Yes, this is of course understandable.
But I was thinking, because 20 minutes is such an interval of time, which is very uncomfortable from the point of view of psychology.  Every 20 minutes a person must be distracted from his main work, set a timer with a signal, otherwise he will miss the bonus, all this is so inconvenient and turns people into such conveyor workers.  I don't like this at all.  
Even more than this method of advertising, I do not like only the suddenly pop-up captcha.  Also a very crappy notion.

As Babygun wrote, nobody forces us to claim it every 20 minutes, for example, I stopped claiming free coins a long time ago... I was so annoyed by their captcha! I saw they change it, now it's better... I tried it when I was buying some boxes! Boxes are interesting, but I don't plan to claim free coins, probably I will do it here and there when I am checking boxes!

What did people expected of a casino token to do? I mean it is good for getting dividends, and compared most others this one also has the fact that you could do it on a yield farming site as well which gives a good return too.

So, it is the "nature" of the token that is not really looking that great and could be understood why it is not looking that great, aside from that I believe that we are actually doing fine compared to most other casino tokens. As long as it is only tied to the casino and not really something out of casino world and only has a "part" that is casino related, it will keep being like this for a very long time, yet it is still one of the better ones at what it does.
