There's a lot of terms and condition as I read in the website, I like to know what particular TOC has been added to the previous one, it would be nice to see a specific information to avoid confusion, we dealing with money can't just easily gamble without knowing the rules, you know the drill.

We want to clarify this once and for all. There are some countries that have very loosely defined rules regarding gambling restrictions. We have multiple game providers with their own list of restricted countries and some of these are just 3-4 countries. Some other providers are restricting a lot of countries. We do have all the the possibly restricted countries in our terms and conditions for regulatory compliance reasons. However, there are some countries in that list where we have discretion to or not to restrict. Example of such countries is "Philippines" we are not obligated to block this but as precautionary measure, we added it.  Our rule of thumb is, if its illegal in your country, we say don't do it  

As for these 4 countries, (Curacao, The Netherlands, France and the United States of America) we will actively look for and restrict the accounts of users from these 4 countries as they are explicitly forbidden by the licensing authorities.
Hope this answers the questions regarding the restricted countries. Hopefully, everyone can read in between the lines.

Yes, we switch to Binance smart chain because of the ETH fees. The tokens are essentially not for sale. The idea is to  distribute ~ 10-30% of our net profit to the token holders in the future.
About exchange listing, we already have a few exchanges lined up and we will list the token as soon as we have an established community around the project.

Its better that gamblers from the countries which are in the discouraged list, should not play at Betnomi, as it can cause trouble to them while withdrawing etc. Why do they need to play here when they can play on other gambling sites with no restrictions.

The only answer I can give you is that this restriction has been imposed by the license provider in Curacao. I don't know what the underlying thought is. I can tell you that the list of countries not encouraged by Betnomi is complete nonsense. That list is really wrong. As far as I can tell, they read an article online about gambling somewhere and decided to include all those countries in their list. Just like they forgot to set up the Netherlands. They just keep messing with the terms. There is a difference between local gambling and online gambling. And the list is based on that too.


What Betnomi implies now is that they do not encourage you to gamble from a country that is prohibited. What a deception. Gambling is legal or illegal, there is no in between. When you launch a casino site, you must be aware of the rules of the law and also the license you have received.

I can tell you now what's going to happen. You can make deposits from countries where gambling is prohibited, and Betnomi will accept them with great gratitude. And as long as you keep betting and losing, they won't be difficult at all. But as soon as you start to win big, they'll just follow the KYC procedure, and if you come from a country that they think gambling is illegal, your winnings will be confiscated.

Betnomi's management (or maybe it's just this person on the forum) is totally unaware of the rules and changes the terms every time as if it were a note for a test. Terms and conditions are binding and must be correct.

These are all restricted countries but, we have other applications and services running on our subdomains which are not restricted in these countries and with the geo blocks, the subdomains are inaccessible as well.
