I used my tab (iPad) to open Betnomi website. the wallet address box size when you try to withdraw is relatively small.
you need to take more time to check it to the left and right side if it's used the correct address because the wallet address can't fully fit the box.
so, could you please consider to give it a confirmation box after clicking the submit button?

Sorry about your problems with the tablet version of our website. We are aware of these issues and they have all been resolved. However, we are currently making a "Design refresh" for our website
which will be live next week. In the design related update will include updates to all issues related to tablet version of the website. We should experience no issues from next week. Hope you are able to use the Desktop or Mobile version for the time being.

That's not the thing exactly.
I tried the site for the first time and that too with my One Plus Android Device. I was curious to know about some of the Site's features. I saw a Support Live Chat option. But it wasn't clickable at all for me. Then i need to contact them through the Telegram to assist me in my doubts regarding the site.
Moreover another feature that i don't like of the site is about the limit of an account.
I wanted to place a bet on a Soccer Game, but was unable to do it so, as some kind of error it came up. When i asked to support, they said me i have an account limit and i am unable to bet more than it.
It should be clearly mentioned in the FAQ about this thing, so that i could have known about it and shouldn't made a deposit there.
Now when i tried to withdraw, the. BTC amount is decreased as the Price of BTC increased and the site's in game Currency is USD.
So if i made a deposit of 100$ worth of Bitcoins, now when the price has rised a bit, i am withdrawing 95$ worth of Bitcoins. They surely need to add BTC as their in game Currency. Moreover the withdrawal are too not automatic and instant, need to wait some time to process it.
Nevertheless it was a great time checking the site and discovering the awesome odds in the markets, but still sad a bit as i wasn't able to bet higher amounts.

The balance and value of the users deposit remains constant regardless of the price of bitcoin or any other crypto for that matter. For example, a user deposit 100$ when the price of BTC is 15k should the price of bitcoin go to zero or one million, the users balance will always remain at a 100$. The users balance is more or less a stable coin. As far as updates are concerned, we will make a major system update next week and should resolve all know issues.

Okay, we understand what you are pointing out now. The discrepancy is due to transaction fees (Miner fees) which is currently at ~ 0.0004 about $5 for BTC but for all other coins, this fee is less than 1$.
That explains the difference and not the price change. With respect to displaying users balance in crypto, this is an issue our developers are actively reviewing and looking for the most efficient method to add this feature.
There will be 6 crypto currencies options available in which the user can chose his balance to be displayed.

Okay, we understand what you are pointing out now. The discrepancy is due to transaction fees (Miner fees) which is currently at ~ 0.0004 about $5 for BTC but for all other coins, this fee is less than 1$.

I am reading some previous comments and Betnomi should do something about displaying currency and bet limits! In first case you should listen what customers have to say and to try to make the service better, for second I think it's not nice to read some accusation without any answers! I would like to see my balance in btc and when withdraw to get my btc, not you to exchange btc for me in dollars and then dollars in btc when I withdraw, unnecessary fees!

If I deposit BTC0.01 and the price of btc at that time is $15k and I get a confirmation after 15 minutes and the price went down to $14k, then:

Will the btc be credited in USD based on the time they were sent at? (Means $150 will be credited)?

Or will the btc be credited in USD based on the time they were confirmed at? (Means $140 will be credited)?

This is the correct way of that question and please answer this to remove any confusions we have in our mind.

This difference in rate does not only happen to Betnomi...
on any crypto gambling site, the fees when withdrawing or depositing will be different, I rarely withdraw with Bitcoin, fees will be much cheaper if withdrawing with Bitcoin Cash, Tron, or Doge.

I don't see the limits problem. Isn't it normal for every site to use different limits on certain sports? Perhaps the most popular matches have a high limit.
And with lesser known teams and sports they have a low limit. You see that often. It's just a shame you can't see the limits before you place a bet.

AFAIK betnomi has no withdrawal fee, but the balance is displayed in USD/EUR, meaning that you will be payd the equivalent BTC of those USD/EUR at the moment of requesting it. At least that has been my experience so far.

About the limits... I haven't placed any big bet; but the ones I placed were in fact bigger than € and experienced no limit of any kind. The only "limit" I've found so far is that when going "all in" in a crash game the bet is set to 100EUR instead of the whole balance; but I'm not sure about this being an account limit or a limit of the game itself

As for as limits are concerned. There is at least 10k limits minimum for all users. However, we do have a secondary system in place that is monitoring and automatically adjusting these limits based on multiple data points
such as, the event itself - major events naturally have a higher limit and small events have smaller limits. So, there are other factors, new players generally have a lower limit and country of the user etc. There are so many factors that goes into determining what limit is available to each user. Users will see different limits based on factors such as those stated above. We do not manually control this system. This is an AI system learning and making these decisions in real time. To the point of being able to see the limits before placing bets, of course, you are able to do that on our website. Just simply click on the "MAX" button next to the stake (amount). A click on this button should automatically populate the max limit for the selected event. Also, we are offering to override that system for any user that is looking to make big bets. Simply let us know and we are more than happy to help with that.

It's not about who I am, but it's what I write. And what I'm writing is based on comments from existing players who have reported that your site's limits were $ 30. Some even said that the limit was 10 eur.
Since you're putting this post aside like that, the only reason I can conclude is that you're not taking your existing customers seriously and disrespecting their comments. This was written weeks ago, and you still haven't solved this.
When will the limits become clear BEFORE someone wants to place a bet? Those stories of 10k and 100k is of course a fairy tale, you only write that in the hope that people will deposit a lot of money.
To then only be able to use it for 30 eur. I thought you would have learned a thing or two from your arrogant attitude on the forum, but you can't communicate.
