Also, what does "high risk" even mean? I didn't break any rules, I only played on big markets.

The bets in question were multibets, some of which had already won 3 out of 4 legs. Those bets hold much higher value than just the initial bet. They even have a "cash out" feature which is wholly based on that fact.

Reading the terms, they have the power to do that to protect their business. I’m not sure what you are doing on your account but you will not experience this if you will just play normally.

They don't have the power to just cancel the bets when they don't go their way. I'd understand if there was some obvious error, or if the bets were on dodgy markets. But no, the bets were on Champions League, NBA and other big leagues.

I think the 15 odds on Inter Milan are too low. They should be higher. They no longer have Simone Inzaghi as their manager and Chivu isn't nearly as skilled. Provably they don't have any intentions to be like that, since providing obvious low odds on some teams would provably could give them an issue and people might call them manipulator for that matters.

But they provably look at lots of basis before they calculate those odds and present something reasonable to their bettors. Maybe people should ignore that since if they believe the team they are looking at is strong then they could place their bet and see the result after the game ends.

Weekly and monthly are nothing worth mentioning, cash back is like 5% (gets higher but only if you lose in the casino, sports singles don't give cash back), calendar is just a way to delay your bonuses, rake back is ok (the only ok thing of the bunch), sports bonus is low and the wheel is impossible to beat, out of 1000 spins you will get 0.01$ or less 990 times. I like that he has made a knowledgeable and constructive criticism. Regarding what you ask, in my opinion a casino that is not so established has to invest more in it, while a more established one does not have to put so much effort into it. The same for investing in advertising.
