the chance of predicting correctly the results of 2024 right now, imo is pure gambling.
a lot changes in 4 years in politics, and some of the candidates we can bet on right now may not even be on the elections when the time comes...

That's correct, it's gambling because we never know what will come, and actually 4 years is too long, if Trump's satisfaction record has decline in less than a year before of the pandemic, it could also happen to anyone who are in the office now. Politics is also a big game, opposite parties will find a way to take destroy the reputation of their opponent and for a long period of time, that means they have a lot of time to find a way to do that.
