there was a problem when I tried to make a withdrawal and immediately I sent a document, hopefully the document I sent can be confirmed and I can continue betting at Betnomi because I really like the completeness of the selection of odds on sports betting at Betnomi

The last time I made some withdrawal from Betnomi was over 3 months ago, it was very okay then, I don't know for now. The only challenge was, you were probably redirected to use a coin for which the fee wasn't too high. Thats because, more of the withdrawal fee was on them on like other platforms I've gambled on. Its a pretty much advantage but then, not having to select other coins of value could be a problem so, in order to avid this, its best to use other available coins for withdrawal and  still get your money's worth.

Should it be that your coin was sent to an exchange or wallet app that supports swap, then you can swap it to which ever coin of your choice at a minimal rate. I used Ethereum at the time.

I have tried other coins but still I can't make a withdrawal, even the documents I sent are still rejected by them.
I asked this problem in the chat or support there, they replied, for some cases it requires more than that such as having to send ID and utility bill, what? have to be that complete just to withdraw 30 USD?

Anyway, it's not that big of a deal for now but they can consider that again for user's convenience sake once the platform gets older. All ERC-20 tokens use the same Ethereum address, so regardless of the token sent to that address it should be automatically credited as long as we support it.

You shouldn't even try to join these freerolls if you are not in the mood to spend 3-4 hours playing. I would also not recommend participating in satellites and freerolls on Saturday and Sunday, since if you win a ticket to the main tournament, you will have to spend about 10 hours playing. Therefore, I prefer to play at the beginning of the week (so that I have a few days to rest before the main game). Btway, I do not register in all freerolls in a row, and only in those that lead to the game I need, and if I join, then expecting to do micro rebuys and adons. Hope this helps

Don't make a withdrawal on XRP if you didn't find the tag section on the site when making the withdrawal. If your XRP wallet ask for a tag, you must also enter it when making a withdrawal. For other option, you can also withdraw your fund with other low-fee altcoin such as LTC or DOGE or TRX. I think both altcoin are readily available on the site at the moment.
