I’m not entirely convinced that Manchester United can go head-to-head with Arsenal in the title race. I don’t mean to be dismissive, but when you compare the strength of the two teams’ squads and the coaching experience of Carrick and Arteta, Arsenal has the edge over Manchester United when it comes to winning the title. Not only decent teams, any team that qualifies for champions league usually dream of being the champion because they know that for them to get to the champions league that anything can be possible. But I totally understand what you mean by "decent" for sure there are teams that wish to be a champion but the possibility for such expectations to come through is 5% . but as for teams like Manchester city, arsenal, PSG, Bayern Munich of course they can actually make it happen because they have all it takes to achieve it. As for arsenal wining the premier league this season, I don't see that happening so for that I would advised they also give priority to other titles than to depend on premier league since they are not sure of wining the premier league title for the second time.

I think from the bigger clubs you have really listed PSG, Barca, and Madrid, I think Pulse Arsenal… and it already known that the Champions League is a well-known trophy that shouts “ we are the elite” The question is do you think Arteta is somehow smart with the messages he is trying to pass at some point, But quietly, everyone at the club knows that winning the UCL and all the EPL pain gets forgiven instantly….

This happens to be one of the best signings for Arsenal this season. They just got the right player for the position they need him for the best. Arsenal are now looking fully complete with this squad of theirs and I think they can go on to win the premier league and also other European competitions they’ll be participating in next season.

The only position I feel Arsenal is still lacking on is the top striker position, they have Gyokeres there but his conversion rate since he joined the club has not being that impressive. If he can actually get to perform well next season, I am very certain that Arsenal will be a team to watch out on as they’ll win more trophies than they have in the past season.

Arsenal was at their best last season so it is very common for their fans not to expect anything less from them this season, but one thing we must not role out in football is our expectations not being met by the team we are supporting, I agree that arsenal can compete with other teams big teams in the world, but the season is not gonna be the same with last time. Arsenal had a very good team during the last season campaign and even if I do not know if they can be as good as they were last season, I will have to wait for the season to start before I can say anything about them in that regard, the English premier League might be more competitive than last season, so what that means is that more efforts has to be made by all the big teams that want to remain at top four this season.

The Champions League is the most important competition for Arsenal because Arsenal has never won it before, and if Arteta wins it, it's going to be a great achievement for him as a coach and also for Arsenal as a club. Last season, he was able to win the English Premier League after about two decades since they last won, so this time the Champions League is the target. Arsenal bringing in good, experienced players is the best thing to do to win the Champions League.

Right now everything seems to be in Arsenal’s favor, and not just because Guardiola left City and City are clearly going through a period of transition. The same can be said about Liverpool, although Slot was clearly not the kind of manager capable of getting Liverpool out of their crisis. Michael Carrick is the head coach of Manchester United but i think he is more of an experimental coach because if he fails to win a trophy for Manchester United, he might get sacked and the club will hire another coach. The ball is now in his court so he should be able to figure out tactics that he will use and get the best results for his team. Manchester United seems like the favourite title contender against Arsenal but we will see what they are capable of doing when the league games kicks off.

Arsenal will perform consistently this season as well, like last season. The current squad is strong enough. Their goalkeeper is David Raya and his consistency and experience are known to everyone. And the biggest strength of the defense line is the pair of Saliba and Gabriel. In addition, the team's midfield can play a good role in controlling the ball, pressing and defending the need with their experience. The team's attack is equally strong. Arsenal is going to mix new young fast players with experienced players. All in all, Arsenal is a complete team at the moment. Any team will play very cautiously against Arsenal this season.

It has ever been very competitive season in English football, yet the strengths of the season are much more subject to surprises. This has resulted in tactical revamp as the move to introduce new managers in a few of the leading clubs can upset the supremacy of the two top clubs. Management needs to be patient, take time and supporting the foundation upon a strong basis but on the other hand the promoted clubs have got to ride with the momentum and get points that will enable them to secure a spot in the top flight.

