Handy list but Revolut isn't a crypto card. You can't deposit or withdraw real crypto, all you can do is buy price exposure through their app. The purpose of these cards is to exchange and spend. That does not.

If I'm not mistaken, the only card available worldwide is Paycent.

- Coinsbank cards are not available anymore (I believe it's been a while): https://coinsbank.com/cards
- TenX is only offering cards to Singaporeans (for now): https://support.tenx.tech/hc/en-us/articles/360048278332-What-are-the-currently-supported-countries-
- Coinbase card is only available in EU and UK. The link you posted is meant to be for the exchange platform and not the card.
- Wirexapp supports EU, UK and a couple of countries from the APAC region. See here: https://wirexapp.com/help/article/the-list-of-supported-countries-0027
...

A couple of cards you can add:

- Spendl: It's a virtual card that can be loaded with LN. AFAIK, it's available everywhere except for the U.S.
- Swipe: It's backed by Binance (Not to be confused with binance card). EU and UK.

Great work Ratimov, I am bookmarking this topic!
It is true that privacy is reduced using crypto debit cards, but we are still living in a world and people need to buy and pay things.
I would suggest keeping only small amounts of coins in cards.

Maybe adding countries that are not supported would be good.

Yes. That one's an important one. Unlike the old Wavecrest cards, where they clearly didn't give a shit and proved it too, most of these have extremely limited availability outside the usual places.

Probably the most important bit of info. It'll save many a hope being dashed.

Bitcoin Black Card

INFO:

Card Type - MASTERCARD
Production Cost - 0.06 BTC
Supported Coins - BTC
Supported Countries - Worldwide (not US)
Service fee - $0 (mothly)
Fees - $0
ATM Withdraw - $0
Wallet Availability - YES

OP I think this Bitcoin Black Card should be removed from the list.
There is no information about that card and website is directing to some altcoin called BitcoinBlack that has no connection with real Bitcoin BTC.
I am not sure if this is  a scam, but it sure looks like that on first look.

This is not necessary, just like listing which cryptocurrencies do not support these cards. The list will turn out to be ultra-large. Many services contain information with the list of countries, if there is no country there, it means it is not supported, and there is no point in listing it.

Not necessarily because the ban is usually based on regions and not specific countries. You could just write OFAC, MENA, EEA, etc.

If there is no time to search, I can suggest using this link. There is complete information about the countries where this or that card is supported.
https://www.publish0x.com/crypto-thoughts-in-a-crypto-world/crypto-debit-cards-an-overview-and-comparison-of-existing-op-xxonqow

I can also say that if someone is worried about the issue of anonymity, then there are offshore cards, for example, AdvCash. Working with them, the cardholder is not threatened that the bank will be able to demand the sources of money and suspend operations with the card.

Very useful information for those who are interested in cards, and many see this as the easiest way to spend their crypto. Although I haven't checked every service, I think it would be useful to add information on whether all of these services require a KYC card before issuing the card.

I assume that is the case, so it would be good to warn all those who use their crypto in this way to be aware that even if they use a card issued in another country, it does not mean that their tax office cannot get their data and ask them to explain the origin of crypto and to pay taxes.

Just as important is to emphasise how flaky many of these card services have been in the past. Most are at the mercy of other service providers who may pull the cards without any notice.

You have to treat these as the hottest of hot wallets. Load and spend. Do not linger, don't leave anything on them and don't run anything important in your life through them.

I remember when the first Bitpay card shut down, along with all the other ones provided by the same company. There was literally no notice. There were people tweeting Bitpay who had thousands of dollars on the card and they were halfway across the world and that was their only spending option.

Very good thread and IMO it was something that was missing from the forum. Well done Ratimov, bookmarked and watching! Cool
Still, I notice that you have in the Temporary Unavailable cards some which aren't unavailable, like Binance or Swipe.
Also, 3 cards in this list doesnt have the full info details like all the others. Bitplastic, Coinzoom and Swipe.

Maybe a good addition will be which one of them is requiring KYC/AML verification (like Lucius said earlier), since some of them aren't so clear about their proccedures.

Just as any crypto exchange can close overnight and disappear with user funds, so can any service that offers something like this. Although I personally don't need a card like this because I have the option to sell crypto on my local exchange and withdraw fiat to a bank card, or to sell it directly at a physical crypto exchange - this may be the only way for some to sell their crypto, so they have to accept any risk that comes with it.

Maybe a good addition will be which one of them is requiring KYC/AML verification (like Lucius said earlier), since some of them aren't so clear about their proccedures.

I highly doubt that any of the presented card is without KYC, and if by any chance this is not initially required, any major conversion of crypto to fiat will certainly activate that requirement - because otherwise it would be a very obvious way to launder money and avoid paying taxes.

I dought it as well but it's a fact that some card providers don't need full KYC verification since they backed clients funds from their own budget/ pocket/ corporate fund.
That's why the have specific limits that follow KYC verification level eg. you can't be an unverified user and send or spend more than $2k.
Launder money and avoid taxation is different things, even if sometimes are connected since it can't be done differently.
IMO the basic and simpler ways to launder money, it's obvious and pretty known already. Same for avoiding taxes, despite that every country has some differences from another.
Minimize taxation even "avoiding" it (meaning 0 tax fees) though can be done legally and without using laundry technics. There are the so-called "tax havens" and depending on the budget that someone wants to "spend"/ invest for making it, it can go to 0 tax fees.

Nice list.
In the past there was similar topics, for example, which aren't maintained anymore. Some services are risky that's why I suggest to add the bitcointalk link to each one so members can check if there is scam accusations against it or not. I also recommend to specify whether the cards are plastic / virtual to make the list more complete  Wink

Edit:
After checking few of these services
Spectrocoin has a flag and uquid seems dead.

Problem with most of debit cards that can be used for crypto is that they can suspend your account whenever they want and freeze your coins if they consider any crypto transaction is suspicious.
If you read terms before signing up for one of this cards you will find more information about this and see they can close your account whenever they want.
Please beware of this before signing for any card.

Just like any centralized exchange, just like any centralized stablecoin. With this approach, you should give up half of the entire cryptogo industry, because they can freeze your account at any time.
My point was to warn people to read what they sign like I did, and use this cards only for small amount of coins for spending and shopping and don't keep all of them on this card or in exchanges.

Very nice job! I was hoping for an alive and (closer to) up-to-date thread about cards. Hats off for the effort, OP.

There are things to fix here and there, they'll always be, I guess. From what I know Binance cards work only as virtual cards now, they are not printed yet (btw, a mention about virtual cards is important, some look only for such services), TenX are very slow - although they say they are available in Europe many of EU people waiting their cards have still received nothing...

However, it is a list people can start with their research for what card is best for them.

This is not necessary, just like listing which cryptocurrencies do not support these cards. The list will turn out to be ultra-large. Many services contain information with the list of countries, if there is no country there, it means it is not supported, and there is no point in listing it.
This is true, but you can add link for every card directing to list of not supported countries for every card website.
Reason for this is that I tried t test and register some cards you listed here with worldwide support, just to find out only one or two countries are supported.
I think you can agree that Worldwide is not one or two countries Smiley
Blockcard for example is only supported in US atm, and for some of the other cards it is similar situation, and for some cards are not even available yet.

Wow,  cream-dream deluxe list of crypto cards. If anyone use VISA card issued either Binance or Crypterium, please,  share your feedback, it's a toss-up between them but Crypteium's card looks a bit more practical as it offer the better list of crypto for topping up .
