Manchester United can get all the whole players they want during the transfer window but that won't solve the problem, we can say that Manchester United has been amongst the most active team in Europe during the transfer window, making top signing on different positions but as the season has commenced we haven't seen that pay off.

The issue for Manchester United is the mentality not the money they have to spend. I must say that Ten Hag isn't the man Manchester United needs. The team goes into every season knowing they won't win the league, UCL and at their best they can only hope for the FA Cup. This isn't the mentality that kept Manchester United on top during sir Alex Ferguson era.

When Ten Hag first stepped into the club, the players as well as the fans had high hopes, and honestly he was doing a great job, earning Manchester United awesome victories with his strategic signings and approaches, the problem I believe began from when Ten Hag started letting go off a few players that has contributed and we’re still actively contributing to the club for some reason I don’t know. Yeah he made some more pretty good signings but it’s quite unfortunate that the squad he built isn’t giving him the result he expected, I don’t know if I’ll say the teams aren’t compatible with each other or with the coach. It’s a pretty hard nut to crack.

I totally agree with your analysis, I remember at the initial stage when Ten hag started having issues with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, which even lead yo his exit. From the reality of things I think Ten hag has issues in managing players with high profile, today Jordan Sancho is doing well with Chelsea, Ronaldo is still banging goals in Saudi, this where players Manchester united once had in their squared. I feel Ole was a better coach to Ten hag, I haven't really seen much magically formations that are well sustaining with him so far he has been managing this team, rather Manchester United is drifting towards a mediocre club day by day.

This is a proof that the management of Manchester United are totally aware of Erik ten Hag's poor coaching but are reluctant in making any big decisions concerning the future of the Dutch manager. Manchester United this season have scored just 1 goal in their home ground the Old Trafford this season and have also been able to gather just 7 points in 6 league games, yet, the club management doesn't see any need to sack their manager. The players of the club doesn't seem to understand the tactics of the manager and that's why they've not been convincing with their performances. Maybe the club management will sack him when the club is finally relegated.

When there is no correlation between the players and the coach, the whole team will always suffer the resultant of the disunity between them. Manchester United are not playing a good football now but all blame is on the coach while the players also have their own role to showcase in order to be victorious. Some blame the lose to the red card, but in football today, even with red card, your team can still prevails against all odds and win the match, so that’s not an excuse. They were technically poor and they faced that awful defeat because of that.


Chelsea football team have technically improve their performance in the league and they’re now standing in the top four of the table. I don’t know how well they can go with this performance but most people are already praising them and envisioning them amongst the top teams for the league title. I only see that will be possible if they are able to continue with this performance till the end of the season. They can win the league title with consistent results like this.

We have to see until half of the season, how far Chelsea will go while for the beginning of the season Chelsea made a good debut by shifting other clubs, after seeing a deserved victory then every Chelsea match will be interesting especially seeing the attraction in Cole Palmer who is so stunning on the field, and that is an extraordinary free kick he has the skill to do it.
More curious how Chelsea can face other big teams, after against Nottingham Forest will meet Liverpool and this is probably what fans are looking forward to especially we also want to know how far Chelsea will go in this victory.

There is nothing like rocket science about Chelsea this season, they had enough of worst game even though things were fair in the end, but now this is Maresca tatics and it's not like something about beginning of yhe season, it's the new change the team has adapted or you forgot how Palmer had hatrick last season, he his just showing what he is made up this season again and we should expect more in the coming games even after the first leg of the season.

They are better than Manchester United right now, this is what you get when you adapt to the change but Manchester United are on business with Erk Ten. Just 3 minutes into the game, the teams negligence made them to concede a goal, Bruno Fernandez frustration gave him a red card which further made the team to concede more additional goals and now they are losing this match again right at  old Trafford, it's a shame to be honest.

Chelsea are way clear of Manchester United right now. Enzo Maresca took up this team as a challenge, got a lot of changes made in terms of the squad, and now has started winning games very effectively. I mean even if you hate Chelsea, or don't support them, you gotta love this Cole Palmer guy. His name is often Cold Palmer for a reason, what a humble guy, and what a great goalscorer he has turned out to be. His 4 first half goals were the first time this happened in the Premier League, and that is something huge for sure.

Manchester United have been shambolic this season, to say the least. They got thrashed against bigger teams like Spurs and Liverpool, drew against mid-table clubs, played horrible in most games. And you can't just blame Erik Ten Hag for it. One of their most vocal fans, Mark Goldbridge has discussed this, and the problem is also the players. Their integrity, passion are not at the level you expect them to see in. I think they have to do a lot better than they are currently doing to get back on track because this is nowhere near the Manchester United level.

I don’t think Erik Ten Hag feels any pressure to get results. You can tell from his demeanor and his comments in post match interviews that this man is unbothered by the poor results he’s getting. His job is secured so why would he be bothered. Even if Manchester United lose to Aston Villa by a humiliating scoreline this weekend, Erik Ten Hag will still keep his job. The Glaziers mistake is sticking with a manager that obviously has no clear plan for the team.

Exactly my point,  I’m not gonna say Ten Hag is a bad Coach, every coach has their lapses, as well as their own technique, and I think how good the team performs is fully dependent on the team’s relationship with the coach. Cristiano Ronaldo is an experienced player with high profile and loves to do things his own way without being bossed around by anyone, and this enables him to utilize his full potential, while Eric Ten Hag is a great Coach who loves to lead and always want the team to follow his instructions, and this also keeps him top in his game. Having these two personalities on the same team would be pretty difficult and almost impossible for them to work together, and that’s why he had to let Ronaldo go, even with all his potentials. When Ten Hag first arrived at Old Trafford, he blended well with the team and that’s why their performance was at its peak.

