Based on the information available on CoinMarketCap, the BFG token only trades on PancakeSwap and Biswap. The token has made a decent little pump in the last 7 days and is up almost 30% in that period.

Keep in mind that popular CEXs only list cryptocurrencies that have big trading volumes because they want to make money from trading and withdrawal fees. Tokens with low trading volumes basically have no chance to be listed. They could be listed on small CEXs but the numbers there are insignificant anyway.
