Sunderland is a good team, so I think it’s not good to completely write them off, I was watching Sunderland at the Europa League and I must say it was a good performance and they won their game, Manchester City is going to be well prepared in this game, because Arsenal loosing to Brighton is an opportunity for Manchester City to gain some commanding advantage against Arsenal, Manchester City is the favorite to win this game on paper.

Sunderland really did have a wonderful performance today and the game turns out to be an interesting one with eight goals scored by both sides, Brobbey scored an hattrick while Semenyo scored a brace to give Manchester City the lead in the second half and Haaland scored the final goal. Manchester City have won this game and they’re now three points ahead of Arsenal on the table.

Liverpool vs Bournemouth is an unpredictable game for me, Liverpool seems like a team that doesn’t have a direction now, you don’t know the game they’re going to win, the Liverpool attack needs some time to click, there is no balance in midfield, the Defense is the only place Liverpool is guaranteed, the attack would need some time and games to click, the team doesn’t look fresh, I think this game is going to end on a draw, considering that Liverpool have played more draws this season, I think Bournemouth playing in the Europa League would be a factor to consider as well.

Bournemouth missed a big chance which could have given them one point in this game, Liverpool got the victory at last with the 57th minute goal from Isak. This Liverpool team still needs lots of improvements because their performance in the first half was somewhat poor.

I never thought Arsenal would be beaten 3-0 by Brighton. I also never thought Arsenal wouldn't be able to score a single goal against Brighton, even though Arsenal usually always capitalizes on opportunities and always plays well. Arsenal's loss to Brighton certainly made Brighton fans happy because they were able to beat the team that won the EPL last season. This was Arsenal's first loss of the season and this certainly made Arsenal fans sad because their team didn't win against Brighton.

99% of those who staked on that match lost the bet, Arsenal was the clear favorites to win that match and bearing in mind Chelsea previously won Brighton, I kind of didn't expect them to dominate Arsenal as much as 3 goal difference, seems Arsenal and Chelsea suffered the same humiliation. Manchester city fans are elated since they're comfortable on the top of the table with a 3 point and 4GD advantage over Arsenal from today's win against Sunderland.

I think Maresca's football is taking the lead in EPL, he's not lost nor drawn a single match since season started. I initially thought he would have a troubling start to the season, but I'm wrong. I think finding Enzo and Anderson in place of Bernardo and Rodri is working really well for his team.

It could have cost them enough if they were not a strong team with better firepower that could retaliate instantaneously. What a great match, both teams are very strong in attack, Manchester City scored a goal each but Sunderland didn't take long to counter. In the first half we saw a total of 5 goals from both teams. The match was great in a word, strong attack from both sides from the beginning, Sunderland played well enough, but Manchester City are not a team to be defeated easily, and besides, Manchester City is playing at their home ground. The match was really great, both teams had an attacking mentality. But in the end Sunderland had to admit defeat due to the lack of team quality. I agree with you on your analysis, defense is always a problem for Manchester City but then again, every team concedes goals so it is fine to concede but if you can to score many goals too then the shortcomings of the defenders will not matter anymore. One thing about leading at the top of the table is that it gives an edge towards how a team can be able to end the season even if they don't win the title. I said this because when a team is topping with some gaps, it gives them so much confidence while the team that is contending the title with them will be more careful so that they don't lose any more points but they can still find themselves losing more matches and giving way for the team at the top of the table to become too convenient.

Manchester United is just one lazy team that has failed to grow in the EPL, if they are not careful they will finish like Chelsea who didn't qualify for any European competitions.

I feel embarrassed by Arsenal's performance in this match. Who could have imagined Arsenal would concede three goals against Brighton? It's normal if Brighton beat Manchester United because from Manchester United performance this season, we shouldn't be surprised as Brighton knocked them out of the Carabao Cup. Which profit is Manchester united even making? They aren't even making any reasonable profit because they find it hard to offload their flops in the transfer market. I can't even tell who's more better between Amorin and Carrick at the moment but I can tell there was a game plan under Amorin even though they merely succeed. What I don't understand with Manchester united now under Carrick is how comfortable and relax they are until they concede goal first before they start playing with seriousness. Last season was kind of pretty but they'll probably get back to finishing as mid table team this season again. With this performance, I'm not sure if they will go far in the champions league either.

Arsenal defence was so poor, when they played against Brighton and Brighton have a lot of chances to beat them, they had the home advantage and also Arsenal didn’t perform well as expected that what give them the upper hand to win Arsenal. My worry is that why are most EPL big teams defense suddenly weak and porous? Am surprised why such big teams won’t have a solid defense considering how competitive the EPL is, could it be that their is scarcity of defenders in the market? or is it that this club feels that the defenders they have are okay? See Man U for example is Harry Maguire really still good enough to be in the Man U defense line? I really feel that time will unfold a lot of surprises this season in the EPL, moving forward most coaches should try to reinforce their teams so that they can stand the pressure in the coming days.

Sure, Micheal carricks performed so well that everyone believed he's the right coach for Manchester united. But ever since he got the job everything changed. And now I have started hearing side talks about Micheal carricks not being the right Coach for Manchester united, you know one problem I'm having with Micheal carricks is that he don't summon courage like other coaches while the game is on instead he will just fold his hands and be watching. I think that's one of the things that is making the players to look very dull and weak on the pitch, Manchester united is not forceful, their games is always very dull now tell me how a team like this will manage to win matches.
