It is a reasonable thing why people like to playing gambling at the illegal casinos because they can use a little money, and if they win, they can get more money. ^ It is hard to gamble in an illegal gambling site, you will never know the fairness of the site and how you can identify whenever it is good or not as long you have been gambled. It's pretty simple if you want to avoid them and don't gamble a gambling site without licensed, they are not verified as a legitimate gambling site that we gamble. the truth is most of them have no idea if the machine is illegal or legit,because the machines was installed in legal places not knowing that it must not be there.
sometimes it is the authorities who owns those machine or some others that related to them so they can operate without being busted.
this happens in places that has weak laws and weak government.

To be honest, I did not understand the relationship between the legality/and the illegality of slots and the destruction of the player's life. The player can destroy his life or spoil the lives of others in a completely legal casino. He certainly needs good advice (not to do this) but these are completely different questions.

It's related to the RTP. Even for reputable mainstream slot operators, the actual RTP and the fairness are often under question, let alone the shady slot machines with unknown RTP. If these players switch to more legitimate/fair slot machines, they will less get robbed. "It's better to shear the sheep than to slaughter the sheep" - wise man (well, it would be best not to be the sheep, but... you know... addiction). The chance of getting rekt on these machines is way higher than online slot games.
