This is how it is suppose to work but many team fail to understand this and sack managers just almost immediately when they’re suppose to give him more time to see if they can actually do better and bring about a change in the team after being employed newly. It's a nice way for Arsenal to prep up for the incoming season in the EPL because it's almost becoming like Mikel Arteta is going to be the next Pep Guardiola of the EPL who's going to dominate the league with consecutive trophy victories. This wasn't the Manchester City we know under Guardiola, and this what I being saying that Pep actually left a big shoe space behind whoever is gonna fill it but either be as good as Pep or two times better than him. I won't be surprised by this game result if Maresca gets sacked by September due to City's poor performance.

I don't think he'll be sacked immediately. Of course, it's not realistic to expect Guardiola's success from him overnight, because Guardiola was with the team for a long time and knew both the players and the team as a whole very well. Maresca needs a period of adjustment. Once that period is over, they can once again be Arsenal's biggest rivals. A championship race between them and Arsenal would make the Premier League a more enjoyable and exciting place.

The right thing to say is that Arsenal were very clinical in front of goals, so that should be a credit to them, rather than saying it was because Manchester City were poor defending. I think we should learn to give credit when it's deserved, rather than making excuses to discredit a team for good performance.

But do you know that football at the top level is very brutal most times…in football results speak, and patience comes short…the part you mentioned about the coach which was sacked the truth is that clubs only sack coach when there is no progress, let says for example if the coach gives them top 4  trophy’s, or clear identity this season, the board will likely back him for a year….and the hard core truth is that pep didn't just win, he really changed the city’s and gave them the better winning’s and Arteta made Arsenal look more like real machine….

I believe that he's fully aware that Manchester City are now regarded as a traditional big team in England and will do his best to maintain the legacy of Pep Guardiola. Arteta can never be Pep rather he’ll be different if possible he continues this good work he might surpass Pep giving a 10 years contract though Arteta present stay can’t be compared with that of Pep, Pep is really good to an extend Manchester City never valued what they got and now he’s not with the team anymore.
I understand when people try to say Arteta might be the next Pep meaning in terms of dominating the premier league, Pep did same reason why most teams find it difficult to win the epl tittle then, recently Liverpool and Arsenal has won the premier league trophy. This first loss to Arsenal has already raised so many questions as to whether he will be able to fill the void that Pep Guardiola has left at that club. Let see if the Enzo Maresca can did more than what pep Guardiola, because he has bring the team to a well standard. I can't deny that I saw some photos of Rashford training with the MU crest and shirt. It really brightened my day because I think Carrick will make him his secret weapon. For me, Rashford is very good, and I think he'll contribute a lot to MU.

Maybe he blends in better with his former team for now than a big Spanish team like Barcelona. I like the fact that Flick is strict on his decisions about this.

Well, that might indeed be the case. But to be honest, Arsenal’s current style of play seems to be simply a continuation of the style that Arteta developed last season starting in the middle of the season. but back then, the situation was clear because Arsenal had several key players out with injuries. So, while Arsenal had initially played aggressively on the attack from the start of the season, they shifted to a slower style that focused more on defense and counterattacks. And I didn’t expect Arteta to still be using that approach this season, even though the team is now in top form.

But well, as long as it brings good results, then it’s not a problem. After all, it was this very strategy that led Arsenal to the title last season\.thanks to it, Arsenal conceded only 27 goals last season. Well I heard that Maresca has learned a lot under pep guardiola so we should expect a good performance from him even if it's not the level of PEP at least we should expect a good performance and with time he will get better even to the level of PEP
One thing that makes a coach good is experience, if  he stays long enough with the ideas that he has gotten from pep guardiola we should expect him to also deliver to PEP standard as well
But at this point I don't see any coach that has experience enough to be that good if anyone should be considered we should be talking about Mourinho in Real Madrid right now, other than him I don't see any other coach that will deliver up to that standard

I think they should give honor to whom it's due, Arsenal deserves some credit on that match, and it should be given the way it should, like who would believe Arsenal could won the game talk more of scoring Manchester City 3 goals to nothing, they really deserve the accolades, the one place I will disagree with you guys is where you guys will believe because they won Manchester City 3 goals to nothing, they are now the favorite for the English premier League title this season, hell no, they need to show more working.

Yes is the aspiration of Arteta to build something bigger than Pep Guardiola but however I don't think he will be able to considering how many years it has been without a champions League and it was still recently he won his first time premier league and meanwhile Pep Guardiola has won it more than five times and three times champions league so when would Arteta be able to achieve this trophies in his career and we have not also mentioned self awards that pep Guardiola had gotten all this while, so actually he will only come a bit close to Pep Guardiola but wouldn't compete records with him.

Chelsea have some good players that came in to join the squad and we can say that these guys are better some how than the set of players they had last season, the fans too are optimistic about this campaign and some some it seems like they are going to shine brighter to me but I'm not that 😃, not just that but the fans also see themselves winning something especially the EPL title. And I ask, with the current players managers and also the return of Mudryk, can Chelsea be as competitive for the title since they only have less games to play? Will Alonso create monsters out of these players, making them unstoppable?

At the end of the day, what's more important is how tactically good xabi Alonso is, because if the manager knows perfectly well what he is doing, the team is really going to do very well, all he just needs is enough time for his players understand his playing pattern very well, because once they can understand it, and can also execute it in the field of play very quickly, they might mount a serious title challenge this coming season, but before then, I wouldn't be putting too much hopes on them because I am still not convinced with their current center backs, because injuries to key players will expose the team, because they lack good options from the bench.

What you said is true, the ideas he'd brings to the club, rounding up the players, making them understand his style of play, if that happens we could be seeing the best of Chelsea under Alonso but when you talk about giving him more time they should but Chelsea is not a team that have patience, they need that result as soon as possible, even the fans can't wait for a whole season without winning a trophy, is like a taboo, they start to panic and complain about the coach or a particular player, so do you think Chelsea have that time to give to Alonso? No I don't think so.
Now you said something I have been wanting to say, that defense is not solid in any way but when you talk about the attacking department and the midfield, they are ok in that but the back line still doesn't have a better leader, they failed to make a good leader out of some of the guys like Chalobah and Badiashile, to me these two are good to be the head in that defense or even Levi Lamar Samuels Colwill, these 3 would do better but Chelsea focus more on the midfield and attack that's why we see Maresca getting confused on who to start but Alonso can as well make a change, maybe.

Manchester City doesn't look competitive anymore if you ask me because this is no longer the formidable Manchester City under Pep Guardiola. Alot changed and we knew exactly the problem of the team.
