CTO of GrexaAI Ayush Varshney got arrested few months ago for being involved in a 6000 Crore scam.
It is a great news. What about the co owners, Ashutosh Kumar, Narendra Agrawal and Arpit Oswal.

No idea about those people but Arpit Oswal seems active on Linkedin. He had recently reposted one of the GrexaAI post last month.

Quote
Back in the early days there was a cloud mining platform called GainBitcoin it later turned out to be a scam.
I know this case personally, as i have been following up with the investigation team since 2017. Dattatray sir along with Vinoy Kumar sir, was patient enough to review the case seriously and they were both instrumental during the initial phase along with a few others including a media person who introduced these officers to me personally. The founders, Amit Bhardwaj and Ajay Bhardwaj were caught along with Darwin Labs owners, who provided the backend support.

In the report it was mentioned that Amit Bhardwaj died in 2022 while he was out on bail.

Just wanted to ask, why are you following up on this case personally and why would those people from investigation team meet you ?
Are you a journalist or a cop/undercover agent or something ?  Tongue

I raised this case to the authorities, simply because they had agents in Mumbai and Pune, luring low income people, which was the last straw. I tried to raise awareness for a while, but people were investing because they were getting the returns initially. I knew they were not running any mining operations nor had any mining hardware. It took me around 6 months to collect all the evidence and submit it to the then Commissioner of Police.

No, I am not a journalist nor a cop, but there was help from politicians, journalists and cops to take this case seriously. I was just helping the police understand the technology and provide evidence. I have assisted the authorities in a few other cases as well, across multiple states.

E85 aka Flex fuel seems to be the headline in our country for the last couple of days, I don't know how many of you noticed this, but it is a new policy from our government to reduce the dependency on oil imports, which sounds like a long-term vision. But selling fuel which got only 15% petrol and 85% is ethanol is gonna kill the engines of existing vehicles.

AFAIK, researched, it is just a intiative took by over government but not going to enforce on every petrol bunks but what if they do, we already paid taxes for our vehicles for 15 years and now they are forcing us to buy new one?

Keep up the good work, mate! The community knows how valuable you were here, and for the first time, I personally realized how valuable you are offline in catching scammers and spammers.

I saw on Reddit that E100 has also been released in some petrol pumps/bunks in tier 1 cities. Rather than calling them petrol pumps, they should be renamed Ethanol pumps/bunks. In the next 5 years, most of us will forget the word enforce, and without uttering a word, we will be filling our vehicles with an ethanol blend or completely Ethanol fuel. It all starts like this, then suddenly, everywhere they will be talking about that for the growth of this country, we should adapt. That's it.

I am not against the government or its policy to reduce the import burden of crude. I am against the way they are implementing it. They have not considered a two-wheeler upgrade or a car upgrade kit. The EV infrastructure is so pathetic that you have to rely only on your own home charging facility. That too, you cannot go for fast charging without upgrading your supply KV from the distribution network.

I just hope that BJP don't go in shopping mode and recruiting these TMC guys, it would set bad precedent in Bengali BJP's cadre who stood for the party when things were tough. Even public won't like these sort of antics in Bengal.

Nah kuch nhi hua kal ke protest mein. 300-400 organic log bhi nhi they, it was weekend so tourist type log jyada they, which is norm in connaught place. At one point ,police and media personal out numbered them, isshe jyada bheed toh shadi mein aa jati hai.

The last I heard, 59 elected MLAs wanted to part ways from Didi and her Bhaipo. @TheUltraElite said it correctly, the rift was there, it is just that after BJP defeated TMC, those MLAs are now coming out. I do not think the BJP will onboard them, and I do not think these MLAs will be joining the BJP; they will come up with a new party or go back to Communits/Congress.

Most of them who joined the protest were morons and did not have a clue what was happening in India. I heard an interview where a guy was saying that using Python and other web-based programming he can jail break the EVM machine. He completely changed the ecosystem of programming languages.
Update is disgrunted faction of TMC supporting NDA in center, 20 MPs already wrote letter to speaker and will support NDA from outside.

Outside support is alright but don't think any doles should be handed over to these MPs, except usual stuff like usual funds release for their constituencies. Should stay away from MLAs brigade tho.

In the center, the ruling party will always be happy to get support from the non-ruling parties, especially from the I.N.D.I.A faction. I am okay with that. The problem will arise when the BJP in the state, in this case, WB, starts accepting these lunatics from the TMC make them join the BJP as their MLAs. In Maharashtra, it was a different scenario as the BJP needed those Shiv Sena MLAs to form the government. In WB, they have a complete majority, which means they do not need those MLAs ' support.

Yeah even I read that E85 petrol have officially started in some petrol pumps.
I believe it's high time we switch to EVs. It will be beneficial for everyone in the long run.
I know the infrastructure is not ready yet but the more we buy the more demand it will create for a better EV infrastructure.
So the government will be forced to implement a better infra for everyone.

Government can make the changes if it is helpful but they also should do it in a way like encourage users to buy those new era vehicles by giving tax exemption or some kind of monetary benefits but just all of a sudden they appear on the TV and says this is the new normal and everyone has to follow it.

