My question is, how to use the free bet?I tried to find it many times but still failed to know how to use the free bet.

Maybe you need to write better explanation and instructions about that slider showing up because I didn't saw it showing up when I was selecting my picks, and it was not so bad for me because I tried to bet on Arsenal win yesterday, and they lost.

One more thing that could be changed is that free bets last only 3 days, that can be really bad if there are no midweek matches available.
I would say 5 or 7 day is fair and better for players and for Betnomi.

I already won 2 freebets from Betnomi and I searched in this topic before, how to place the freebet. In fact it is not so difficult: just create a multiple of 3 bets, each bet needs to have a minimum odd of 1.5. You can use it on any sport.
A validity of 3 days is not long, so 5 days would indeed be nice.

You can always choose any weekend match that you want to bet and the 3 days validity only applies to the freebets not the match that you are betting on. I received it once on either Wednesday / Thursday, made my bets for two matches on weekend and another match on Monday.

No luck till date! Used the 2 freebets to make a multiple on snooker and always scored 2/3. In both cases, the bet with the lowest odd failed  .
Will keep trying and I like playing multiples as the win can be very good but always 1 selection seems to fail on my bets.
