Isn't it a bit too obvious though? I mean why would anyone place a wager on "all or nothing" when it is a real money, and why not do that when it is fake money? I understand the people who do that when it is money that you are getting for free. At the very least of the situation we are talking about getting a greater return when you are wagering all or nothing for a game, it is not even real money and in that game if you do not win then there is no point on having "a bit of a loss", you either lose it all or you get some rewards. Generally if you always fail to use 2FA usually the problem is in the time zone I mean the time on your phone is different than on your computer , specifically I have never experienced it it's just that I heard from some friends , If it still fails then support is the last solution

That would be a great feature but I don't think they will add it anytime soon. I asked it to livechat some months ago and they said there were no plans to implement this.

I do believe that casinos are responsible for getting as many people to their business as possible. The more people that gamble, the more wagering there will be, the more wagering there is, the more money from the house edge they will make. Adding anything, a new token, their own token, staking, some new chain, new features. All of these serve just one purpose which is getting new people.

Alts supposed to have a low minimum withdrawal limit but except maybe for eth because we know what eth have been going through and even if we say that you can withdraw your eth at low limit, you are still going to pay high for the transaction fees so it is still not worth it to use this coin but how can you get altcoins anyway? With a lot of alts to choose from on their website, I don't think they will integrate internal exchange. However, everything is possible. If they run out of new ideas, what to add more in their casino, they may take a look to have their own internal exchange. But usually, they set minimum limits to exchange per coin as I have seen in other casinos. So if you have small amounts of the alts, it may not even eligible for exchange also. But that would be nice addition in case.
