Chips.gg VIP rank wagering requirement isn't straight forward. So, a small amount of wager won't help to see a significant change on the VIP progress bar. They consider EXP for the VIP rank calculation. The EXP will be counted differently based on the payout and games you play. You have to earn at least 5k EXP to reach the 10th level. Here you will find the contribution of different games and multiplier for EXP calculation: Is 1$ wager equal to 1 EXP?

Yup, first he was lucky to make 455$ from only 20$. It is almost 2175% returns on his investment and this is something we won't be able to achieve often. How can someone else trust you if there is no evidence that you are right. Really, I think you need to provide some evidence to make your claim strong, but I just want to see how your claim goes.

Did they tell you why they are withholding your funds, like if they need time to investigate your account and gameplay?
The OP hasn’t been online for almost a month, but I suggest waiting a few more days in case they respond here or via another medium and explain what’s going on before creating a scam accusation thread.
