Stress is something everyone go through and always a difficult moment. We get stressed in the office when our Seniors are hounding us because of late resumption to work. Stress can also result from debt and not being able to pay bills.

 Basically Stress is normal to human. One can get motivated and determined to achieve a specific goal under stress . Stress if not well handled  it becomes long-term, and at these point can seriously cause damage to life and properties. Literally there are  different  factors that triggers stress, example is working under an uncomfortable condition and not being happy with your job. Stress can cause depression, inferiority and even discrimination especially if the person is being harassed or abused in any way.

Stress is almost inevitable to humans as we don’t get tire of working, pursuing goals and discharging our daily activities. So here is the question, HOW DO YOU HANDLE STRESS?

I didn't noticed that my way of handling stress is through eating which resulted to stress eating and made me gained weight.

I'm happy to at least anything that I want to whenever I feel stressed but the result was unfavorable for me in the end. I'm in the middle of disliking and liking the result.

It has changed my perspective of handling stress. I'm reducing my eating whenever I'm stress and just choose to play games or sleep.

For long years of being in offices?i think stress is just part of my living and now i get use to it.

In times that there are days of so stressful ?all i do is call my best friend,have some cold Beers over the mountain view Bar.

Then after some drinks we go our favorite streetfood corner since we were young and order our favorites.
then everything is fine and ready for the next day tomorrow.

By diaphragmatic breathing. Thanks to this technique, I quickly calm down in short and long term situations and avoid harming myself in a moral sense.

Our teacher taught us in the course of "diction and rhetoric" and "understanding and speed reading". She had it done regularly in every course day during the 3-month course.It became a habit when the courses were over. When I am stressed or excited, I manage to stay calm by going to open spaces for a while by taking diaphragmatic breathing. And this breathing technique also benefits you in physical activities. Although I have been smoking for 6-7 years, I can walk on the slopes without giving break.

It can also help lower blood pressure also, if you take a deep breath slowly over a long period of time more blood can return to the heart by changing the pressure in your chest. I used to do meditating before big exams during university. It definitely helped to reduce stress in my oponuin
Unfortunately I stopped doing it dir years now. To relief stress these days I mostly count on sports, like riding bicycle. Now in winter it gets a bit harder with outdoor sports so I switched to reading some history books.

I guess we are living the same life. I do handle my stress with eating too, sometimes I'm not even that hungry but when I'm stress, my reflex is to open the refrigerator to find something I can chew or something I can be busy, and I feel busy when I'm eating. I have this problem since the start of the lockdown, I just feel lucky that I have discovered a new game that I can be busy doing, now I have a new problem, procrastinating, I always find myself playing the game whenever I'm too lazy doing something that is connected to work.

I just watch funny movies while eating to divert my mind and manage stress.

This way I can temporary forget the problems that I have been going through and somehow cheer me up. Specially if the cause of my stress is work related.

as a homemaker, I always feel stressed by the burden of housework...
but the way I most often do to relieve my stress is by playing the piano or playing slots on my smartphone. do not let stress hinder our activities, better take a little time to refresh our mood and thoughts.

Stress is something that cannot be handle, every one in life do think that is stress, You are stressing your brain by thinking. Any one that’s is driving or working is under stress, stress is part of human it can’t be handle but it can only be reduced, But note, your money is also reduced, So every one want to make money so nobody is ready to handle stress. This is hard to do.

Especially if you are the breadwinner, you can't stop thinking of the things that are around you. And it's even harder if you are in an urban place where time seems to be fast and rolling every day.

Can do this if you're in a rural area where there are more trees and relaxing ambiance.
