Not talking about Duelbits but more in general; but sometimes support can be a hit or a miss. I have numerous instances that the first agent couldn't help me out and that, when reopening the ticket, another agent could help me out. Having good costumer support is so important as it can make or break a casino.

This is correct, why do we need to rely on customer support if all the details we are trying to find out is already available publicly on the ToS. There’s a lot of incompetent support which might give you a headache once they provide wrong information or not even helpful.

Gladly on Duelbits, Support is always quick to response while they are always friendly to answer all of my concerns especially during the Christmas event on how can I claim my daily rewards of free spin which I forgot what game it was credited.

Yes, that's true. I often have problem with customer support when I need their help because most of the time they are incompetent. It's sad but companies outsource customer support service in poor countries where people work for low salary and they hire people who know basic English. I have a problem with USA's Amazon that's still unresolved because their support knows nothing.

Anyone tried Mines ? I see people playing it already, but whenever I try placing a bet I've got "An unexpected error occurred. (code 933887)" message. Tried logout/login, but has the same problem. I could have contacted support, but I did not plan to play today seriously, so I will just wait Cheesy I am sure this is temporary, as mines returned today, and the platform is busy polishing everything right now.

Actually it doesn't matter, and it won't be any problem when asking for information to support, it's better than nothing in my opinion, a lot of people miss this in their activities when visiting casinos or early adopters which causes them to miss things that are so important for their activities in gambling, namely prohibitions that can destroy themselves, so even though it's quite lazy it's better to ask support directly. But usually this will also miss something that we ourselves may not have known before that there are different rules in the casino from other casinos, and fear that it could be fatal too, so it's better to read 10 pages than you lose your money or your account someday.

Well there are several people who's really so lazy reading text that's why they came to support to ask things that they want to know and also I think its fine since somehow the job of support to answer the question of the people trying to ask something and learn some information's about their implemented rules and other need to consider.

But its also good for a user to do their own diligence to read what information available so that they will somehow waste the time of support to answer the basic questions which easy to answer. So to be more knowledgeable on the rules implemented much better for people to read the whole content so that they are well informed about everything that they need to know or want to consider.

One possibility on top off my head: if a customer support ended up giving a wrong answer then something goes wrong with the player's account and took some time to get solved, there's a good chance the player in question could rant in multiple gambling communities 🤔

I honestly think support can be a hit or miss too in most services so I'd cross-check stuff on the fine print as well. I'm not sure if I'm the only one but a lot of platforms have a good number of similar clauses so it has gotten easier for me to check fine prints as I've seen several of them.

Problems are solved and it's good to see Duelbits do more interesting events for their users and community. I am really uncomfortable with Twitter recent weeks when they regularly automatic log out my account and I have to sign in my account again many times.

It does not happen with Twitter on their application but happen regularly with a browser. I read news that Elon Musk wants to charge minor fee for posts and interactions with bots on Twitter. He considers it as good solution to fight against bot and I guess log out account regularly is another solution from Elon to cope with bot accounts.

It's sad that a normal user can be affected too.

Customer support is indeed important to open communication about something you want to ask, but we don't really need it if from the start we are willing to read the ToS sheet.

This kind of promotion type which a GIF need to be post on the right frame is now becoming a trend for casino promotion in X platform. I saw multiple times other casino use this same mechanics and rewards user that finished the task in a random way.

Customer support is indeed important to open communication about something you want to ask, but we don't really need it if from the start we are willing to read the ToS sheet.
That is, when I was still a beginner in online gambling, I often used the customer support chat for things I wanted to know. When I thought, why do I do it every time I make a deposit because by waiting a few moments, the deposit has come in for me to play.
ToS is damn very long and I bet that none of us read all words in any ToS.

A more realistic practice is reading FAQs first, and if we need more basic information, we can scan ToS with key words for searching what we want to find more. I agree with you that doing basic reading on ToS is good to avoid troubles later.

If after reading FAQs, scanning ToS, we feel unsure, we can chat with support staffs and ask more information we need. Reading and scanning FAQ, ToS by yourself will help you to ask more detailed questions with customer support staffs and they will be able to answer you better too.

It does not happen with Twitter on their application but happen regularly with a browser. I read news that Elon Musk wants to charge minor fee for posts and interactions with bots on Twitter. He considers it as good solution to fight against bot and I guess log out account regularly is another solution from Elon to cope with bot accounts.

It's sad that a normal user can be affected too.

I use Chrome browser and it happens when I click on like a post or repost. I barely do it as I usually only read so I can not understand why Twitter detects me like a bot and log out my account. A notification appears and if I refresh, my account will be required to log in again. It only happens recent weeks, less than one month.

He has a lot of ideas, some are good, some are bad and I see he wants to change it to be a better platform. Succeed or not, I don't know but talking about bots, I think he is right on his intention to control bots that are contaminated many social media platforms.

We use a platform but want to interact with actual people, not with bots.

Yeah its long but its written for us to read so we could understand what they are implementing and what are those important actions that gamblers need to avoid so for them to be safe from any unwanted consequences of the actions they done unconsciously.

Basic understanding on some information needed but I think that is lacking since maybe there are some added rules been written especially that sometimes the casino management do some changes and we need to know what are the changes happen so we have an idea if this could benefit us or they add some rules that their users should follow.

Chat support is helpful but sometimes we need to be considerate that they have a lot of things needed to attend so its better to help ourselves to know about those information since everything has been written in their TOS and the only thing needed to do is to read also understand all the contents written.

A lot of people get into troubles by simply looking for the easy way instead of doing the right thing. Do you know that whatever that is written in the ToS ia binding on you as soon as you agreed which you must do before proceeding with using the platform. So long as it involves money, one should always try to read the agreement before giving consent to avoid issues when there is winning.

A more realistic practice is reading FAQs first, and if we need more basic information, we can scan ToS with key words for searching what we want to find more. I agree with you that doing basic reading on ToS is good to avoid troubles later.
FAQ is good but it does not replace the ToS which is more comprehensive. FAQ is a kind of summary but does not cover everything and somethings the FAQ will always refer the user to the ToS for details.

Normally, support will just point out the ToS if you are asking regarding the ToS. I agree that asking them to point it out to you on the specific spot on ToS is much easier but using the keyword search or scanning is much better for me when I’m familiarizing casino ToS before I made deposit.

If you are depositing huge amount in the casino like me, you should not be lazy on reading the ToS word by word so that you can assure that you are familiarized with rules. It’s not wrong to ask for support help but it’s much better to do it yourself for your money sake.

However, if you are just depositing a couple of bucks then reading the whole ToS word by word is not necessary.

I think you misunderstood my post. I am saying that despite the fact that customers don't read ToS, it's still the problem of business and they should have a good customer support that answers their questions. People are lazy to read pages, they just have simple questions and want simple, fast and direct answers from the casino. How should casino solve that? By hiring a good customer support team. Why is that a casino's problem? Because it's their product and business, it becomes their problem when their customer can't understand something on their website.
And what affects business negatively is that they outsource customer supports, i.e. hire people in poor countries that have not enough knowledge about the casino product and also speak the broken English or whatever language it is.

We should not get into the habit of comparing each other, don't equate them because those who like or have a hobby of reading will not miss reading the ToS. For those who have a habit of reading, ToS is not as long as people who don't like reading think.

Yes it's like that, Cheesy I understood a little but after you explained it I understood.

Yes it is important that the casino has good customer support that understands what they are doing as long as the support is clear the language needs to be proficient otherwise it will be a misunderstanding between the customer and the support.

But some popular casinos will not work with such people there is definitely a selection where the casino will need support that is proficient and understands about their site as well as about the game.
