@betnomi

It's not about who I am, but it's what I write. And what I'm writing is based on comments from existing players who have reported that your site's limits were $ 30. Some even said that the limit was 10 eur.
Since you're putting this post aside like that, the only reason I can conclude is that you're not taking your existing customers seriously and disrespecting their comments. This was written weeks ago, and you still haven't solved this.
When will the limits become clear BEFORE someone wants to place a bet? Those stories of 10k and 100k is of course a fairy tale, you only write that in the hope that people will deposit a lot of money.
To then only be able to use it for 30 eur. I thought you would have learned a thing or two from your arrogant attitude on the forum, but you can't communicate.
By the way, those 4 negative trusts you got say enough anyway. That's a sign that respect members with high status don't trust you at all.

Our last post specifically addressed the limit issue and added some more clarification. You just somehow pretended you didn't see that lol. We have 2 negative trust not 4 and only reason for that is those users are no longer active in the forum to reverse their actions which of course was an error in judgment.  We are glad you are unable to deny you are an alt of "game protect" more tags should be coming your way soon.  You have no idea what you are talking about and that's evident by the reference on your negative trust. Its unfortunate serious people with a life has to deal with you.

We will appreciate it if a couple people can go on the sportsbook. Select any of the the top leagues and share their limits. We want to close the limit issue once and for all.
I don't do much with the sportsbook, but figured I would check.
I first looked at Match result for South Hampton VS. Newcastle United Friday - Max allowed for me on NU at 3.76 would be 1811.59 USD
If I were to take SH @ 2.01 I can wager 4950.01 USD ---Draw @ 3.45 I can wager 2040.82

If I go to total goals and select over 5 @ 11.9 I can wager 458.72

NFL
Sunday Ravens VS. Colts - Colts @ 2.08 I can wager max of 1157.41

I have made a total of 2 bets on the site for the Us election, I can't remember what if nay limit there was there. I don't know how the algorithm works, but it did vary widely based on the event and bet I was going to make. Not sure how much that matters to people who bet more often. Just wanted to drop some info, as requested.

I also dropped a few suggestions for the poker side of things back here. Been having fun on the SitNGo's, hoping toi get into a tourney on Sunday maybe.

Where can I see how much I can wager?
Assuming I did it correctly, when you go to place a wager, click "max" next to the field where you would type in your wager amount.
It will display the max you can wager, and tell you insufficient funds (assuming you have less in your account)just in case you are worried about accidentally betting your role.

I am trying to register, but when I want to register I can only see EUR, USD, RUB.
I am aware of course that these are popular currencies, but as crypto gamblers we all want to see something like cryptowallet and keep the BTC or MBTC for example.
Most users do not like it when their Bitcoins are exchanged to money. But, that is my opnion.
Can you maybe add MBTC ?

I haven't bothered to go through the terms and conditions, but what about the KYC on the site? Is there a fixed amount from where this KYC comes into effect? I can't find it anywhere.
I am personally in favor of getting clarity about the KYC. Some players find it annoying, others are used to it. And still others it doesn't matter.

They are FIAT based allowing crypto deposits. Crypto is converted to FIAT value so at best you would just be seeing a fluctuating mbtc value.

Here is the response betnomi gave on the first page. Essentially no KYC unless you win one of their jackpots.  Not sure if there is a specific dollar amount that triggers it or not.

No, we do not require KCY for withdrawals. However, KYC maybe required for our Jackpots currently at (1.2 million $) for regulatory reason.
We are working with our lawyers to improve our terms and policies to minimize as much as possible required information's if any.

As we explained. The value of any cryptocurrency will be credited and remains just as we received it. For example you send 150$ worth of bitcoin with exchange rate 15k/ BTC at the time you sent them.
You will be credited 150$ the amount we credit is based on the amount we receive when you sent it regardless of the amount at the time of confirmation.
I don't really know whether betnomi is performing this transaction manually, is there any currency converter in your platform that convert Fiat USD to btc. During withdrawal, input is in USD while output is btc, so I don't really know how this works whether manually or automatically.

