let's face it. they are frauds. I'm not tech savvy, so if there's any debt collection activity, I'll join.

I have a loss of 5300 euros.

This is the downside when an online casino turns out to be scam. It’s very hard to sue them because all the victims is scattered and no one is willing to file a case against the casino since it will cost huge sum of money because it’s an international case.

I doubt someone here is willing to group all the victims to file case against Betnomi. Most pf the user will just do necessary acction suchs as red trust feedback and flag on Betnomi reputation.

I warned people from the beginning for this sportsbook that it is a scam, but nobody listened. If you have money lost, it is your own problem and fault. That happens when you don't listen and participiate in the corruption on the forum. I was also right about the other scambook that was operated by Royse, but the corruption saved his reputation.

At first i wasn't aware that Betnoni was able to exit with a huge stocked customers funds until I start reading all the accusations coming up lately and that is really alarming to know the extent to which Betnomi betrayed the trust thereby destroying their reputations,  indeed this is a bad situation for the customers who have a large balance on the crashed casino.
I believe with appropriate flags against them will make it impossible for them to return and continue with their scam operations.

People got what they deserved, Betnomi was operated because theri was corruption on the forum and since they paid some fraud campaign manager and DT accounts.
Next time when I warn about a sportsbook, you guys better listen.

My initial thought was against this idea, that it'll be better for everyone that feel they're scammed by betnomi to have their own thread, and that you probably could later edit each link on the list of the case on your thread with their thread, because having them to write here will make their case easily overlooked and drowned by spammers. But taking it into a long shower, I reconsidered and think this proposition might have its merit. After all, the threads raised against betnomi will quite unlikely get any answer from them, thus the purpose of having each of their own thread is rather useless, and would just give more threads for spammers to roam, posting on several betnomi-related accusation threads at once. Having them focused into one thread might help keep things neat.

Sometimes, the most we expect from, is the one that betrays. This is the case here as well, and it's not the first time I've seen such a reputed site turning into a scumbag but I've never thought that when everything was going so smooth and good for them, what made them take this step and fuck up with their site's gamblers.

Long or not, depends on how you see time. A month ago somebody sent this to me from Spring Hill, Florida, so somebody was alive in there and not willing to take the device for themselves and maybe sell on for a few hundred dollars. I'm sorry for people who got scammed, but I wasn't one of them.

The device looked brand new and untouched, unlike the ones from the articles like this one that clearly was repackaged and had scam instructions inside.



I have an older nano S and am aware of their new updates.
I hold my bitcoin offline and used my old ledger to hold ethereum.
I said it before that your trust in the company should be proportional to the amount of money you have and the risk you're willing to take.
I'm fine with holding ~2000 dollars of ETH on a ledger device worth ~200. If I had a million, I'd be looking for a better solution.

Honestly, at some point, I believed in their words... only for a short period of time though and as it turns out, they keep being amateurish.

They do not appear to be a literal scam, this is not what I am saying but I fail to find a reason why people shall be playing there, taking into consideration how this place has been managed for year(s) now.

I don`t wanna be a smartass but I have lost count of how many times I have emphasized that Betnomi has been "mismanaged" ever since... Needless to say that we terminated their promotion years ago with a big, fat warning on the respective review page.

Of course, I still hope that things will be fixed, fingers crossed...

I mean, I did put a flag up because some stuff I had seen and experienced regarding payments; but since the amount (not the %) was small, people did sort of ignore it. Besides that, the stuff that happened with gosu/efialtis is public; and we did list them in the blacklist for some of those reasons aswell. And some people may also remember that one time a passport was posted here in the forum to mock a user trying to pass KYC under the premise that "it was not his real passport"...

I will go agree that not everything about the site was bad; but all in all, and after some experience I've gained on the industry ever since, I'd be confident to say that most of that was something that should be considered standard, and not something out of the ordinary.

And well, of course everything looks different in hindsight; but would have there really been a point in coming to the forum every day to talk about what people had been ignoring? would it have changed a thing? guess we'll never know

Thank you - let`s also not forget:

- the generally unprofessional attitude
- the constant "change of plans" with regard to betnomi
- the ICO
- the bragging about carding skills, aka literally scamming people (crime)
- and the list could go on and on

There is a reason why we stopped promoting them a long time ago, including blacklisting. I was more than "understanding" and actually gave them the benefit of the doubt, more than once, but they kept proving how right I was... I had them negatively tagged as well and if I remember correctly, some people on here actually put me on "distrust" because I spoke out against them. Last but not least, in recent months, I actually posted more than once in their thread that I do not see a single reason why anyone in his right mind would keep depositing funds on that site and that people should refrain from doing so.

Tbh, I do not think there is anything else we could have done in order to protect the people of this forum as well as visitors of our website.

It's a big forum and people easily miss a lot of discussions. I personally did not notice the concerns until recently few weeks ago. On the other hand, Betnomi were looking doing everything right to keep their relation with the community well. They were very generous in various activities, sponsoring events, raffles, signature campaign and many things which was looking very genuine. It was hard to take things seriously even there were one or two discrete accusations against them.
