequent changes in coaches over the past few season, what is clear is that this kind of thing does not improve performance but causes decline that could be more significant.

But on the other hand I agree if we say Enzo Maresca is great coach, we won't know until we see him whether he will be able to change Chelsea or not because it is not an easy matter to develop team like Chelsea.
If it fails, perhaps Enzo Maresca fate will be the same as several previous Chelsea coaches who were fired more quickly and easily replaced by other coaches, he must prove his performance with success to avoid something like that happening to him.
Moreover, his experience is quite satisfying, having been an assistant coach for Pep and most recently being able to bring Leicester City to promotion to the Premier League.

Manchester United didn't have one of their best campaigns in the concluded season and if not that they managed to beat Manchester City in the English FA Cup final, the Old Trafford club wouldn't have qualified to play in Europe next season but with that final win, Manchester United will be playing in the UEFA Europa League competition next season. Talking about their possibilities of finishing in a better position than the 8th position they finished in the just concluded season, I'm yet to see any change in the club at the moment that should convince me that Manchester United will have a better season.
Firstly, the management of the club have decided to extend the stay of Erik ten Hag at the club despite his poor league results of last season and no major signing have been made so far. Hopefully they get to sign world class players that'll help improve the team before the end of the summer transfer window
