Yes, not true at all, even here we have second tier casinos which is legal, of course the ambiance and atmosphere is different and you can play as cheap as 0.1$. So I would rather go there than to play illegal slot machine because you don't stand against a rig machine. I don't really do such things but the same with what others think, maybe they still gamble even if it's illegal because it's more convenient for them. Sometimes an illegal service offers better conditions (including provably fair, etc.) while there are no disadvantages of a legal game such as taxes, isn't that obvious? I've heard that in some states in the US you have to pay tax on your winnings on every bet you win. Well, playing slot machines here in my country is not illegal if you are registered business but if not, --that is completely illegal because perhaps a reason for task evasion. People are playing for fun and to earn money that's why they don't care if the slot machine is illegal or not most especially if it is placed in the area in which a lot of people living there are poor and will take risk just to earn money for their needs. Here in my country a lot of illegal slot machines are everywhere but the government are confiscating the machines if and only if they caught someone who's doing this illegally.

People are playing for fun and to earn money that's why they don't care if the slot machine is illegal or not most especially if it is placed in the area in which a lot of people living there are poor and will take risk just to earn money for their needs. Here in my country a lot of illegal slot machines are everywhere but the government are confiscating the machines if and only if they caught someone who's doing this illegally.

One can understand for those who are poor and just for the sake of making some money and try their luck as small money is also big thing for them, but for others they need to avoid it. The thing about slots is that you don't need any skills to play them. You can just put your money in an play. And the Jackpot advertisements are very misleading. The chance are so low to win, but yet you have to pay only very small amount. With a lot of flashy lights and noises it's visually attractive. Another factor for the high demand of slots, even if they are rigged systems is that you insert cash nd get legit winnings. No one is checking how you got the money to play slots, It's a great tool for criminals to launder money. If you lose between 10 - 20% of your money it's a great tool to get legit money. I think this is mostly because of the convenience of doing so.People like to play when they are taking a snack,they like playing a fast session in this convenience stores or gas stations because it is a gambler habit.I used to do this but it is 100% sure these machines can be rigged as I have seen such thing a few years ago,they can be opened and made to give out a hit ratio of less than 10% and to lose people money.

This kind of machines are illegal and we used to have one in our neighborhood it's more of a horse racing in a slot machine like gaming, it's rigged and illegal but people are attracted to play here because the bet is very small and there is a change to make 10 times of your bet, it was confiscated because so many minors are addicted to it and the operators don't care if the one playing it, is a minor.

Oh my mistake. I assumed that it’s a player. But it would be great marketing tool though even though it’s illegal.

From the feedbacks here, I realize people just want to play, and since poor people don't have access to casinos and stuff, they play this machine, even though mostly rekt. Hopefully, these guys can use their mobile phone and play on legit online casinos. It's better than playing those stupid machines.