Manchester United performance under Ten Hag has been very poor and even when he managed to win two minor trophies for the Red Devils it is clear that it is still not worth the amount of money they has spent at the moment, last season Manchester United won the FA Cup but behind all that they actually recorded the worst defeat record in the club history, I think indeed Ten Hag dismissal may not guarantee Manchester United to be better later, especially after Ferguson retirement there is no coach who has been able to help them win the Premier League trophy so far, but I think sometimes it's better to try it than nothing and does not  wrong to take the risk of changing the coach if the reality is that now Ten Hag is not able to bring Manchester United better,I think Manchester United today actually has great ambition and support after Sir Jim Ratcliffe became the owner with the second largest club share after the Glazer Family, although Glazer is still the majority owner but Jim Ratcliffe is the one who makes decisions about every operation of Manchester today because of his current status as Co-Owner, So for now we can't completely blame the Glazerr family anymore, especially in the last 3 seasons the club owners has spent more than 600 million euros to build the squad.

I agree with you that Ten Hag is not suitable as Manchester United coach. Moreover, in Ten Hag's third season at Manchester United, the quality of Manchester United game has continued to deteriorate even though Manchester United has spent a lot of money recruiting players that Ten Hag wants. It is time for Manchester United's management to find a replacement for Ten Hag so that Manchester United's performance can improve again and can become a respected club in the fight for the championship title in various competitions as it did during the Sir Alex Ferguson era.

That is so true, normally I would understand some things taking time, because a manager can't just take over a team and win all the games, and if this was the first season ever for him then I would say that's normal and the team is just getting adjusted to how he plays, but right now it's his third season and it's clear that we are not going to see them get any better. If they started terrible but became better, then I would say it was a good decision to keep him, this dude was third place, on his first season, won fa cup on his second season, these are all good, and he ended with a cup every season he has been there.

It is a pity that United management is watching the club turning into a mediocre club and they cannot do anything about it. They so much believe in Ten Hag to the point that they don't see anything wrong with it. I don't think that Ten Hag will improve the performance of the team because he does not know how to go about it, if not he would have done that instead of all these disgrace.

One big problem that Ten Hag has is that he always put the blame of failure on his players instead of accepting that it was his own fault, so that he can look for a way to improve himself. Sooner or later, he will get fired because has nothing to offer and when Manchester united did not qualify for any European competition next season is when the management understand.

I remember the times when coaches themselves resigned after unsuccessful results. But firstly, they are long gone, and secondly, Ten Hag lives in his own world where almost everything is good, only a few little things remain to be corrected. Chelsea no doubt is actually turning to another thing because they have improved so much in terms of their gameplay although am still not entirely convinced but it would be a lie to look at their today's performance and not actually give them credit for playing beautiful football. As for cole palmer, I think guadiola will certainly be looking and asking why in the hell did he let him go cause the boy is virtually the heart and the driving force of this Chelsea squad.

We must give a fair assessment of the impressive performance shown by Chelsea today, which I think they deserved 3 points. Cole Palmer became the most highlighted player after scoring 4 goals, of course Pep Guardiola will regret letting the player go to a club that has the potential to directly block them. I agree that Chelsea cannot be fully trusted yet, but they seem to be on the right track.
After maintaining an unbeaten record for five games, Brighton finally had to bow down at Stamford Bridge, but they managed to put up a fierce fight.
If Enzo Maresca squad is able to maintain this performance in the future, then I think their presence in the top four of the standings will be considered a threat by Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool. It is very likely that Chelsea this season will be able to secure a ticket to the Champions League, they have been absent for the last two seasons. I understand that The Blues has been able to perform really well in the last match. Of course, they deserve to be praised. But I just want to remind people that this performance was given against Brighton and the match was played at Stamford Bridge, okay? I also want to praise Chelsea because the recent performance from them has been pretty good. Far better compared to what it was in the last season if I recall correctly. Now it does seem like Enzo Maresca has found what is going to work the best for them. But the bigger question is are they going to be able to hold that consistency?

In the last season, we have seen The Blues be very inconsistent from time to time. if a club is not consistent enough, especially in the English Premier League, it is definitely very hard for Enzo Maresca to actually achieve the top four positions. I would assume that Chelsea is at least going for the top four this season. So obviously they will have to show the same kind of performance against weaker opponents that they have shown against Brighton.

man, there are no two ways about this -- if he continues to perform like this, he'll be sacked in less than no time and that's no one's fault. I learnt he came up with a statement that he can't be sacked, and that he's come to stay... Meanwhile, he doesn't have the attributes that the club needs to keep him.

What is he still waiting for? I made a remark about how weak his defense strategy was in this match... How does he even begin a match without pairing defenders to atleast, have a backup that falls in if one is on a quest for a counter attack? It's not everyone that knows how to run fast to their position to avoid creating a scoring opportunity for the opponents.
Jordan Sancho has nothing to do with this... We all know he's definitely gonna perform with the right instructions.

It is still too early to assume who will become the champion because the season has just started and it is still unclear which teams will be able to continue to be consistent.
