i would not say it's a generous treatment, that's the minimum thing to do in this kind of situation even if he did abuse the rules + the casino is simply following thier own terms which apply to both them and the player.

As I learned lately, it is standard procedure to return the initial deposit if the player is new or has a negative PNL. The Sportsbook usually returns the last deposits, limiting the player from betting or banning their account. If Chips were to ban the player, there was nothing to say because we don't know if the player is new or if he is negative in PNL. So yes, I think Chips has already done what they should have done. I have a pretty good pick rate too. This guy just started predictions on Chips, so it's definitely normal and nothing amazing to have 100% pick rate. I don't know if he still keeps this rate or not, I haven't checked the outcome of other fight predictions but I'll check it. By the way, in DDP VS Khamzat fight, in round 5, there were only 30 seconds left and Dricus created such a moment that I thought Khamzat was over but hands down, Khamzat's wrestling is phenomenal.

In the course of leniency, I think I will agree with you that the casino was indeed lenient because I have seen so many cases like this and Believe me  it really went the other way round as their assets and everything was seized and you the defaulted might not even have the chance to claim right as all your issues and case will be left unattended to and trust me it really crazy.