Car charging stations are available in almost every petrol bunks but they lack the fast charging that is supported by the modern fast charging vehicles, home charging is the effective way to save money but it requires extra adjustments which is okay but governments are also increase the electricy charges that makes the benefits almost close to nothing.

Flex fuel is what it is being called now. Hybrid fuel is another term for battery cum petrol/diesel. The EV and then whatnot? Totally confused with these terms for only driving a bike or a car. Someone should do a PHD on what kind of fuel option we had 10 years ago, what we have now, and what the benefits are, and how it is affecting the consumer and the government. I, for now, am totally confused about what to do and what not to do  Grin Huh

We can't really do much, just fill what is available in the nearest one and just continue doing it until the engine breaks or give up then we might have an idea of what we can do.

And also I am concerned about the price of E85, if only 15 of petrol is there but the price is almost 80% of the regular fuel, looks like the government is even going to make bigger revenue with this rollout.

I am not a political pundit, but if Saayoni Ghosh joins the BJP, then it would be a big political mistake by the new CM. I found quite a few conflicting posts on X, where one says that she is joining Congress as the women's wing head of WB, and another one says she will be joining the BJP. This shows how badly and mistreated she was by Bhaipo. I doubt that TMC as a party will remain intact by the end of this year. Everyone wants to leave the party for now; it seems to be a mass exodus of those associated with TMC except Mahua Moitra.

Bhaipo knows that his crimes will exposed and it is only a matter of time till he gets arrested and shamed in public for his mideeds.

Hence he is running from door to door seeking shelter.

I think the National Congress will give shelter to him for now but I do hope the bad things also get exposed to public eventually, otherwise BJP will be doing a big disservice to the public of WB who voted for them.

PS: did anyone notice that over time we are having political parties of only criminals and not a single somewhat non-criminal human?

E85 might be the biggest scam by the government itself. Currently E20 is priced around 103 rs litre approximately (higher in some regions).
E85 is priced around 83 rs per litre. 20 rs lesser than the E20 version of petrol.
Lets take the price of Ethanol at 71.3 rs per litre and 100% pure petrol price at 110 rs per litre.
The cost of E85 should be (0.85 × 71.3) + (0.15 × 110.93) = 77.24 per litre.
But they are charging 5 rs premium per litre and if thousands of people start filling this petrol then their profits will be massive.

There were no adulteration in the fuel we purchased unless the pump owners were adulterating. 10 years ago, there was pure unblended petrol and diesel. I was using Q3 petrol and if you park for a longer period then it will become an issue. Last year, I sold my Q3 petrol to purchase an older model Q3 diesel as newer diesel models are not available after BS6 implantation.

The government should provide unbleded petrol according to the customers choice rather than rolling out fully adulterated fuel as the option. I wonder why these issues are not taken up by the opposition or the general public. Roll Eyes

Exactly. That's how petrol pumps should operate by giving the people a choice on which kind of petrol they would like to fill.
I see pure petrol as an option in some of the petrol pumps even today but I think it's slowly fading away.
With the ongoing issues, I see EV infrastructure as the only way ahead and fully support its rapid development.

They are still giving the choice to opt for E85 or E100 flex fuel, but for E20, we do not have the choice. As per my knowledge, those vehicles that were purchased before 2023 do not have engines that can consume E20 flex fuel. I consider this a forced order by a government elected democratically in a democracy Undecided

I know that my vehicle will no longer give me the average that it used to give earlier, and my vehicle's engine will die out in the next 5 years. All because Mr Gadgari's sons need to make money from this big change in the name of reducing the dependence on crude oil.

The question we need to ask is, whether the government has the infrastructure for the migrating they envision. Definitely not, as around 70% of the electricity we generate right now is produced using fossil fuels. In essence, if they want to increase electricity production further, they must burn more fossil fuels, which is a stark contradiction of their goal of reducing fossil fuel usage in the form of petrol and diesel .  Cheesy

This is definitely a forced implementation with a false premise. The common man who dreams of owning a second hand petrol car is left without a choice, he must either spend more money at mechanical shops or let go of his dream. When entering the voting booth, people need to remember this. That is the true power of democracy, rather than blindly swallowing every utopian dream politicians sell.   Wink

There was a time when, if the price of petrol or diesel increased by 50 paisa, there would be a massive strike against the government. Nowadays, nobody cares, because the government knows how to play with public psychology.

It is simple, if you want people to forget the issue, then introduce them a bigger issue which is the strategy followed by every government in the world. Smiley

EV is still not a choice for the middle class because it is only usable as a secondary vehicle inside the city range, but for long rides, we can't trust them or spend like 30-35 lakhs to get a high-range EV, which is still not serviceable in the local shops, that is a concern for sure. People will forget this before the next election, they are still driven by religions and stuff that doesn't benefit anyone.

Per capita income has increased, and public transport infrastructure has been improved significantly. Opposition is dead, and other issues are stopping people from coming out and voice the increase in petrol prices and on E20. I know only one thing: no one will suffer more than the middle class in this country. Already, the population is in decline and in a non-replacable number of particular religion. Whatever can be squeezed from the middle class, the government will do it asap.
