"unpredictability"? ... i'd like to think otherwise ... Un is growing towards being a predictable asset if you're in for the LONG runs.

in short;
UNO will have a solid baseline of support that can handle 2% of all the coins going to market suddenly.
but likely will have swift rapid up ticks followed by long bear markets testing these new levels of support.
think 12-18 month macro market cycles.

I have seen that as well. I believe people conclude that it is far better to lose 5% than 100%.

Hopefully, they will realise $UNO's low inflationary store of value nature and become HODLrs and accumulators.

Can't really see it myself: at 10,000 Doge : 1 UNO, if you used every UNO mined to date they could collectively "corner" somewhat less than 2% of Doge market cap.

Didn't see this on the first go round. Yes sir, that is part of the plan, we just started with an MVP. We do have some snacks on there and will be adding more in the next few days. Also in talks for an upcoming album from one of my favorite bands (!), fishing gear (!!), and perhaps also pet toys. Was also looking at maybe some sort of artisan mushroom packs for sale - no, the food kind, not THAT kind, but that may be a while yet. Take the "mercado" part literally - we will expand to various things as the demand or interest is there. Right now it's just "get it up and going and make sure it makes sense" - so far it does.

It couldn't be more on topic   Welcome.

Bittrex and Cryptsy have the highest volume. There is some fishy stuff going on with Cryptsy & users have been reporting issues withdrawing bitcoin, but UNO withdrawals have been working perfectly for months. So if you decide to use Cryptsy I recommend using it only to buy UNO. Bittrex is safe for both buying and selling, I've been using it for over a year with no issues. Just use 2fa for extra security.

Bleutrade and Cryptopia are much lower volume, but they have alt-UNO pairings that can be arbitraged if you're patient and happy with a couple dollar profit per trade. Those are also good exchanges to place some optimistic orders (high asks and low bids, like 5-20% above or below market rate). They are both reliable exchanges from my experience over the last 6 months or so. Cryptopia is good for placing normal trades since it has the lowest trade fee, 0.2%, and often gets $100+ volume per day. 0.2% isn't much lower than the 0.25% on Bittrex and Bleutrade though so don't let that be a deciding factor. Keep in mind that Cryptsy has no trade fees but charges 0.5% to withdraw.

I use this page regularly to check the markets: http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/unobtanium/#markets but you can also use the site that FallingKnife posted above, coinhills, it features some more of the smaller alt-UNO markets.

Also, don't forget about the block explorer https://chainz.cryptoid.info/uno/# there you can monitor exchange wallet sizes, node count, hashrate, daily transaction volume, etc.

alt-UNO pairings arbitrage on Cryptopia
fast for me sometimes, very fast, there is some bot working behind the curtain, and if you do the math (or just use cryptonator)
the 'aRB' bot often buys on the btc market to fill your order on the uno market
(still very much bETA stuff but fun to see it work when it does)

e.g.
I wanted "altCOIN-A" so I bid in uno the fair spot value (inspite of a wide spread on the uno book) ... and I also had the highest buy bid uno/btc book ... my "altCOIN-A" bid filled and the tradebot immediately sold my uno (back to me) via my bid in uno/btc ... cool stuff ... future markets will likely be 'linked' across all exchanges just takes time to discover the markets.

I have reached out to HagbardCeline a few times. I have not heard from him about PR. He sometimes goes on hiatus.
Bryce said last week he would look into the Uno testnet to see if he can figure out what the problem is. Un testnet and PR are one in the same, so if we can get testnet running, it will provide an avenue for PR holders to bring their coins home.

These are interesting times at Cryptsy. Price of Uno is much higher there, presumably as people look for an exit from the exchange.
The #1 Cryptsy Uno wallet is now below 11% (11.59%), falling rapidly.

Cryptsy has been a good market. I wish them no ill will and I hope they come through this.  I've just seen to many exchanges fail, and have lost too much money on shuttered exchanges not to take the signals seriously this time. I've learned the expensive way, it is unwise to take risks with crypto exchanges. Cryptsy has trust building to do if they are going to recover, and I'm watching hard for that.  But with other exchanges, from Coin-ex to MintPal to Gox,  locking up Bitcoin has always been the clearest warning sign of insolvency.

As for the price of Uno, this is a perfect storm.  People buying Uno on Cryptsy as an exit has pushed the price up to a 20% premium.  
And news about the latest Satoshi Nakamoto outting is driving Bitcoin higher as Uno seems tethered to that usd$1.50 price.

It's an incredible Uno accumulation moment, if one is willing to part with Bitcoin. I don't double that a serious buy order in the low .003's on Bittrex would be filled by those fleeing Cryptsy.
