Gold is a steadily slowly growing currency, investments in gold are made by those people who want to preserve the capital they have acquired over a long period of time. Bitcoin, on the other hand, is the leading currency that undergoes tremendous positive changes.  If you invest for a short time with a good profit, then I recommend Bitcoin

If you ask people who support bitcoin then obviously I guess, the answer is bitcoin. But, regardless I think it is best to invest in both if you have a lot of money to invest. But if you only want to invest in one basket, then I guess it just needs to be adjusted and think about gold being good for the long term and vice versa, you will make quick profits in bitcoin taking advantage of the volatile price.

I would keep both gold and bitcoin. I think gold is more secure and risk free than the bitcoin. Bitcoin is a good investment for long term but there is always risk investing in crypto.

Both is OK for, so I will invest in both, investing in gold for me is somehow safer and better because nothing like loosing money when u invest in gold, only if u lose the asset.

I think bitcoin is also good for long term investments because of its growth potential and the limited supply of bitcoins which isn't offered by gold at all as it is still being mined currently and even on a much larger scale than ever before. Also watching the price of gold as compared to bitcoin from the emergence of bitcoin it can be clearly seen that it is definitely beating gold and is much ahead in terms of profit gained by investing in bitcoin. Even I also have some gold bars with me but still bitcoin is much more enticing market for me.

I would not choose which one to pick if we are talking about a large sum of money. 50/50 probably. Gold will be the capital, which can be used at any time if a problem happens. Bitcoin will be the stuff to trade (and hold as well) and earn on it.

Being a crypto enthusiast I go for Bitcoin, but I can say choosing between Bitcoin and Gold will depend on someone's goals.  Bitcoin is good both for the long term and short term investment. With Bitcoin can trade and take profit at any given time, you can also hold it and wait for the bull run before taking profit. You can use it also as currency. Gold is stable which can assure your return on investment on long-term basis.

The answer to this question depends on how much risk you can take. If you are in a position to take some risk, investing in bitcoin in the long term will definitely cover the risk you take. However, if you are looking for a safer investment, I think gold is the most guaranteed investment tool in the world.

if you want to invest fairly then for bitcoin 50% and Gold 50%. as we know that Bitcoin has its own advantages and so does gold. When it comes to long-term investing, gold has proven to be stable every year its price goes up, but Bitcoin is a digital currency and its price always fluctuates.

In the digital era, everyone will invest in the digital gold aka BTC, for the safe investment investors will prefer to invest in the physical assets like Gold. For high volatility, investing in BTC is better but in real Gold contracts, things are different compared to non-regulated BTC futures.  Stable markets are not ready for listing BTC futures and there are so many legal procedures for this purpose. Maybe CFTC will let the BTC futures to be traded on big US markets but there is no need for this "push" currently. The gold market is still a safe place for non-risk loving investors and BTC market volatility should decrease in order to attract such type of investors.

Both investments are good. Person 1 can say that gold is the best and person 2 can say that bitcoin is better. Whilst the 3rd guy, will say both of them are. Also, bitcoin isn't pumping from day to day, there are also dumps.

I think you can invest in gold and bitcoin, half your money is put in bitcoin and half in gold. so if you are in desperate need of money to sell gold, bitcoin takes a long time to get maximum profit

If we are talking about a real choice without any middle ground in between - I vote for bitcoin.
But in reality you'd rather invest in both and in many more things/cryptos/stocks as well.

You have clearly says "Having Huge amount of Money" so why need to choose?

Practically thinking Invest on both.

25% = Gold

then the remaining will be your Money while waiting for what will comes out after years.

Investing in bitcoin is of course very high risk, but the income we get is very tempting, while the risk of investing in gold is relatively small and the profits we get are also small, so if you are ready to accept all the risks then investing in bitcoin is better.

For me I prefer investing every funds that I have into cryptocurrencies most especially bitcoin knowing that gold price can depreciating while bitcoin can goes down but it can manage to rise up easily again and again after a short period of time.
