Thomas Tuchel was sacked, yes? And he was replaced by Graham Potter, a manager who has never been at the top of the first eight clubs in the Premier League Competition.
Roman Abrahimovich would never make such appointment because he is not capable to handle a big side like Chelsea honestly. Todd Boehly has always coaches he can influence one way or the other and tell them what to do. I'm not a Chelsea fan but I knew that it wasn't a good move for them that season.

I think the reason why Pochettino was sacked is that he did not meet the performance agreements he signed. He really tried toward the end of the season, and if they had given him more time, I have some confidence that Chelsea's performances would have continued to improve. It’s not easy to change a club facing poor performances to great performances in a short period; it’s a gradual process.

I'm one person who still didn't find the necessity around the dismissal of pochenttino, his innovation was on the track of getting the team to achieving their dream repositioning in the premier league a d probably across Europe but some how, maybe it didn't look impressive enough to the management of Chelsea so he was layed off, Enzo's arrival is beaming some hopes around the possible improvement for Chelsea and I for one can't wait for the season to start already and see how well Chelsea plays out in their supposed improved firm and performance.

Since when did this trophy become a major trophy? I personally don't understand what praise it could possibly deserve, given that this cup win was almost a fluke. A team with this kind of game can't win any tournament a priori, but it happened and I'm sure it's not a great credit to Ten Hag. His contract has been extended until year 26, but I hope that if something goes wrong, the contract will be cancelled

For what it's worth, winning a trophy cannot be a fluke, especially a trophy that so many teams participated in Andy would have loved to win. The FA cup is a major trophy, Manchester United's bad performance last season won't change that.
I have always been a critique of Ten Hag in Manchester United, but you have to give him credit for winning the trophy.

Manchester United won't win the league with Ten Hag though, because his team is not consistent enough. They play perfectly well in two straight game and then go on to the next three games and turn to a disaster. It's a good thing Manchester United are trusting a manager and giving him time, I'm just not sure if Ten Hag is the one they should be backing this much. Only time can tell.
For now the bar is really low so I can't ask Ten Hag to win the league next season, but if his team plays very well and are able to make it to the top 4, I i think it would be considered a success.

Consistency is their main problem, they can't play consistently. In general, given that the FA Cup is not only played in the top divisions I think that for the main EPL teams that are stable in the standings and do not go to the lower divisions it is not the main trophy, the main one is just the championship in the EPL. I thought I was the only person who thought Chelsea had messed up by sacking Pochettino again, because I don’t really know the kind of manager that Chelsea needs again. Pochettino was able to restore Chelsea's performance when the season was about to end, and I think this kind of changing of coach can also make the players confused because all the players won’t get used to one strategy of play because every manager will come with their own new method of play.

Well atleast it's good mentality because I believe the management were not satisfied with the last season campaign so the need to make some changes is needed and for me only that is a good step because if it's the funds they have so why not use the money to actually get the right formula so that things can work out for you, I believe that's actually the way Manchester city operated when they were in the process of actually rebuilding their team.

Chelsea really didn't play around in transfers this season, they spent a lot of money to buy new players and also a new coach, if Chelsea are not able to finish in the top 3 next season then they will be very unlucky imo

For a coach to make a team become formidable after a long period of poor results, then he must be given enough time to rebuild and that I don't think Chelsea's management was patient enough to give to their sacked manager. In the last 10 league games of the just concluded season, Chelsea performances showed that there's a significant improvement from what we saw last two seasons so I wasn't expecting the club to sack Mauricio Pochentino when the team has shown enough improvement.
Now that they've signed former Leicester City manager Enzo Maresca, how sure are Chelsea's management that he'll have an instant positive impact on the team and if he fails to do that, will he also be immediately sacked at the end of the season?

Chelsea's poor performance in the first half of the season is because the players have not stabilized their positions. They are young players so the constant replacement of coaches makes them unable to adapt quickly to the coach's tactics. Chelsea went through a period of ups and downs under Mauricio Pochettino. Bringing the team to a 6th place finish at the end of the season is not a bad achievement for this strategist. For new coach Maresca, if he continues to keep the players' positions stable, his current job at Chelsea will probably be easier.
