I saw you were asking about getspendl in the past but it doesn't seem to be fully working? There isn't any update from them in Bitcointalk from a year now...
For Advcash, it doesn't seem their card will be available before Q3? 2021 imo..

Honestly, I prefer to use something that's well known and trusted by our Bitcointalk community or at least tested by highly trusted members. Advcash seems to be the one satisfying all of these criteria. Will keep waiting for them Sad

All cards work abroad. You just can't order them from everywhere. The most reputable one for U.S citizens would be the BitPay Card.

as far as I understood they sell bank cards issued in name of darks, so it not a card issuer but can help spend crypto

Although there are few shops which simply decline the Binance card, it's a great card. It has basically no fees and high limits.
The fee is 0.9%, but unless you withdraw from ATM, you'll get 1% cashback as BNB so basically there's no fee.
Forex exchange is at VISA rates with no extra fees. No monthly fee. No other fees.

Not sure if I fully understand what you mean by "bank". There is some online services that offers plastic or virtual cards, allow sepa transfer and other options depending from the service itself and from your location. Take a look on advcash, you can use it in pc, you can register there and see if it is suitable for you or not before doing KYC.

Yes, I was not terribly clear and have rephrased the above message. While Sepa transfer would be good as well, what I am mainly looking for is a Crypto debit card that lets you send crypto to it and manage it with an "internet banking" style interface that works on PC. I do not like using smartphones for banking due to sight issues.

Yes, that is the ultimate back-up option. However, I find banks go completely loopy over transfers from crypto exchanges, call you up and I just want to avoid the hassle and only work with institutions which are mainly focused on the crypto thing (i.e. not high-street banks).

Bitwala would be ideal, but only works on a smartphone. I would like to find something like Bitwala, but which works on a PC...

This is incorrect. I don't remember what are the requirements to get the card, but at least afterwards you can do everything from the browser.
And you need that only if you want to do the exchanges by hand. The new Wirex can convert automatically, so all you have to do is get the top up crypto address(es) and fund from time to time from your crypto wallets.

It looks like a lot of the cards in the OP are still listed as being only available to European citizens. Coinbase definitely now allows Americans to have their Debit Card (I have one) and they offer 1% back in BTC or 4% back in XLM. The card looks quite nice, although I still prefer the look and feel of my Apple Card. Getting crypto back for spending fiat is great though and I've finally found a reason to hold a stablecoin (considered fiat in this statement). There wasn't any cost associated with receiving the card and no fees, so I don't see why anyone with a Coinbase account wouldn't have one of these sitting around.

In fact we are talking about a new Xapo service, it is now a digital bank (based on Gibraltar), like Neteller for example. It offers a bank account, a vault and a debit card for $150 annual fees.
Pro: card is available worldwide apparently with almost no fees.
Con: $150/year, no virtual card?
I don't count to join them with such rate..