Since you're putting this post aside like that, the only reason I can conclude is that you're not taking your existing customers seriously and disrespecting their comments. This was written weeks ago, and you still haven't solved this.
You haven't asked these users if their issues had been resolved or not, its be better if those users are known so I can pm them underway, its confuses while you complaining not the affected users.

I am sure the Betnomi team will not ask KYC if the user only uses cryptocurrencies for making payments, transactions. AFAIK, the new payment provider was discussed on the official Telegram channel of Betnomi, so KYC is not mandatory for crypto-focused users.
Btw, is there an update regarding the cashback system? I have lost again on esports and my eyes looked through the lossback section in case of being there as an available option for losers Smiley

you write that you are quite sure that the Betnomi team is not asking for any KYC but what i can see in this screenshot is that they clearly state that they will ask for documents before processing the first withdrawal.
or is this only for fiat? i hope the operator can confirm that this policy is only for fiat and not if a user makes a deposit with bitcoins? its somehow very confusing that the op writes they will not ask for kyc unless you win the jackpot but in the above screenshot they write they will ask for documents. so what is true

The new-look is much better than the previous one. The most important thing is you can withdraw your funds without passing the KYC process and it is not required to pass KYC for withdrawal purposes. The dashboard is so simple and the interface will be amazed you, just take a look at it. Another part is a live casino which I like most.

If that is true, why are they writing then in their terms that they ask for documents before their financial team processes the withdrawal? That sounds like a very clear KYC.

Just check it out, I think it describes well as your answer is also given.

No, we do not require KCY for withdrawals. However, KYC maybe required for our Jackpots currently at (1.2 million $) for regulatory reason.
We are working with our lawyers to improve our terms and policies to minimize as much as possible required information's if any.

So please read it and just go for their website for better experiencing.

The new-look is much better than the previous one. The most important thing is you can withdraw your funds without passing the KYC process and it is not required to pass KYC for withdrawal purposes. The dashboard is so simple and the interface will be amazed you, just take a look at it. Another part is a live casino which I like most.

Yes, that's exactly what they mean by that. Betnomi admin has already explained this a couple of times: KYC will only be requested upon a huge (jackpot basically) win.

I have made dozens of deposits and withdrawals but Betnomi never asked for KYC, I can guarantee that.  but what you have to pay attention to is the withdrawal fee, if you withdraw $ 20 (Bitcoin) then the fee will be higher than others (Tron, eth, doge, and bch), this is not much different like you are doing deposit from your personal wallet to wallet exchange where a fee is charged..  I mostly make withdrawals with Tron and BCH..

true, maybe KYC is only for those who get big wins/jackpots and that has often happened on other crypto gambling sites..

There have been many problems with Betnomi's tos in the recent past. How can they continue to say that what is in the terms and conditions is not binding.
I am not sure, but this is not the first time this discussion comes up.
I can't believe my eyes what I'm reading here. We have to believe someone's statement on the forum and ignore what is in the terms and conditions?

I haven't bothered to go through the terms and conditions, but what about the KYC on the site? Is there a fixed amount from where this KYC comes into effect? I can't find it anywhere.
I am personally in favor of getting clarity about the KYC. Some players find it annoying, others are used to it. And still others it doesn't matter.

I also did not read the entire page, but the last section I found something what looked like a form of KYC.
It is more or less the same I think?

It doesn't matter at all what they write on the forum here. They can write whatever they want. The only thing that is valid and binding are the general terms and conditions. They will apply at all times.
And it is very clearly and explicitly stated that a KYC procedure is needed before every payment takes place. I regret that betnomi on the forum suggests otherwise here and says things that violate her own terms and conditions.

I didn't noticed that, I was not literally reading most of the Terms of Service on a casino and just using the search (Ctrl+F) and look for the word KYC, PASSPORT, ID. Could the Betnomi team explain this so it makes clear for everyone?
