Well that is quite simple. There is no cloud mining service that I know of which provides any kind of meaningful return on your investment. I know this since I did exactly the same analysis before I made my arbitrage investment. Renting 100 GH/S will get you about 0.95 BTC for the next 12 months, under assumption that mining difficulty increases 40% per month, which is the average for the last 6 months. You will pay 100 GH/S between 1-1.5 BTC to rent it, so you are loosing money and you have to wait for a year to get at least part of your BTC back.

On the other hand, Bitcoin arbitrage brings you about 25% return on your investment per month, according to the last couple of months average. This means you will reach your full return on investment in 4 months and you still can withdraw your principal if your like. In case of cloud hashing, once you rent your hash, your principal is lost, you do not get it back.

The risk exists in both of these ventures, but that decision is up to you.

I do not run anything. I am just promoting them the same way your promote BTC gambling. I also use them, have invested my own money and everything is fine.

The fact remains that you sold your signature space to a shady service and you do not put any kind of disclosure next to it. Regarding your second comment, monthly trading volume of Bitstamp for example is about 700 000 BTC per month. BTCe is close to that number. A well developed arbitrage service should trade at least 2000 BTC per day on several different exchanges in order to be profitable. Do you really think than anyone can make 2000 BTC or about $1.2 million in a few months or arbitrage, especially if you start with low liquidity. Would really like to hear your results.

It is not shady, it is the most reputable gambling service there is...

Also if your trader has 300 BTC (why wouldn't he, he is a genious that can make 1,5 % each day) he can make 1.5% each day and after exactely 4 months, he would now own 2000 btc...

Nope. In the case of BTC-arbs, you get a short trading reports, summarizing trade and general market conditions from the previous day. Bitcoin trader does not provide this but they provide cloud hashing service in addition to trading so you can earn both by trading and mining.