I see it differently! As much as I feel like every competition is important,  Arsenal will and should do all that they can to win the Premier League Competition but can that be done with this same squad? I'd have been a lot positive if they had sign Vinicius Jr but they didn't, with that news, I knew they would struggle because you can't count on Martinelli and the recently added Tzolis already although he is a special player and person.
If Mikel Arteta succeed in getting Arsenal win the Champions League competition, then i believe there should a statue of him built outside of their stadium.
My thoughts of Arsenal winning the Premier League Competition as favorite still goes on, I believe they can all retain them Premier League trophy all over again.

This is just a club friendly, so it is nothing to be too serious about, you said Arsenal was on  the game yet they did not win meaning that having all the possession without winning is waste. you also said you expected Arsenal to win because Dortmund is not a strong team which is not true and i do not agree with that. Dortmund is a strong team though arsenal maybe stronger now but that does not mean they are not strong, few seasons ago they played champions league finals i think with Real Madrid.

For sure, Dortmund is a strong team. You know sometimes I wonder how most people make Thier judgement especially this aspect of deciding the team that is strong and the weak one. If we are to list The players that is weak I'm sure that Dortmund will not be mentioned because they are strong. But even at that we can't compare them to arsenal, obviously arsenal is far more better than them but that doesn't mean they can't win arsenal in a serous competition because this is football we are talking about so anything can happen, we should not be surprised to see Dortmund wining arsenal even though it is friendly but I believe that it can still happen in serous competition like champions league.

Agree. Pre-season isn’t always a fair reflection, but back-to-back losses at home are humiliations and supposed to expose problems before the real pressure starts. So the questions over balance, personnel and intensity are loud ahead of the real kick‑off. If Arteta doesn't fix defensive problems (their defence has looked far from convincing) and improve the attack, the fight for the title in serious competition like the EPL or the Champions League will be much harder.

Pre-season results does not really matter, if Arsenal loses back-to-back in their recent pre-season games it is not a humiliation since we know teams do not take pre-season games serious and they do not play with their real strength. If Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund meet in a serious competition like the champions league Arsenal will beat Borussia Dortmund. Arsenal defence is okay the only thing i see Mikel Arteta needs to do is to sign another defender who can replace  William Saliba until he is fit so that Arsenal defence will be solid like it was last season.

Manchester United will be playing in the champions league also, so I don’t even expecting so much performance from Manchester United by next season. Manchester United performance improved after Carrick joined the team, but that changes happened just because they were playing in only the premier league, if they had played in both premier and champions league, things won’t really be easy for him.

Am just thinking about how carrick will rotate the current players that Manchester United are having, because he just have to properly manage those players, so that some of them won’t just end up getting injured. Next season is going to be a different season for Manchester United, and I will say Carrick is having a lot to do.

Yes,, it's true. If Arsenal can win the Premier League again next season, it would be absolutely fantastic. Basically,, if Arsenal can win two seasons in a row, it would be a truly historic achievement. But even so, I'm sure Arsenal will also have a goal to become champions in the Champions League. Because basically,, in the previous season, they managed to reach the final, and that will certainly be a huge motivation for them.

Because basically, in the previous season, Arsenal was just one step away from becoming champions. So when that happens to a team, they will definitely do the same thing next season and most likely win it. So I hope Arsenal can do the same well. If by trophies he means the Community Shield, then fair enough, congratulations in advance to him. But if he is talking about the serious trophies, I think someone needs to gently remind our brother where he has arrived.  In all fairness Arsenal did become English champions again after 22 years, so maybe the excitement is understandable. But Bruno my brother, welcome to Arsenal. Enjoy the new club, settle down first and make sure to count how many serious trophies are in the trophy cabinet before you give yourself high blood pressure.

I think his dream can be happens soon like if he had intentions of English Primer League title or FA Cup or even UEFA champions league then I think it's still possible because right now Arsenal team is one of the best team in EPL as well as in UEFA champions league. Previously they recognize into the final and were too near to win the title but unfortunately at penalty shots they lose the tie. Even in UEFA champions league no team were better than them weather it's in performance wise or it's in defensive approach.....
